The location is great! Just a few steps to the boardwalk and just down the street from some great eats. There were plenty of spaces for everyone to sleep and be comfortable. I don’t think the cleaning fee they charge is fair considering the cleanliness of the location. Mold in showers, broken doors/hardware, clear water damage, trash found when we arrived. We booked our stay four months in advance, but only with a weeks notice did we find out they were building a pool in the back and had that area sectioned off with construction wire, so we couldn’t access that area. Also, you cannot set the AC to lower than 70 degrees. Our large family like to be cool when we sleep so that was not ideal, but the AC went out anyway with two nights left. The whole system needed to be replaced, and we were given a small, portable machine to use. The temperature reacher 79 in the house the day it went out. On our departure day, we were packing to leave around 8:15 when we noticed the cleaner and possibly the owner sitting out front of the house. Check out wasn’t until 10 so it just rubbed us the wrong way, as if we were being rushed. Overall, great location but cheap and unclean.

Great location! House was clean and fun for my family and children. My only complaint would be there are no dressers in the bedrooms to put clothing. Management was very responsive if we needed anything

Location is great. Sleeping set up is too, in addition to having 4.5 bathrooms. We wish there were dressers. There is nothing to set belongings on in the bedrooms, and we are not fond of living out of a suitcase for a week. It is hard to beat the short and beautiful walk to the beach. Sunshine Realty gets 10 stars. They are helpful and responsive and very oriented to making guests happy!

Sewage problem causing mild nausea for 4 of the 10 of us

This house was perfect for our family vacation of 6 adults and 4 young children. The two living spaces were definitely useful. The kitchen was well stocked; appreciated the empty pantry space for our food. Would have liked cable on all televisions. Water/ice dispenser on refrigerator didn’t work causing us to buy bottled water.

The house itself was excellent, clean, and more than accommodated our party of 8 adults with room to spare. The location was what was most excellent. Walking distance to two beach accesses, walking distance to 10+ restaurants, quick 3 minute drive to the Publix, putt putt, and many more restaurants. Would certainly consider staying here again for beach or bars.

Great family vacation! The house was in a convenient location within walking distance of the beach, bars, and restaurants. The one drawback of the house is that it doesn’t have a large outdoor space for evening family gatherings: only 2 small outdoor balconies, one which contained 2 chairs and a third floor balcony with small ocean view which accommodated 4 people.

Just what we were looking for. A clean & fun house near the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was fantastic. The common space and room layout worked really well for our group of mixed couples. Would also work really well with families. The location is one house off the beach but also within a block of around five great food places including an easy breakfast spot. Would highly recommend this for anybody going to Saint Augustine Beach

This is a beautiful house steps away from the beach. The location is walking distance to many restaurants, one is literally a two minute walk. The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious.

We loved our stay at this beach home on St Augustine Beach. The close proximity of just a few steps to beach & without having to cross any streets was super convenient for all & very safe for kids in our group. The home layout was very comfortable for 2 families of 4 plus 2 grandparents. Communication with the rental company was great also. Nice, easy walking to great coffee spot (Kookaburra) & Mango Mangoes was super tasty. Very close (approx 10 min) to downtown and all attractions. Only small suggestion would be to add glass wine glasses instead of the clear plastic. Would love to stay here again!

The property is in an amazing location, right next to the walkway to the beach and surrounded by many restaurants. Publix and Starbucks less than 3 mins away. We had a slight issue with some housekeeping when we got there, but this was quickly resolved by Maya at Sunshine Reality. The house is separated in 3 levels, the ground level was perfect for our kids age 10-12 and they were able to play as loud as the wanted and didn’t disturb the adults on the next two floors. The only slight hang up was the weather changed super cold during our stay and the heat did not work on the first two levels, not a big deal, I could have called the emergency line but we decided to just put sweaters and blankets on to sleep. On the whole it was a great getaway and will definitely stay again if it’s available.

Great property. Accommodated all of our family. Great main room kitchen where we could cook Christmas dinner and have our local family come over and eat in the great table that can seat up to 14. All televisions were up to date so we could watch Christmas movies and enjoyed the game room downstairs. And yes, a 1 minute walk to the beach. A PERFECT vacation property for our family and would stay there again next time we are in town.

We celebrated a family Thanksgiving in this home by the beach. Everything was as described. Renovations, which appear to be recent, were done smartly. There is plenty of room for a group to converge in the kitchen and living room, while also offering options for smaller groups to break off for privacy or alone-time. The location is perfect - adjacent to the beach, with very short walks to 3 great local restaurants. With an easy 15-minute drive to see the sights in St. Augustine, and 5 minutes to grocery stores, everything could not be more convenient. I cannot speak specifically to interaction with the property manager, as we truly had no issues beyond an initial call with a question about a door lock, which was easily resolved during that call. The fact that we did not need to reach out is the statement about how well everything went for our week in this terrific beach house.

Everything was perfect. No complaints at all. Will stay again.

Awesome spot! Two houses from the beach...walk to surf shop, Mango Mangos, Jack's BBQ, Stir it up, and the best burritos at the Taco Shop! House itself was large and clean with very comfortable beds. Had a blast playing ping pong. Only thing they could improve on...there should be a fridge downstairs. Also wish they allowed dogs. We'll definitely stay here again.

This house offered a very functional space for two families with young children (four kids, three and under). The house has a gorgeous new remodel with a huge dining table that we used all day, every day. Very clean and has all the necessities. The proximity to the beach AND local restaurants and activities is unmatched. Highly recommend this house and will definitely rent again.

We loved the Just Coasting Beach House. It was clean, well kept, really cute decor, and large enough for our extended family. The walk to the beach was super quick, and we loved the outdoor shower and rinse off areas. We also liked the space in the house. Felt like each portion of our extended family had their own space to relax in when it was needed. Huge kitchen, large enough to seat everyone for a big, family meal.
