Great location and house for a large group. The kids loved the pool in the backyard and spent hours in the game room. The neighborhood pool was great too but the kids quickly tired of the two waterslides. Only two issues with property one nerve racking the other annoying and easily fixable.
After you book they ask for the names of the drivers who will be staying. The neighborhood is a gated community and you must check in and receive gate passes from security before you are allowed in. My guest who I registered was not allowed to enter and forced to turn around and leave by security. Once I heard of this I called the rental property management and told them again to put my guest on driver list. An hour later my guest again attempts to enter through security and their name still isn’t registered. So be prepared for problems at the gate, if possible have the person who booked enter first and make sure all guests are registered with on site security as there is a disconnect between the rental property management and Windsor Hills security.
The minor issue is the lack of trash bags and toilet paper. How many people in these reviews gripe and lower ratings for this and it costs less than $5 to remedy.

The house was beautiful and very clean! The kitchen was well stocked for anyone looking to cook, and it was so nice to have a large supply of towels, including pool towels. The beds were comfortable, and our party of seven, multi-generational family, had plenty of space to spread out, play, and relax. Sara was super responsive when I did need her. I went for a few walks in the neighborhood, and it is very clean, well maintaintained, with the added benefit of being super close to Disney.

The house was more beautiful than described in the pictures. Centrally located with the ease of checking in and out. The host Sara was phenomenal. I texted her and she responded immediately and told me to call her anytime with any issues or concerns. Whenever i travel to Orlando, fingers will be crossed that this property is available. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars.

Came down for just the weekend to take Goddaughters to Magic Kingdom for the Christmas celebration. Incredibly comfortable mattress. Sheets so soft I want them for home. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Close to the parks. We will be back, for sure!

From the moment we drove through the main entrance we received such a welcoming experience. Then, upon approaching the home miss Sara the owner assist us with getting through the front door and once we walked in it felt so cozy and fresh. We really enjoyed the pool and the beds were so comfortable. To show how grateful I am for this stay I rate this home and the whole staff 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and a big thank you to miss Sara (owner) & Marcela (House keeping) for your great customer service.

This property was absolutly perfect. The house was spotless. The layout if the house was just what we needed. Over all we had a great stay. Our kids even looked forward to coming home to the house at night after a long day in the parks.
I do have 1 small improfection. We received an e.ail asking if we wanted to stay another day, we would have loved to but never got a response back. Also we tried reaching out to get the heater for the pool turned on, and also never got a response. Other than that though we were completly happy with the house and would definitly book with them again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It had all the amenities we needed and was close to the Disney Parks. Having the pool was a great bonus. We would stay here again if we return to Florida. Communication with the host was excellent.

Words can’t express what a great experience we had while staying in this beautiful home! It served as such a respite after our Disney days! The pool and game room was such a hit! Beautiful, clean, great neighborhood and wonderful community facilities- what more could you ask for! Truly a great place to make family memories!!

Very close to Disney World! Very nice home loved the Disney themed rooms & game room. Check in at security was a little rough but finally got through. Could use some more basic amenities. Had only (1) roll of toilet paper per bathroom, (1) roll of paper towels, & no laundry pods or detergent. Had to make extra store runs just to have the basics for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay and had no issues during our visit. All appliances worked as expected and all rooms matched the picture and expected quality. We were glad for the single stroller being available for our use as well as a child’s life jacket. The drive to Disney was very easy and quick. We enjoyed the easy access to other stores nearby as well. the pool was a big hit for two small children and there would have been room for a few more kids. This was a very comfortable stay for a family of 5 and would recommend this home for other families.

The unit was OK for us.
Wish the owner left more information about the unit. We had no idea how to get local channels on the Roku TV.
Usually an owner gives TV information about use of the TV and channel lineup.
Also the air-conditioning was an issue.
We would leave the house set at 73 but when we returned, the house temperature was 76. The air conditioner ran for 2 hours to cool it back to 73.
The upstairs was hot.

We’ve stayed in several different properties in Windsor Hills and this one was great. The layout of the home is great with ample bedrooms and bathrooms. The game room was a nice bonus for our kids. The pool and spa were wonderful with only side neighbors and no abutting pool in the rear. Communication with the homeowner was quick and easy. This property had everything we needed for a great stay. We would definitely return.

The pricing was reasonable, the host answered in a timely manner, the home was exactly as described (clean and everything worked properly). The pool is small with a child safety fence (great for small children) please read house rules about the amount of guest staying. It is a gated community with 24/7 security (I found that amazing and comfortable for me knowing I’am staying in a safe community) I would not recommend inviting additional friends or family over regardless if they are visiting or could possibly stay overnight. There is a capacity limit (8). Do not forget to read the trash rules so you don’t have unwelcome guest spreading your garbage. it was said to put out daily! No specific time . Overall it was a great home!!! I would book again and recommend to smaller families.

The property is absolutely beautiful, until... you go to sleep. The beds are so loud and uncomfortable that we had to drink to fall asleep:( Everything else was great, BUT we came down to compete in a gymnastic tournament and sleep was a necessity. This was NOT our first stay in Windsor Hills and we do LOVE the plan! Always a lot to do and nicely kept. Overall a nice stay, had tons for the kids to do but sleeping was an issue on all of the beds.

Loved that ot was south facing so we got the most out of the sun. House was spacious enough for our family of 11. Games room was amazing, our kids, 11 and 8, had so much fun i there. Place was clean and well stocked. Sara was a great host, responding within minutes of me contacting her. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was very clean and tidy. The property is very secure. The drive to the Disney parks was a very reasonable distance. Communication before and during our stay was a breeze. We loved the touch of Disney magic throughout the home. 10/10!

Townhome was great meet all expectations. Spacious and comfortable beds, with the exception of the squeaky bunkbeds and toilet could use some extra attention under the top part of the bowl was def missed during last cleaning. Overall great and would definitely book again. 🙂

Some of the bedrooms were a little small, but the bathrooms were spacious. The living areas are large and the game room was fun for the kids. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed. The property was close to all Disney parks and a Walmart close by that delivers. The owner was very easy to work with and always was available for questions. Overall we had a really nice stay.

Our family of 5 found this property to be just what we needed for our trip to Disney and Universal. It's very close to Disney, 15 minutes, and about 20-30 minutes to Universal. The pool is small, but we were surprised it goes to about 4.5-5 feet.
The owner had great communication from the time I booked. We were there during Hurricane Ian and she communicated to us often during that time.
The beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the bunk room. Every bedroom has a bathroom attached. Only the downstairs one also has access from the main hallway as well as from the bedroom. Would be great for families or multi generational families.
If traveling with a person in a wheelchair or someone that can't do stairs, there is only a 4 inch step into the house. One of the bedrooms is downstairs.
We weren't able to use the amenities of the community, but the sand volleyball court and pool looked great.
Walmart and Target are about 7-8 minutes away to get groceries.
We stay at VRBO properties regularly and this was a top 5!

Location was perfect! Close to stores and close to Magic Kingdom. Sara was a gracious host and checked in on our well being since hurricane Ian was projected to hit Orlando.
