L'hébergement dispose d'un parking sur place, vous pouvez donc laisser votre véhicule en toute tranquillité et partir à la découverte de Plage de Perdido Key et de Ono Island, à quelques minutes de marche.

The beach was beautiful and quiet. With only neighbors. The house was stocked well. Short drive to anything we wanted. But mostly enjoyed the view and beach

House and location were great, everything was clean and tidy, and we had all the amenities advertised and more. It was so nice not having to strap down beach chairs and tent and drive them. We would rent again for sure.

We've been coming to the area for over 20 years, we love florabama and must stay within walking distance. Beach was great, only a few people in this location so it was private and had a great time. The beach and location is awesome, house was great, host was great, trip was great

Our family was looking for a place to stay with great beach access and away from the crowded beaches.
This was the perfect place, close to restaurants and steps away from the beach. Even on a holiday the beach had plenty of space and was not crowded.
Added bonus were the beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys available to use. Saved a bunch of packing space in our car!

This place is great, we had a group of girls for a bachelorette party! Ariel gave great suggestions of things to do besides the beach for the one rainy day. But we stayed at the beach the other days, it was great, no one was close to us or bothered us. We were able to have fun!!! Also, super easy to walk to Florabama!!! We will be back!

First I want to start by saying that our original vacation booking at a different property was cancelled last minute due to a maintenance issue and we had to book something fast, within two days, for our vacation. This townhouse seemed overpriced but we had very limited choices.
The winning parts of this townhouse are the location, steps to the beach, and quick drive to busier spots like Orange Beach or Pensacola. (It's a mile walk to Florabama restaurant, 15-20 minutes)
The unit itself is old and needs some work. The sliding glass door on the main living floor is a torn rotator cuff waiting to happen it was so hard to open and close. Several windows are hazy and can't really see through to the beach in the master. There is an overall musty smell that can be overwhelming. The cabinets in the kitchen also emit a weird smell. To lock the sliding glass door and then walk from the front door to the beach requires a walk down an unkempt/uneven alley at the side of the unit. I guess if you are okay leaving doors unlocked it isn't an issue. At several different times of day the air vents would condensate and drip randomly. My kids slept in the room on the road side and they said it was really loud.
Basically the price we paid per night was not reflected in the actual townhouse but in the location and closeness to the beach. We wanted to be on a less busy part of the beach and it did deliver that.
The owner was communicative about ice maker/water in fridge issues.

Great property and excellent location for a getaway. The private beach and property owner suppling beach chairs was a huge bonus. The weather was windy and chillier than we expected but being in this property was comfortable, cozy, and made the trip perfect.

This is a cute, gulf front townhouse with everything you need. Good location, safe, quiet, and steps from the gorgeous white sand! The private beach is nice.

This truly is a private beach! We had the best trip. Everything was as described in the listing, nothing was lacking! We enjoyed the dolphins playing every morning and the schools of manta rays that came through in the evenings. Great location! We’ll be back

Enjoyed a stay over spring break with a family of 4. Comfortable and well equipped townhome in a quiet location. Description is accurate, and met our expectations. Very pleased with the comfort of the beds, furnishings, and linens. Kitchen well appointed with pretty much all you need. Great to have a washer and dryer too.
Recommended for anyone wanting a moderately priced place in a great location - right on the beach.
Would book again without a doubt.

Location is super nice, with close proximity to some restaurant options, with actual beach locatio pretty secluded and private. Unit is good with plenty of space. Was convenient to park right in front of the unit. The deck is right next to neighbors deck, but we enjoyed some conversation with them and was not always outside at the same time. Stairs down from back deck and path leading to beach was very convenient. Overall unit was suitable for our needs.

So glad I didn't have to deal with the fall break crowds on the beach. Only us and two other families that had to share a private beach. My only recommendation would be some curtains on the all the sliding glass doors. Felt like everyone who drove by could see me cooking dinner. Decent price for a last minute trip! We will definitely stay here again, but hopefully for longer next time.

While the backyard was quite outdated and didn’t look quite like the pictures, the house was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the porches was beautiful. We spent every morning and evening on the porch. Location was perfect. We will definitely be back!

This was our first time staying at a townhouse instead of a condo. Having a private beach was amazing. Not dealing with elevators & a big crowd was great! The townhouse is beautiful & everything we wanted. The master bed is so comfortable. There was no “I wish we had…”, it had everything we wanted plus more.

I was pleasantly surpised at how spacious and private this beach was. There are condos next door with few guests. It really felt like we had our own piece of paradise.
The house was very clean and well equipped with anything you could need. The hostess was very easy to text and had lots of recommendations. We would love to return this fall and will definitely stay in this house again!

This was the first time my family had stayed in a beach cottage with private beaches and we loved it. The cottage itself was very clean and well stocked. The back of the property had a mixture of sitting areas that were obviously much older and some in poor condition but we did not use those areas anyway. It is an older building but our cottage was very updated and homey. Ariel was very responsive although we did not need to reach out to her at all as everything we needed as there.

8 of us stayed and the house was large enough to give everyone their own space. The house was perfect and clean. We had plenty of bedrooms and baths. All the beds were so comfortable too! Great layout and wonderful outdoor area. The kitchen was well stocked, they had everything we needed. This house was by far the best place we have stayed on the panhandle, this was our first stay in PK and we will be back. The kids loved the bunk room. The kitchen was well stocked and large enough to accommodate all of us. Had one tiny issue (nothing bad and would not have changed anything about our stay) I only mention the issue because I feel the owners deserve praise for such personal service and dedication they give to their renters. Ariel answered immediately and had the issue resolved within a few hours. Truly exceptional service and I will definitely book here again! FYI, they have a second home at this location so next time we will have a larger group and stay in both homes!

Amazing beach access, so private! We were the only family on the beach! we have always stayed at condo resorts with such crowded beaches and I had no idea how convenient it is to not have to deal with elevators and fighting over beach space! We will never stay at a condo resort again! I can not emphasize enough how amazing our stay was. We had absolutely everything we needed, a ton of toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, we even found board games!! Don’t hesitate. This location and home is everything you need for the best vacation!

This is a great location right on the beach. The unit is private, as is the beach in front of the unit. The owner was super helpful and responded very quickly to all my inquiries. These two things alone made our stay a good one. Overall, the unit could use some tidying up, but if your main concern is location, this is a great stay! The condo was absolutely spectacular!!! Spotless, beautiful decor and the most amazing view and access to the beach. Walked beach every morning for sunrise. Our balcony was great for sunset viewing. Host was wonderful from initial booking thru check out. Could not have found anything more perfect. Loved it!!!

BLUF, or like they say, Bottom Line Up Front; perfect location, beautifully clean place, friendly neighbors/stores/restaurants/beaches, and an awesome host. I should stop there- but let me expand a little bit.
The location is smack in the middle of some of the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast. The house is beautifully clean, excellently maintained, and perfect for any length of stay. WIFI is as fast as they come. The TV, although I only watched a little bit (no time for that when there is so much to see and do) had all streaming platforms you could want. Unlike other condos in this location, the kitchen had more space available. The balcony had a nice view of the ocean. The A/C worked perfect. Noise, what noise? No noise, not even from neighbors. The only sound you can have is the one coming from the ocean waves. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.
Need recommendations on restaurants or rainy day activities? Ariel has a plethora of ideas to get you out of the house and exploring the local communities! I cannot complete my review without praising the hostess. As you know a host can enhance your experience or make it difficult. Ariel is the perfect host! She keeps in touch with you to make sure you are having a good time and everything is in order. She is very attentive and readily available anytime you need to contact her. This tops up what is already a great VRBO vacation place. I will definitely return.

My family rented both houses from Ariel for spring break. We had the best vacation, these homes are right on the water! We did not have to worry with elevators and condos and a crowded beach or parking, we felt so safe allowing the kids to walk to the bathroom or to fetch more toys. There were so many toys provided and beach chairs, umbrella which was a blessing! The kids loved the bunk beds and the adults loved the king beds. The balconies were so relaxing. This is our new spot, we will definitely return!
