We were very comfortable, each of us had our own space. My only complaint is that every time we had to go out I was worried that the sliding door of the living room could not be locked.

I was skeptical at first but I must say that it was really nice. Only complaint I have is that one of the tvs in the bedroom didn't have cable. I feel like it was a designed to be a kids room but still they should have cable access just in case adults sleep in there. Nice place to stay though!

A very nice place and a good experience. The only complaints are the TV in the second BR did not work, the dishwasher did not clean, the A/C did not cool enough, no bath mats, and the cleaning chemicals in the bathrooms left a very strong and bothersome ammonia type smell that never went away. But overall we liked this place and the process.

Wasn’t happy with this unit at all. Dishwasher didn’t work, sliding door in master bedroom was taped shut and couldn’t use the lanie. Shower head in guest bathroom was messed up and spraying water all over. Pool was not opened so grandkids didn’t have a good time. Won’t be going back to that place.

This unit needs some work on it. Could not use the Master Bedroom Sliding door to use the porch, we were not notified of this before arriving. This unit was not at all cleaned, there was food all over all the floors, bathrooms were not sanitized, the kitchen counters and appliances were not clean, the sliding glass door was nasty it had not been cleaned. We had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean the entire unit. We even had to wash all the bed sheets before sleeping on them. this is unacceptable and for the price that is charged for these units they should be well stocked and cleaned. All doors should be able to be used. This made the first day of our vacation a cleaning day. These things need to be corrected we have stayed at Dunnscape for 35+ years through Atlantic Beach Realty and NEVER had this problem before. If Vacasa is going to continue to manage these units they should make sure all repairs and cleaning is keep up for the guest to enjoy what they are paying for.

We stayed here a week and enjoyed our stay. There were several great features about the home suck as the beach view, access to the pool, and nice kitchen.
However, they advertise a private balcony for the master bath. Upon our arrival we saw a note on the door that said do not use which made having a private balcony or obsolete.
Also, there is new flooring throughout the house but there is trim on top of the new flooring that has not been caulked or painted. As a result in the bathrooms moisture gets behind the trim and creates damage.
The main bathroom door barely closes because it rubs on the floor.
This could be a very nice place to stay with just a days work and attention to detail.

What I liked about the place is that it had easy access to the beach. They also had elevator’s and luggage carts. Having a view of the ocean was great.

Overall was pleased with the place although it’s a little dated for sure Glass doors to balcony hardly worked and the one in the master bedroom didn’t work at all. Disappointed with that and after calling about a stopped a sink from the moment we checked in, nobody ever came out to correct the problem. Two of the three screen on the balcony porch were our son you wouldn’t want to sit out there when the bugs are biting. Location made up for the issues.
