Cette maison de vacances de 217 m² vous invite à la détente avec un jardin, du mobilier d'extérieur et une terrasse privée où se retrouver autour d'un verre. To start, I don't usually expect perfection in a rental. But in all honesty, the pictures did not do this property justice. It was by far the cleanest house we've ever stayed in. Easy to find, great amount of parking and the grounds gave us plenty to do! Fire pit with wood and paper to get you started, hammock, covered patio with seating and a beautiful view of the private expansive dock and canal. Deck with grill AND a pizza maker. The kitchen was fully loaded, lots of clean towels, two full bathrooms and 4 great sized bedrooms for a larger family ( we have 3 children and a Poppop with us and everyone got their own room. The older two children shared but there were twin beds and they loved it!) large dining room but honestly you'll never use it if the weather holds out. We got to use the kayaks that the owner generously left in the garage for renter use. We brought our own boat but they offer discount codes to rent a boat nearby and the ramp to put your own boat in is only 3 blocks away! I could honestly go on and on ( I mean Niagara Falls is an hour and a half away and we got to do that too!) Seneca lake is right down the canal about 25 minutes by boat in a no wake and you can fish all along the way!
Mike and Paula were always very prompt with answering any questions. We will definitely be return renters! Thank you so much for the experience. My girls never wanted to leave!

The house and garden area have great indoor and outdoor gathering spaces for families and friends along with beautiful landscaping and views of the canal. We enjoyed our stay and the location is perfect for sightseeing in the fingerlakes area. Mike is easy to communicate with and we enjoyed our stay!

Mike and Paula's home and property were beautiful! My family enjoyed the scenery the most from the backyard that gently comes to the canal. We went kayaking, rented a paddle boat, visited many wineries, hiked some waterfalls and baked apple pies after picking them at a nearby orchard. But the best were the moments spent in the lovely home and property with my grown kids. The many options for places to relax at the home were wonderful for our family of 7 to break into small groups or gather as a large group...much restoration of relationships and deepening of family love occurred... much enabled by Mike and Paula's home!

From the booking to the end of our wonderful vacation, Mike and Paula were very available with communications. Their rental was perfect for our family. It was well appointed with everything we could need. We utilized every possible amenity available to us, from fishing to kayaking to corn hole to just relaxing and enjoying this beautiful, peaceful property. You will not be disappointed with this wonderful rental. we visited the local wineries, cheese tasting and hiking. being an outdoorsy family, we didn't have problems finding things to do. We will definitely came back. Thank you for helping to make our family vacation memorable!

The property is as pretty as seen in the pictures. It was very quiet and peaceful. There were stores within a couple of miles. It's in a pretty little town. We had a wonderful week with our family.

Our family had a wonderful week stay in this beautiful Waterloo home. The house is on a quiet dead end street with a great new dock on the seneca/Cayuga canal. We enjoyed cooking dinners in their well equipped kitchen and gas grill. The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms had everything you needed and supplied with items you might have even forgotten.
The outside was so serene, and our family enjoyed kayaking and cornhole one afternoon. We had campfire s’mores too at the firepit.
The house is a great starting point for day trips to the wineries. We celebrated our son’s 21st birthday in style at Bellhurst Castle. Edgar’s steakhouse was a real treat.
Our hosts Paula and Mike were so accommodating. The communication was seamless. We are so glad to have found such a wonderful location in the Finger Lakes.
Thank you so much for your hospitality. We have been to the Finger lakes three other times, and have rented VRBO’s. This house was the best by far.
We can not wait to visit again and share more memories at this beautiful oasis. Thank you so much.

House and property are well maintained. We had a hot week so being able to swim off the dock that has a ladder was great. We also brought our boat and tubes to float in the water. Owners provide corn hole, bikes, kayaks etc… there is plenty to do. Would definitely rent again.

I only have great things to say about this house. The owners have thought of everything from great bed linens, super comfy beds, very well equipped kitchen and awesome outdoor spaces! Highly recommend!!!

An absolute slice of heaven. The hosts were excellent communicators and we had a seamless reservation, check in and check out. House was spotless, comfortable, beautifully decorated and serene. Right on the canal near two beautiful lakes with lots to do and see. One sweet town with darling shops, wineries and food after another here. Can’t wait to come back. We added the kayaks on property to our own that we brought to take the family through the canal’s locks just blocks from the house which was a thrill. Homeowner has a special price for pontoon rental which was a fabulous day out on the lake with tubing for kids and adults alike. Be sure to spend an afternoon at Three Brothers Winery while you’re there which has four differently themed tasting buildings.

Perfect setting on scenic, quiet and peaceful canal. Lots of natural beauty with many opportunities to enjoy from the decks and fire pit area around the house. House itself was thoughtfully decorated and appointed including kayaks, bikes, board games, and little things like cotton balls and q tips. Mike and Paula were exceptional hosts providing lots of info and immediate responses to any questions, couldn't have been better. While quiet and peaceful, the house is also close to a number of good restaurants, grocery stores, and (of course) wineries. We loved our stay, only regret is the time went much too fast.

My family had an amazing week in the Finger Lakes and at this property. The house was stocked better than any other VRBO we've stayed at. Anytime we weren't exploring the area the guys were fishing off the lovely new dock. We enjoyed everything from the beautifully decorated home and yard to the kayaks, fishing gear and everything we needed for a relaxing fire at the end of the night. Great location. Highly recommend and hope to come back someday.

Staying at Three West St in Waterloo, NY was like living in an impressionistic painting for a week. My family was not familiar with the Finger Lakes. This vacation added so much to our year, our mindset, and our family closeness. There's simply not enough space here to say how perfect this experience was. Location, property, property manager communication...all Stellar. Exceeded expectations. Will Go Back If At All Possible!!!! Often!!!

Our group (4 couples) had a wonderful stay at this property. Mike, our host was pleasant, super responsive, communicated often and flexible. The property itself is in a good location, has a great outdoor space that we wish we could have utilized more, unfortunately it rained 3 of the 6 days we were there. The inside space is inviting and both the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and we lacked for nothing. One thing to note is that the two bedrooms on the upper level are on the small size as compared to the bedrooms on the main level, so not ideal for the two couples who get assigned those rooms. Overall, a very nice property that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting that region.

This was the best lakehouse we've stayed at. Very clean, beds were super comfortable, a complete kitchen, and plenty of rooms to find privacy if needed. We are a family of 6 adults and a six year old. The house is at the end of a dead end street so it was private and quiet. The best part I think was the outside space. Beautiful view of the water, plenty of shade, flat grassy area for lawn games, and plenty of covered areas in case in rained. I would definely come back.

From start to finish, this property is well appointed, beautifully situated, and very inviting. Comfortable beds and crisp linens, ample room for a large group, outdoor settings a plenty surrounded by stunning gardens. Close to a variety of attractions but cozy enough you might just stay put.

The property is fantastic. At the end of a street that meets the canal, there is no road noise or traffic. The tranquility of the property and the canal is what we remarked on most often. Three different outside seating areas were perfect for accommodating those of us who kept seeking shade throughout the day as well as those looking for the warm sun. We all enjoyed use of the provided kayaks, bikes, etc. We spent every evening at the firepit, enjoying the peace and quiet and privacy. We were looking for a relaxing escape for a few days to recharge and enjoy time with our friends and this was a perfect spot for just that. The interior of the home was also well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, would recommend to others, and may return again. Thanks.

Great family vacation
We had a wonderful family get together. Paula and Mike were a wonderful hosts. The kitchen was probably one of the most equipped kitchens I’ve ever seen in a rental property. And the outside grounds provided almost an entire second house.

One of our best vacations!
We rented Mike and Paula’s home for a long weekend with another family. Our children were 10,7,6 and 3 years old.
The house was perfect for our group. If we forgot something it was there. So many nice touches with decor and very clean. We used all of the outdoor amenities daily. Fire pit, kayaks, dock and outdoor seating areas were all perfect.
We did bring a boat with us and the dock worked out great. The town ramp which was only blocks away make it very easy. We were able to boat to Seneca and Cayuga lakes.
Overall it was a great trip that was centered around relaxing at this beautiful house.

FABULOUS IN EVERY WAY!!
If only I could give more than 5 stars we would. This was a most excellent vacation from every aspect. First, the landlords were so cordial and responsive. Second, the property itself is awesome. The pictures posted were spot on. Lovely porches looking at the water, porches galore, a pavilion for seating in case of rain, a welcoming fire pit and more. Inside the house was exactly as Mike told us, well- appointed with every convenience. Plenty of linens and a heavenly kitchen. The house has maintained its charm while being flawlessly updated (with very comfy beds too). All the extras which show excellent taste and everything with the renter in mind --just like home and more. And the other amenities were much enjoyed, especially the kayaks. The canal is wonderful for a paddle and there is quite a bit of wildlife to view on your float. Of course, while the setting is idyllic, relaxing and peaceful, the home is convenient to everything the Finger Lakes offers -- wineries everywhere, historical excursions and super restaurants. You could not imagine a better place to spend some idle time relaxing and enjoying everything the area has. Kudos to Mike and Paula for thinking of everything and making it happen!! We'll be back!!
