The house was very cabin like and having the outside rooms with individual bathrooms and pool side bathroom made it perfect for our family. There was something for all the ages from the beautiful peaceful view and wildlife, horseshoes, and the pool if we were not at the river everyone enjoyed themselves. We loved it!

We had such a great time this past weekend at the frio. We stayed at Parkview and we were very happy with this house pool was great rooms were awesome also. Actually this was our 2nd time staying at Parkview and we will be back.

We had a great time and the property was perfect for our family! The separate private rooms were a plus when the younger kids needed to go to bed so the adults could have some time at night. I do wish the stove worked better. The oven was fine, but the stove top needs repair as several burners were not working properly and made cooking a little difficult. Other than that, we would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at Park View!! Loved the pool. The patio areas were great for the kids! Very clean and well stocked. Everyone was pleased and especially liked the outside bedrooms.

Had a great time with family. Frio was low but the pool was great once we got it cleared. Pool water was cloudy so left message with rental manager...immediately someone showed up to fix the problem..YAY! All in all everyone had a fantastic time. Rental management immediately responded to questions I had. Would definitely recommend Park View.

This has a nice set up for a family with private bathroom for two of the rooms. The kitchen needs updating as the stove didn't work great. Some of the plugs didn't work. The pool and covered patio is very nice. The best part is the herd of deer that will visit you every morning and night.

Had a good time even with the river being extremely low. Pool filter was plugged up, left msg with rental manager and was promptly cleaned and taken care off. Very clean, only gripe was trash area was not cleaned very well but overall had a a good time

We had a good time, especially our kids! If you are looking for a older home this would be it. The only complaint I had was the fridge did not keep anything cool. Other then that it was a great stay!

For our purposes and the price it was good. Had a few things broken, bathroom door knob, lights out, and plugs not working, but overall good. Not the best communication with the office, I had called about something and was told I would get a call back, never did. I usually got the recording. If I called back they did help, but I had to call back.

My rental experience was very nice! It was calm and relaxing! We enjoyed the Parkview house! It felt like a cozy cabin but with enough room for all of us. We were a party of 11. We loved going outside in the mornings watching the does from across the street eat from their feeder. We were so happy to finally be out from the city and just enjoy nature. We had an enjoyable stay! I definately recommend it and I will definately be returning!
