The stay was amazing and the property manager was very accommodating. The room was exactly as described, easy check in process, amazing view of the ocean from the room. Parking was easy access and the beach was extremely convenient to get to from the room. Great place to stay, we spent a week and would definitely consider staying at this location again. It was a pleasure and my family loved the experience!

The unit was very nice and well appointed. Exactly as listed. The owner was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond when I booked it. Check-in was easy. The only "issues" are in no way related to the unit. The parking garage was closed (this was disclosed so not a surprise) but it was a bummer because we had to lug our stuff further. Also the common area at the pool was slightly amiss with construction, etc. but we were glad at least one of the pools were back open.

We loved that we could see the ocean from our room.The room was perfect for us.May was very nice to work with and always answered us back when we texted her.I will recommend anyone to go to Daytona to reach out to her.

We loved our family vacation here. We received detailed instructions on every aspect. The unit is stocked with coffee and beach towels. We will be back and would highly recommend this property. The view was amazing out on the cozy patio.

Host was extremely helpful with quick and clear communication. Condo was perfect for our needs and very clean.

We loved the view and the condo. The location was perfect. The host is friendly and I highly recommend. The only thing wrong is the resort had broken elevators. At one point only 1 elevator was working.

We enjoyed our stay during the NDA Championship. The property was just as it is in the pictures and as stated. The pools were not available due to the hurricane, but we did not have time to use them anyway. We did enjoy waking up to the beach view from the balcony. I would definitely stay here again!

Communication with the owner was always excellent. She responded quickly and with clear details. Had the pools been up and running I would have given this 5 stars. We didn’t learn until a week before our arrival that we would not have access to a pool. I feel like potential renters should be made aware of this when booking is confirmed. Because the pools were off limits, you could only access the ocean by walking out front and past a garage. This was not a convenient entry point to the beach. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable!

We were not advised of the hurricane damage. We were told that the indoor pool would not be open. However neither of the outdoor pools were open and were no where close to being opened, couldn’t sit on the patio due to damage, no direct beach access, no game room, no restaurant or bar and parking was a nightmare because the parking structure wasn’t open.

I'll start by saying not one pool was available for use, which was disappointing especially for my 7 & 8 yr old kids. That being said, May (the owner) was absolutely wonderful. The room was extremely clean, well laid out, and really nicely designed. We'll definitely be back. We had one issue with a neighboring guest (barking dog), but May worked with me to solve this very quickly. Turns out the neighboring unit doesn't even allow dogs, so that problem was resolved quickly. May even showed up in person to work with the hotel staff to resolve the issue.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. Our host May, was more than accommodating and available immediately if needed assistance. The room was perfect and had a great ocean view.

We had a great time, our condo was just as listed, clean, comfortable and accommodating to everything we needed. May herself was a doll and wonderful to work with, communication was great and she made it very easy for us. Can’t wait to go back and 100% will stay in the same place!

Our stay was absolutely great. Unit was very clean with a great view of the beach. May provided detailed instructions on how to enter and parking. The location is easily accessible with plenty of parking. We will definitely rent this unit again when we return to Daytona.

My boys and I rented the Ortona Park property as part of our Christmas break getaway. The place was just as the pictures showed! It was perfect size for myself and two teenage boys! We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast on the patio each morning watching the sun rise and listening to the ocean waves! Communication was amazing. Always updated on status of the property as it had hurricane damage. I would absolutely stay here again.

I am never one to leave bad reviews but I feel I have to in this situation. We have stayed in other vrbos in the past with no issue. We had high hopes for this place and were quickly disappointed. We were booked to stay a day after hurricane Ian hit the area. We were in Orlando visiting the parks and were supposed to have a nice beach stay to end the trip. I tried to keep close contact with the host regarding the property and if we needed to make other arrangements and at one point she did message and say all bridges were closed and power was out in the building and recommended we stay elsewhere and then a few hours later she said everything was open and running. We decided to still go, we didn’t check in until 11:30pm as we had to drive from Orlando, had 3 small kids and used our park day since Parks were closed during the hurricane. Upon arrive the entire strip was partially flooded, all the street lights were out, multiple hotels closed, the area was sketchy and hotel that the condo sits in had damage from hurricane, floors were saturated all the way up the 6th floor where we were supposed to stay. You could hear splashing as we walked down the hall and it smelled terrible of mold and mildew. We arrived at the condo down the hall and inside were several cockroaches on the ground and large golf ball size roach half alive by the back slider door was enough for us re-carry our luggage down stairs and leave. We did NOT stay here and since all hotels on strip were closed due to hurricane we ended up having to drive all the way back to Orlando for a total 3 hour road trip with 3 small kids in the middle of the night. We finally found an available clean hotel and didn’t get kids up to bed until 2:30 am… I reached out to host regarding this and sent pictures of the roaches and she never once apologized or seemed sympathetic of our situation. She left it up to me to ask for a refund and did not offer and after contacting vrbo about the situation I was told it was up to the host for a refund and after several messages to her I have not heard back. I was understanding that the hurricane damage was out of her control but when she was receiving emails that the building did have damage and street lights were out and pool was closed, bridges closed and parking garage closed use should have refunded then…. I’m beyond upset over this whole experience. I have yet to hear from her and will be contacting our credit card company as well.

Its right in the middle of everything as far as we are concerned. It was clean and the view from the balcony was just what we needed.

I should preface this by saying that I hate traveling... mainly because I don’t like sleeping in other beds ... and because I am a bit of a next-level germophobe. With that said, my family agreed before I even said it out loud that the main property itself is kind of run-down and gross. The room/apartment/condo itself, however, was exceptional. My two criticisms: 1. The door is a little tricky. 2. Man, it’s hot in the bedroom and bathroom. We appreciated and utilized the fan provided. But especially at night, if you were anywhere other than the living room, then you were sweating. Other than that, the place was cozy, the neighbor was sweet, and the view was perfect. We had a great visit!

The property was perfect. The views were amazing and access to the beach was super convenient. It was close to a lot of stuff too. We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and relaxing.

Had a great time staying here. The view is great and the condo is very nice and well stocked with items you might need. My only issue is the a/c seems to small to keep the entire unit cool enough for my liking. The pools and pool deck are nice and just a few steps and you are on the beach.

Beautifully appointed condo with very comfy beds

This was my first time using a VRBO and was apprehensive. The pics were gorgeous online and decided to trust the process. It did not disappoint! The owner was very communicative and quick to respond. I had a family wedding to go to in Lake Helen and decided to make it a vacay also and will for sure do it again! Thank you so so much May for sharing your beautiful piece of heaven!

What a great stay here and the owner is super friendly and really quick with communication and response times. Very very clean and updated unit. We absolutely loved the bench seat on the patio and the views of the ocean were just a true blessing, absolutely perfect, lot's of time spent on the private patio. The location was impressive too, lots of shops, eating and grocery within simple walking distance, and a short drive to the South Daytona boardwalk or the Ormond Beach Boardwalk as well. The beds were very comfortable and again, everything was clean, organized and updated. There was a very very large TV, but we didn't even turn it on -- there was too much to do at the beach and around the pools :-) We loved that the two outdoor pools were heated since it was still a bit chilly when we stayed, and there was also an indoor pool and exercise room we used since it rained one day. Definitely wanted to mention the great arcade on property including several vintage 1980's stand up games like Pacman, Galaga and pinball machines. There was something to do around every corner and the beach wasn't that crowded either -- almost felt private at times, especially our night walks - there was only a few people around, which we really enjoyed the peacefulness of it. Can't forget to mention the Tremendous Sunrises right off the balcony -- a really great place, we'll be back -- and we even used the provided air-fryer which was quick and convenient for sure. Thank you again for the wonderful memories, truly appreciated.

Property was clean and well maintained. The beach was pristine and the views from the balcony were amazing! Staff was also friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!
