The condo was gorgeous inside and out. Plenty of restaurants around, go across the bridge to a great little beach.
Kitchen and house was stocked with everything we needed and then some. Would love to stay again.

Like the people before us! David needs fixin! First of all the deck and the building is under major deck repair! We didn’t feel safe going out there as it is supported by 4x4 due to rotting wood. there isn’t a cover and the furniture out there isn’t for lounging…. There are shades that need replaced and missing… the couch and love seat are very dirty! i used sheets to cover them! the bed was comfortable… I had reached out about the missing shade before we rented and the rental company said it was replaced,,, that isn’ttrue!

I was searching for an adequate property for 4 of us to stay and conduct my father's "celebration of life." As a native of Post Falls, I was excited to find this property right on the river across from the park where I learned how to swim. From the beginning, communication was on point. When we arrived, everything was as described and depicted in the photos. If I were to nit-pick, we couldn't get Dish Network to work, but with the views and streaming services, so what. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-appointed. Walking distance to Brewery, parks, damn (which was wide-open and like a little niagra). There is no pool/hot tub on the property, but the views are extraordinary and the condo was clean, furnished beatifully and shows care of ownership. Thank you to Vacation Rental Authority (and owners) for allowing us to stay in this wonderful place. We hope to be back and visit the area soon.

I really like the fact it has 2 bedrooms with king beds. That’s difficult to find. The 2nd bedroom is kind of small but all we did was sleep in it. The master is very large and has a great view of the river. Great river view from the living room too. The 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed. Kitchen is adequately supplied. I didn’t need anything I couldn’t find. More food containers would be nice. (Unless they were somewhere I didn’t look). Water heater didn’t keep up with the 4th shower but then again I’m used to an on demand at home so I’m spoiled. Front door is tricky to lock from the outside. Maybe instructions in your booklet on how to do it. Have stayed here before and will stay again.

This condo was everything we expected and more. It was comfortable, clean, roomy and within walking distance of a number of restaurant/pub type places. The weather was perfect during our stay and the view of the river was spectacular.

The property was perfect for our birthday celebration with kayaking and exploring the area. Close enough to CDA without the traffic and beautiful peaceful view watching for eagles and geese flying overhead. We had all that we needed. I would add a Keurig coffee machine to update a little.

This is a great property to drink wine on the deck or coffee in the morning looking at the eagles and osprey flying over the river. Home is beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend.

I am disabled and I managed getting around fairly well with how the furniture was placed and ofcourse it helped to have an elevator to get to the condo.

Very clean and comfortable. We had a BBQ one night and invited my son, daughter-in-law and our 4 grandkids. We all played Uno (which was provided along with many other games) and had a great time. Will definately stay again in the future.

Perfect size, Great view, Nicely furnished
This 3BR, 2BA condo is clean, modern and well-furnished, and has a nice-sized deck overlooking the Spokane river. The location is quiet and secluded but within easy walk/drive of restaurants and shops, or a stroll along the waterfront and marina. The kitchen was well-appointed overall, although we never found a good old-fashioned can opener (?) and the dishwasher occasionally struggled to get dishes clean. But our 2-week stay was very comfortable, despite (or maybe because of) the gradually increasing shelter-in-place mentality during that period.

The battery was not replaced and the security alarm went off all three mornings while we were sleeping.

The condo was nice but not maintained very well. There was a broken chair on the deck, drawers in the bedroom were broken, closet were full of stuff, and was dusty. Wasn't up to the normal VRBO standards (no coffee, very few spices, measuring cups, etc.)

Great riverside location!
The condominium is located directly on the Spokane River. The three bedrooms are comfortable with the master directly on the river. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. It is on the top (4th) floor, across from the elevator. We will rent this unit again when we next visit the Post Falls area.

Comfortable convient condo
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The view right on the Spokane River was lovely and serene with the mountains on the opposite shore. It was very quiet and yet close to Spokane and Couer d Alene. The condo itself was very clean and well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Many places to eat in the area and we tried several. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful property.
The condo was really nice, clean and comfortable. Our only issue was that we had to walk up four flights of steep stairs. Our parents are 88 and 90 it was really difficult for them.

Like new condo on the river
We really enjoyed the location of this unit. The view was very pleasant and relaxing. The parade of boats from the ramp and the distant laughter of the children playing in the river was entertaining but not intrusive. The buildings are new, and a mix of owner occupied to vacation to rental. The property has a great dock with many slips, but was completely empty during our stay. What's up with that?
The location was good for our style. Close enough to Coeur d'Alaine and all the other lakes for excellent day trips, but out of the crowd at the end of our day.
All amenities are there, and the place was model unit clean. Decent grocery locally, and found a good BBQ place, Willies, in town. The property appeared to have plenty of unassigned parking with a vacant lot next door that was used for trailered boats.
Vacation Authority was responsive and cooperative. We had been without cell or wifi for a week prior to arrival, but they were patient and understanding. They also appear to be the premier agency for the region that may bring an economy of scale to the whole operation.
I would recommend this home to you, and if I were to go back to the area would stay here again.

wonderful condo
We had a wonderful trip to Post Falls. The condo is very luxuriously furnished with a beautiful view of the Spokane River and Falls. The condo is on the 4th floor and has a elevator if you don't want to get your climbing steps in. It is very well furnished and stocked and extremely quiet and peaceful. We liked that the condo was located between Coeur d'Alene and Spokane. We spent one day hiking near Coeur d'Alene, one day shopping in Spokane and the next day biking the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes. We would definitely recommend this condo to others.
