Avec ses nombreuses activités à proximité (luge, voile et bien plus encore), cette maison de vacances qui accepte les animaux de compagnie est la solution idéale pour explorer les environs en toute simplicité. Parc de Tubbs Hill et Parc McEuen ne sont qu'à quelques minutes de marche, vous pouvez donc laisser votre véhicule à l'hébergement, qui offre un parking sur place.
Un salon, une cheminée et la climatisation équipent également cette location avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain. The house was the perfect location to all our needs. We were visiting our aunt who is in assisted living and we were only a mile away which was super convenient. We also brought our puppy to meet her and having the trail to tubbs hill a block away was great as we took him out on it every day. It’s also easily walkable to downtown. We will hopefully be back to stay again in the future

The house is very comfortable and the location is perfect for enjoying all downtown CDA has to offer... Tub Hills trail is just around the corner, the restaurants, Centennial Trail, Lake activities... We have now stayed there twice will house hunting in the area. Love it!

This is our favorite house to stay when our family comes down from Alaska. It’s walking distance to everything you need, car is optional if you are here for a short stay. It’s easy check in and out, we have never had any issues and have enough space to even entertain family and friends.
The fireplace was amazing and so cozy. Love this place and love these owners!!! Will be back this summer! Thank you so much for having a wonderful for us to visit our Idaho family members.

We have stayed here twice. We love the location and the floor plan suits our needs. The only trouble we have had is accessing the garage. Both times we had to contact Vacasa. The first time our problem was resolved within the hour. The second time it was not resolved and we had to improvise. Overall, we love this place and hope to rent from the owners every time we are in town. Highly recommend staying here!

We came up from Texas for a wedding and really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and fully furnished with everything you need. We enjoyed bloody mary's on the front porch, I walked around barefoot in the lush GREEN grass, something we don't have in Texas right now. Tubbs hill is a short 4 min walk if you're looking for a hike that has amazing views of the lake. We walked to the downtown area, which was also very close, for dinner and shopping. We would definitely recommend this home and will be trying to make our way back.

My group of girlfriends scheduled a Spa Day at the CDA Resort and wanted the comforts of a home to stay in. Our stay was excellent, the house was cozy, the neighborhood delightful, and best of all walking distance to everything we wanted to do.

The home was well maintained and the owners/ property managers were great. We had tech issues (mostly our fault) and they handled and responded promptly. Unfortunately we were not there for vacation rather a passing of a family member, but this place was a great place for our family to come together. Clean and well taken care of. We hope to stay here again under better personal conditions to enjoy the area!

The house is in a perfect location - about 10 minutes from Sherman Avenue. The house does need some updated furnishings and there is construction going on next door and across the street and they start working around 7:00am. There is a port a John in front of the house. It would have been nice if they had a sheet recommending restaurants or attractions, but there was nothing.

This was a perfect little house for my husband, his parents, our baby, and our dog. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants etc. and right next to Tubbs Hill hiking trails. We loved the water pressure and thought the beds very comfy.
A previous poster mentioned construction next door; it wasn’t going on when we were there but the porta-potty for it was directly in front of the house and the odor made sitting out front unpleasant/nonexistent. That looks like it’ll be wrapped up really soon though.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Lovely house, quiet neighborhood
We loved our stay at this cute house! Very nice layout and amazing kitchen!! A close walk to Sanders Beach and the park near the Coeur d’ Alene resort. Very quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Appreciated that it’s dog friendly. Would definitely like to stay there again.

Great location
Great location! Close to downtown and the lake. Home was cute, clean and simple. Only reason for 4 stars is there was construction next door and across the street. I worked nights and was home during the day with banging, drilling and a ton of noise. Wish that would have been disclosed, but not sure how that works.
