Property well appointed. The clocks all need batteries, but that was a very miner issue. There is very minimal view of the lake.

Jeamy is a great host/manager and very responsive. Overall, the home is well-kept and clean. I would stay there again if they would have me. The beds are oh-so-comfortable. Our entire party agrees about the beds.
The property is nice. It's bright with updated fixtures and appliances. The structure itself is a little dated, with signs of age showing in very small disrepairs like toilet paper and towel holders; a ceiling cover in one of the bathrooms isn't seated well, so you can see into the ceiling.
If you have more than 2 cars in your party, parking could be inconvenient. The parking instructions are clear; there's just not much of it.

We enjoyed our stay, and we loved the close proximity to the community pool! We enjoyed some mini golf nearby and restaurants near the marina. Jeramy was an excellent host and quick to reply to messages!

Extremely clean and comfortable. Loved the kitchen counter! The porch was perfect for morning coffee. Jeramy was always just a text away to answer any questions.

Property and location were beautiful. Definitely as advertised. Close to the water, shopping and restaurants. Line to get in the gates can get a little long during peak times, but it is really nice to have a manned guard house and roving security on the premises. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks.

The condo was great the owner answered all messages right away. There was a nice view of the lake out each end of the balcony. The condo was clean and modern. Only drawback is there is only one parking spot in front of the condo. Then you just use visitor parking it was too far but not as easy for unloading stuff.

We enjoyed our stay in April Sound. Jeramy quickly helped us with any questions or concerns. We were very close to many restaurants, shopping and golfing.
The pool was being refinished so we weren’t able to enjoy that as often as we would have liked but it will be nice when it is done. We’re from Minnesota so enjoyed Texas weather.

Jeramy's condo was close to a friend's wedding venue. It was clean and located in a safe neighborhood.

We stayed here for a weekend moms getaway and it was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The home was clean and exactly how it was in the pictures. We used the pool and it was a great experience. Very close to a lot of resturants and stores. Jeramy was very responsive and gave great recommendations.

This was a really nice place to stay. The pictures were exactly what we got. I didn’t remember reading about stairs but the lay out was nice and roomy. The parking was tricky. We had 2 cars and the spot reserved for us needed to have a small car. The parking spots were not marked so the car in front of us and behind us left us little room to park. But we did manage to fit one of the cars in and we just left it there. The parking lot across from us only had one visitor park that I could see so we had to walk a little bit after we got in one night.
Back to our house, loved the shower in the masters. It was one of the rain square heads. I liked it because it was not in the ceiling of shower area. Beds slept well and I could smell the bleach so I felt they were clean and sanitized. My friends didn’t like the fact the master was the only room with a tv.
It was interesting that the only curtains were in the bedroom. Nothing wrong with it, was just different FOR ME. But the natural lighting was amazing so I quickly got use to it. I hate I didn’t get to enjoy the balcony because the mosquitoes beat me to it. The complex did have a truck to spray but I think the mosquitoes knew when they were coming and they hid. The location in the area was great. We didn’t have to travel far for anything ( not walking distance but with a car)
Our host Jeramy/ Jeremy (sorry hate to misspell names) was great. When ever I called HE answered. Not once did I have to talk to a voicemail. I liked that. The small issues we had he handled Immediately.
We all agreed we would go back when we get a chance to head back to that area. 👍👍

Amazing host; they were helpful and quick to respond if needed. They have a beautiful condo near the lake. It was a relaxing getaway weekend with lots of things to do near the condo.

My family and I stayed at this condo in April Sound and we loved it! The host was very attentive and the property looked just like the images. We enjoyed the layout and how everything was set up for us. We would 100% stay here again!

I highly recommend this property.
