Great property for our family of six! Was very clean and welcoming. Had everything we needed for a beach day. Loved the little touches like the welcoming treats that we got! Secluded despite being in a condo. Would definitely stay here again! Very close to all the beaches and anything else you would need in the Poipu area.

Clean new beautiful condo.
Plenty of room for our family of five.
Definitely lots of people around and you do hear walking from the second floor but that didn’t bother us. Really nice having a full size washer and dryer and the third half bathroom. Large walk in closets in both rooms. Beautiful property with lots of gardens. It was nice to be on the ground floor and not have to climb stairs but there was no ocean view from ground level. There is a beautiful golf course and mountain view to the side of the back porch. There is nice seating at front door also. This was our first time to Hawaii and we had never heard about all the wild roosters and cats. They are quite entertaining. lol. We were able to see several large turtles every night on the shore of the beach. We would absolutely come back to this property. Had a wonderful week!

This condo had everything we needed and there was plenty of space for all 4 of us. The location was perfect. It's within walking distance to a small shopping center that has restaurants, a general store and gelato. And it's a very short car ride to the beach. Including "ocean view" and "mountain view" in the title is misleading but it's clear from the pictures (which were accurate) that there is no such view. However, we knew that going into it so were not disappointed. Overall, this was a great condo with great amenities and we would definitely recommend.

Unit is much bigger than the pictures give it credit. Had issues with fridge & spiders invading the lanai. Took a few days but they replaced the fridge & removed the spiders. Great Morning breakfast on the lanai, pool area clean & quite. Late night noise restrictions made for very peaceful evenings. Maintenance employees & cleaners all super nice & friendly. Mahalo Nui Loa!!!

Definitely not my favorite rental. The home was clean, but lacked comfort (couch felt like you were sitting on springs, pillows were old and had no support (bought new ones at Costco) The patio view, which wasn’t clear from the photos show the golf club parking lot, so be aware. We had a few minor problems with noise from the upstairs owner (heavy feet), but that can be construed as nitpicking. The carpet needs a good cleaning. Aside from these items, the place was well stocked. Hope this helps!

Property was well decorated and well appointed. The neighborhood/community was pleasant and everyone we encountered was polite and friendly. Pool/beach towels were provided. We took advantage of the beach chairs in the garage that made an afternoon at the beach wonderful. You will also find a couple of boogie boards and a small cooler in the garage for your outings. It was great To have access to a quality washer and dryer. Furniture and decor was beautiful and the main bed was very comfortable, better than the resort we stayed in on the first have of our trip. Master bath with walk in shower was amazing. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you could want. Great place that I would stay at again. Next time we will bring the kids or share with another couple as there is more than plenty room for four people. Stop and get groceries on your way if you can. There is limited options for shopping but has some great restaurants and beach side bars. Check out the blow horn and local markets and shops!!

Cons: If you’re a light sleeper, the sounds from the condo above will keep you up.

Beautiful property...unit was amazing. Only a few minor issues that really didn't impact my stay that much. The refrigerator ice maker seemed broken and had an inch of solid ice in the tray. The bathroom in the second bedroom had a couple problems. The fan didn't work and there was a lightbulb out over the sink. There was one issue that technically I don't think is the fault of the unit but more of the building. Whenever someone flushed the toilet in the second bathroom or in the unit directly above it...the pipes would make an ear piercing howl for about 30-45 seconds while the toilet refilled.
But in all honesty very minor issues compared to everything that was great about this unit. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed. There were games and beach gear. The pool area was really nice. Centrally located near some amazing shops and beaches. Would have no problem renting this unit next time we go back to the island.

Very clean and spacious! Easy check in and check out. Very close to food places and shops. Wouldve liked a slight earlier check in and later check out times but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay at the beautiful home!

This property was beyond lovely. Easily one of the best stocked kitchens we have encountered. We appreciated the little touches like the beach chairs etc. The pictures don’t do it justice- it’s much bigger in person. We would highly recommended ❤️

Property met all expectations. Clean, well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Extras such as large capacity w/d, beach chairs, snorkel gear and a cooler were also available. Plenty of room for four adults and enjoyed lounging on the terrace. Had problems using keypad, but Vacasa helped out in using lockbox key over the phone. Local management never followed up in resetting the keypad but managed with the key for our stay. Would definitely revisit this property.

Everything that was in the listing and more. The pool in the complex was great and was never super busy. The condo was well stocked with all the kitchen amenities. Close to shopping.

This place had everything we needed & more! We hopped around the island and to other islands while traveling & this was by far the best rental we had. We loved the welcome package!
This place was very spacious.. Each room has a private bath and then there is a common bathroom down the hall by the laundry if needed. I loved having laundry on-site.
They have a beautiful fenced pool with a hot tub and kiddie pool, then outdoor showers to rinse off with. The kitchen is super well equipped.
I loved being able to grill there too. There was not a grill directly outside of our unit but they weren’t far.
My only critique is that the management company was difficult to reach and respond. I don’t know that I’ll rent from Vrbo again because of this. Also- I think they could provide better instructions on how to find the unit and how to use the keypad for entering.
Overall, I highly recommend this place, plus it’s close to restaurants, markets, & the beach with sea turtles.

We enjoyed our stay in Pili Mai, pool and fitness room was great. We appreciate the beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and snorkel gear for our beach days. Things to keep in mind if noise is an issue, the people upstairs were super noisy. We could hear every step they took and the main bedroom wall is connected to the air conditioning unit outside which was really loud, my husband slept in the living room because of the noise. Other than that it was an enjoyable time.

Condo review
After a long stressful trip we couldn't get into the unit. We were given the wrong entry code. Then it took 30 minutes to get a Vacasa rep on the phone, very stressful. Calling from the mainland 5 minutes or less, do not understand.
There were women's underwear on the foor and the towels and washcloths were strained and dirty. We had to wash them, frustrating being what was changed. Do we get back some of the cleaning fee??
But the condo was clean and perfect.
Great location and gorgeous surroundings.
All in all we were happy, although could hear folks above us walking loud and clear.

Great 2 bedroom condo!
We really enjoyed our stay at Pili Mai. It was a good amount of space for 2 couples with a nice outdoor area. Location worked well, close to beaches, restaurants as well as reasonable access around the island. Loved the welcome snacks!! Would highly recommend!!

Extremely clean property
This is probably the cleanest condo I have ever rented. Everything was immaculate. The condo was well laid out and well stocked with everything we needed. The location is also good. Very comfortable for my family of four. The only thing that needs improvement is the wifi. It was very inconsistent.

Very Well Stocked Condo
Good location and very clean. Well stocked and everything was in order.. Only complaint is the AC was so loud as it was near the master it kept us up sometime at night... Unfortunately it was the AC for another unit so we had no control of it... Other than that it was perfect!

Poipu paradise
This property is nothing short of amazing. It is seriously so cute, I took pictures of the whole place because I want my house to look like it. The decorations are adorable and the furniture is well made. The kitchen is amazing-it has every appliance you could ever need and the whole open concept into the dining room and living room is perfect for family gatherings. Location is great, very close to Poipu and Koloa, but the neighborhood is tucked away from noise of the road and is very peaceful. We will definitely request to stay here again in the future!!

Immaculate and beautiful
Sometimes the pictures make a place look far better than it is. Not this one! Gorgeous unit, very new, really clean. It has everything we needed. Loved the split bedrooms. Highly recommend this unit on the south side of Kauai. Close to the beach and all kinds of food and shopping. Loved it!.

All of our communications with our host were clear and easy to understand. The property was very clean, nicely stylized, and had plenty of room for all three guests. We were happy to make use of the washer and dryer as well as the walk-in shower. The community pool area was a nice bonus and was great way to start our day. The location of the property makes it very easy to access everything Poipu has to offer. Overall, myself and my two guests really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it.

This place was amazing! It was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed. They even had spices, storage containers, foil and much more. It was close to many beautiful beaches and great restaurants. It looks just like the pictures. Great Vacation Retreats was very easy to communicate with and helped upgrade the rental car and keep it past my rental dates. I would highly recommend staying here while in Kaua’i.
