We really enjoyed our stay big open space for everyone to relax and hang out. Accommodation was provided for our little infant and toddler. (Highchair, small table and chair, plates and silverware) walking distance to pool, as far as beach access I will say it’s a little far walking with toddlers but the older kids loved that they could get on the bikes and head to the beach through the trail while we loaded up on the golf cart. Definitely recommend!!!

The house was beautiful and very spacious for the 9 teenagers and 4 adults in our crew. Great location…very close to Publix and our favorite, Pizza by the Sea, and not a far drive to the beach. The girls enjoyed the bikes. The only ‘complaint’ we would give is we feel the house needs to have more towels/wash clothes for the number of guests the house can accommodate.
We would definitely return to this home :)

Our stay
Kitchen was amazing and well stocked for large groups. Website states there are 3.5 baths which is not true. The en-suite master bath on the main level had to be shared as there was no half bath. Place only has 3 bathrooms which was disappointing to us. The screened back porch was very nice as it butted up to greenery so no people behind us. House was very clean when we arrived. Beach access for us as a large group was not doable via the path in the neighborhood and we found out you can’t just get on the closest beach easily by car. We went to Grayton state park each time which was a nice beach and a short drive.

Bear Haven at Nature’s Walk
My family of 12 stayed at this rental from June 4 - 11, 2022. The house was very nice, adequate number of beds, kitchen utensils were well stocked. I would recommend the owners provide more than one dishcloth and dish towel. The property is advertised as 3.5 bathrooms but we did not have access to the half bath downstairs which was very inconvenient for the number of people in the house. I did reach out to the rental company and advised them the door had a lock on it and a sign that said Do No Open, Owners Personal Property. They stated they were unaware of this but the situation was never resolved. This house does not come with a golf cart so I definitely recommend renting one for trips to the beach…it’s too far to walk. The pool is within walking distance. The house is nicely decorated and the AC worked very well. Overall, we had a great vacation and Nature’s Walk at 30A is a nice location.

Beautiful Area
We had a great week at Little Bear’s Haven! The house was very accommodating! The large open space of the kitchen , family room and eating area was nice with a big group. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed.
Our check in was at 4:00 and when we arrived, the house was NOT clean or ready for us to come in. A maintenance guy was just pulling up to fix a lightbulb. I had to call and report to management that the house wasn’t clean. They told us it would be closer to 6:00 for the house to be ready. We returned at 5:30 and the cleaners were done. When we went in, there was NO smell of cleaners. It had appeared that the beds were just made and maybe the floor swept. We found socks and underwear left from the people before us. This house was not cleaned properly. It was dirty. With a global pandemic going on, this is unacceptable. I will be reaching out to Real Joy Management.
Seaside and Santa Rosa Beach are amazing towns! There is so much to do for all ages! We really loved the area! We would recommend this area and even this house if it was properly cleaned!

Great house, great amenities
Just about Everything about this property was perfect! Close to community pool, plenty of towels and blankets, 3 king beds, even had a straightener, curling iron plus a hairdryer for each bathroom. The only issues we had was the wifi didn’t work at all and we had to call for the password and location of the pool key. A little page on the bar providing all of the info would’ve been great. 2 of the bedrooms have bathrooms and the other 3 have to share just one, so Mack sure that works for your group. You will need to drive to the beach, we rented a golf cart ans it’s not far
