This was an amazing experience for puerto rico. The process was easy and we had pretty much the entire beach to ourselves. Highly recommend if you want a relaxing quiet vacation.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review for this property. The second to last night of our stay, the apartment above us flooded and subsequently flooded our apartment. We had to mop constantly and clean the mess, in addition to having to sleep in the living room due to the bedroom ceiling leaking. The owner was very communicative initially and apologetic. We spent a large amount of our vacation constantly mopping the dirty water and being available for maintenance. I requested a one night refund from the owner, which felt more than fair since we had two nights of problems. The owner agreed (proof in text messages), but kept putting off our refund. I even had VRBO send him directions on how to give a partial refund after he said he didn’t know how to do it. Eventually, he just ghosted me and stopped responding, leaving me with a lengthy appeal process with VRBO. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing since we went out of our way to help him with his apartment’s problems. My toddler also slipped on the wet floor before we realized what was happening and hit her head badly. Additionally, building’s elevators frequently didn’t work (one was completely out of order and the other would just randomly stop working, not related to power). The views from the balcony were stunning, although we also couldn’t use it the last two nights due to water leaking down from the above apartment. I would have been much more forgiving in my review if he had stuck to what he agreed to.

Pros:My partner and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The pictures does not do justice to the place. This place has everything seating areas, TVs, extremely soft bed (if the bed is too soft the pullout is nice too) Beautiful views, nice kitchen that has all the basics of what you need plus some stuff that was not used by previous guest ( laundry detergent, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner (it's better to go to the store for supplies until after you check in.) there is also beach chairs, and umbrellas and a boogie board in the closet!!
Cons: let me start off by saying that none of these cons are anything against the host. He is extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any issues. While we were staying there at least there was only 1 working elevator. Sometimes It takes a Minute to get there if it's during a busy hour. It is also pretty dark inside so if you are not good with tight spaces then the stars might be better. That is the only con we could think of.
Notes: the condo is right on the beach, we read several other review about how it’s a 5 min walk to go down and then around to the beach, however there is a much faster way if you go to the lobby and walk across to the other building they have stairs that lead down to the beach. (for better directions ask the host!). Also ask the host about the shortcut you can take through the garage instead of walking through the garage and up the hill. Overall this is by far the best place to stay while in Liquillo!!

Nice comfortable condo inside! Had everything we needed, and the balcony view of the ocean was amazing! We did not make it down to the beach area, but saw a couple of surfers in the water and an occasional couple strolling … very peaceful. Had it not been raining the mornings we were there it’s an excellent spot to catch a beautiful sunrise. Place was quiet. Host was very communicative and quick to respond to our questions. And the evening security guard was so friendly and hilarious!

This condo was perfectly situated right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the water. It was amazing. Additionally, Rios was great to work with. Very responsive and reasonable. I highly recommend this rental.

Very clean, updated 5th floor corner unit. Great views from the balcony! VERY soft bed, AC works well in both rooms! Great location, close to many cafes and shops, short drive from Luquillo beach and the kioskos. Property is gated, staffed by a security person at all times-you will have to fill out a quick form if you're planning to park in the garage but then they just wave at you as you drive in. It's a short walk from the garage to the lobby, check other reviews for directions, overall not too bad! Property does not have direct beach access, that we've found anyway, so you have to walk out the front gate and around the block to get to it but once you do, it's beautiful. Apartment has a fridge, stove, washer/dryer unit, everything works as it should and is very convenient! Would stay again!

Our experience far exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, our host was very accommodating. He walked us through the arrival process and made us feel very welcomed. The staff on the property were very kind and helpful. As for the condo, it was decorated beautifully, well stocked with plenty of clean linen and towels and all essentials were provided, and best of all the home was spotless. No hotel could measure up to these standards. The bed was amazingly comfortable with soft and clean linen. The view from the balcony was breath taking and drinking coffee in the morning was awesome. The amenities of the property were nice and clean, swimming pool was very nice and the private entrance to the beach was magical. The food in the nearby restaurants served really delicious food, and everyone in the community was very friendly and spoke both English and Spanish. The location of the property was the perfect springboard to many attractions. We will definitely make reservations again in the future and highly recommend this piece of paradise to friends and family. Thank you for making our vacation your number one priority; we are very grateful and had an amazing time.

We had the time of our life! The apartment was perfect and we were so sad to leave. The balcony overlooking the ocean was spectacular and the beach below was almost private, as few people were ever there when we were. We loved Luquillo too, and the other beaches were also amazing, each one different. We had strong waves where we were, but walking up to Playa Azul, we had calm gentle waters. Palm trees, golden sands, and amazing people, we can't say enough how wonderful our vacation was. We can't wait to go back. Such a great experience! The apartment had everything we needed, kitchen fully equipped, bathroom needs like shampoo and body wash, and our own washer and dryer. Thank you for making our vacation amazing!

The property itself is very lovely. Overlooks the beach exactly as described. Clean. The beach chairs and umbrella came in handy. The surrounding neighborhood is fine, just would not venture out alone at night. Location is close driving distance to el yunque rainforest, multiple pristine beaches, and kioskos de Luquillo for plenty of food options. Definitely would recommend this listing for a couple, small friend group, or small family!

1st time in Puerto Rico and will most likely return to this condo. The area is a nice central location for all the cool cities beaches excursions etc. (30 min in either direction) Rios was an EXCEPTIONAL host. Very responsive every step of the way from before we arrived to after we left. He checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything or how everything was going and if their was any problems etc. The condo itself was great, the view was amazing the cleanliness was top notch. The area that the towers are located in is a little older as well as the towers themselves but don’t let it deter you as the people are great and there’s a couple really good restaurants and a coffee shop within a minute of the property. I gave 5 stars because I really can’t find anything to complain about with the host/property. If i had to pick something it would be the pool. It’s no frills pool with no chairs but we had so much planned that we didn’t have time to go in anyway.

Would be nice to have another chair in living room, if you have more than 2 people. Apt is a short walk to restaurants. Parking spot is at far end of parking garage, so if carrying lots of things, it was helpful to drop off at front entrance/lobby.

Beautifully renovated beach apartment with spectacular views
This was the perfect choice for our small family (2 adults and 1 toddler). In contrast to the building itself, the apartment has been very tastefully updated. Extremely comfortable space, amazing 5th-story ocean views, and accommodating host all combined to provide us with a very relaxing stay. Luquillo area is quiet and quaint, but comes to life at night and on the weekends. Plenty of food options nearby, beautiful beaches which we practically had all to ourselves, and close access to El Yunque Rainforest National Park.

Our 20th Anniversary trip
We celebrated our 20th anniversary here. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, clean, and new. The complex was very quiet and has the best views. We walked on the beach for a couple hours and maybe encountered 6 people. The pool was never busy either. The walk to the beach is fine, but be prepared for the 50 plus steps you must climb on your way back up. Good exercise! My only dislike was that they chain lock the beach access gate at 6:00 pm each night. So if you want to go to the beach after that, you must exit though the garage and walk around the building. I felt very safe walking around and all the locals were super nice. I will definitely return here someday!!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The view was absolutely beautiful. The owner has done an amazing job making it clean, comfortable and welcoming. Everything you could possibly need was there. There was pots, pans, everything you need In the kitchen. There was even laundry detergent.
The owner was very good with communication and was very respectful and would check in with us.

Beautiful Puerto Rican beach front condo stay!
We stayed here for our honeymoon, it was absolutely amazing the views and sounds from the beach are incredible! We got to see the full moon over the ocean!! It is truly breath taking! Also the nearby rain forest is awesome the local board walk seafood trucks have really fine food though more expensive than we expected. All in all the experience was one in a life time! Any questions were answered very promptly!

Breathtaking Views and Perfect Location!
We stayed here for 4 days and it was absolutely beautiful! Everything from the check in process to the checkout process was perfectly smooth! The property had everything we needed including a variety of cooking utensils, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towel, and even other cleaning supplies! This was extremely convenient as previous trips to the island at other locations required us to buy absolutely everything. This property was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our trip, both size and destination of the property! We were able to use the private pool or take a dry short walk walk to the beach front right outside the property. The hosts communication with us was great as he was able to assist when needed/if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this place to any couple as this was a great experience for us and will be definitely be staying here again! You will not regret it!

Rio’s place is super clean. The view is breathtaking. Everything is brand new. The apartment is recently remodeled, which is both fashion and aesthetic. You have everything you need for a short stay. Communication is good. Checking in is a lot bit complex but host will help you all the time.

We had a fantastic stay at Rios place! The apartment was clean with very nice new upgrades. The best part was the corner balcony and the stunning view.
Rios was very easy to work with and made sure to go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure we had a great stay. The staff at the front gate was also very helpful!
I would gladly stay here again and would recommend this stay for anyone visiting! Thanks again for making our first trip to PR the best it could be!

Stunning ocean view
Rios is an amazing host!!! Communication was flawless from the first contact to the time we left. He was quick to respond, attentive, and generous. He went above and beyond during our stay.
The neighborhood to get to the condo looks a little rough but we never felt unsafe. The locals were extremely friendly and the apartment was everything we imagined and more!!!!
Stunning ocean view, “it is to die for”. The apartment is newly remodeled, well stocked and the beach in front of the condo is private. We were amazed at how bright the ambient was. Only 30 minutes from/to the airport, close to many attractions and things to do in the area, you must enjoy the street food.
This place exceeded our expectations, you really feel at home!
My only regret was not extending my stay. Definitely will be back soon.
