Excellent excellent excellent. Everything was perfect, staff, food, facilities, cleanliness and absolutely everything. Loved the place so much.

We were there for 4 nights but it rained 2 days, which is no fault of theirs. They still created an activity for us indoors which was great

The restaurant was not well organised. I had to ask more time the same thing, and they were not understanding English very well.

This place is magical. I was greeted by one of the staff members (Mila) and she helped me with all my requests. My girlfriend attended a trade show in that hotel during her birthday and I wanted to make something special for her after her work. Mila helped me organize the restaurant, cake & flower delivery, even found a wrapping paper for the gifts. Such a wonderful experience and hotel staff really cares for their guests.

This has by far been the best hotel resort we have stayed at to date and we have stayed at many of the top hotels. The customer care and service was beyond what we expected. The food was especially delicious. As a fussy eater myself I usually struggle in al inclusive holidays but this was the first time we were provided with ample options and also tasty to Michelin levels in my opinion I couldn’t fault a thing. The staff were really attentive and friendly and even though we went during an off peak time in November they managed to make it an enjoyable experience for both myself and my husband. I would like to thank our rep Mila who went beyond her duty to move us to a different room as we were not happy with one or two menial things but she was insistent we get a better room and on our last day arranged a very nice meal for our anniversary at the sushi restaurant which again was at hakkasan levels. We were just amazed at the quality and service. We will definitely be staying at Kaya again on the future.

I really can’t think of anything but if I had to be picky the lady at the market shop was a little rude, she started off being nice and then suddenly changed her attitude towards us! Maybe something something we said she didn’t like? We are still racking our brains as to why she suddenly became rude and looked down at the floor but my husband continued to go out his way to say hi and wave every time we saw her to make a point. It was more funny at the time but in all honesty there really wasn’t a single thing we could fault beside that one lady.

The hotel is fabulous. We've found everything we needed : waterfront beach, big and beautiful pool and aquapark, very good and various food, animation for both kids and adults, water sports, and a generous room space. Great thanks to Mr RIDA who was very available for us to explain and give very useful information about our stay and the hotel. For my family and I, It was an unforgetable stay.

There is not a big choice in extra activities (Excursions, Tennis, Golf, horse rinding, ...)

Everything is fabulous - the beach, the food, the room, all the spaces, the entertainment and all the staff. The pool are very big, with real spaces for kids, never too crowded, the same is for the beach. It might be interesting to take for one day a beach bungalow. Mila from the staff was a real help every day , giving us important information about the program. Perfect location for family with kids , perfect for everybody. I would like to come back one day..

It was just perfect, a real vacantion on the Mediteranean Sea. I really thing that is nothing to complain, just that you have to experience by yourself, going there at least one week.

The hotel is super clean, staff are friendly and helpful, Omer stayed with us and helped us throughout our stay, special thanks to him, food buffet are large and delicious, rooms are spacious, it is indeed a good value of money

The concierge (Gunja) was extremely helpful and made the stay for my family and I a lot easier.

There was a staff member called mehmet working at the pool bar during karaoke night on Tuesday 26th July whos behaviour towards me felt racist. When I asked to play some music before I even asked for the song he said “We don’t play Pakistani music.” He didn’t even look at my phone to see what song I was asking for and walked away. I had a very good tome until this incident occurred. All other staff members were wonderful but that one guy ruined my experience at the resort. Very unfortunate as I wanted to return.

The Lagoon suite is very spacious and has direct access to a private pool. The Lagoon restaurant serves a variety of international dishes with a very nice staff; Mahmut and Ali were extra helpful and friendly. The daily night shows at the theatre were way above expectations. The aqua park was also very well organized and added alot of fun to the stay.

The Lagoon suite area is missing its own snack and bar spots; every time you need something one needs to go inside the restaurant. The adult pool is full of kids so very little privacy. the main restaurant is ok but is not 5-star standard.

English is an issue for many of the staff members but they always make it work. The first thing I had to do when arriving at the hotel was to pay for the full stay. I never had to do that before and since I was traveling with a hungry toddler, this was the last thing I wanted to take care of first.

The resort itself is well located and within 30minutes of the airport. Having its own beach access was a priority for us. There is an endless array of facilities and features which are difficult to get through as our stay was short. The room it self is large and spacious though felt that it may need a bit of a revamp as some features appeared slightly outdated. The staff were attentive and will accommodate if any additional needs are required. There is a wide array of dishes and can be difficult to get through all. There are great facilities for children as well.

Well if I was being picky, there was a slight delay in checking in even though we had requested in advance for early check in as well as we had a 2 year old. Though with the number of people coming in and can be difficult to co-ordinate. As mentioned above, the rooms appear abit outdated so would benefit from a revamp.
