Horrendous. A few months ago a guest mentioned broken bed in their summary,but I assumed,being one of the most important parts of staying in a VRBO that the beds would be replaced or at the very least,repaired.Was I wrong!! Left messages for days with NO return calls. Dirty linens left in the corner of a closet, trash under the indoor trashcan. If I could give it negative stars I would!

First of all, the host advertised a hot tub but there was no hot tub. They advertised a hair dryer but none was provided. There was no hand soap, shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. We had to go out and buy all our toiletries, which we took home since we purchased them. We also purchased our own toilet paper since there was only an 1/8 of a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. We later learned there were 2 rolls hidden in the linen closet, beneath all the towels, and linen, but of course we didn’t discover them until our 2nd day there. The towels were clean, but old, dingy and small. In the kitchen, there was no dish soap or sponge to wash dishes, but they expect you to wash any dishes or cups that you use. We paid a cleaning fee, yet we found a used toothbrush, an unused tampon, an infant sock and a bracelet in one of the bedrooms which means they obviously didn't clean it well. We simply lived out of our suitcases. We wanted to wash a load before leaving but encountered a huge load of bed linen/quilts in the washer which explains why there was no bedding on the beds. Thankfully it was warm enough that we only needed to sleep with a sheet. Lastly, the floors were extremely uneven, creaky and felt like they were going to collapse at any moment. The foundation is uneven/weak. Overall, the place was not horrible, the host just needs to make sure it's stocked. She also needs to get new towels. Other than that, it is exactly as it appears in pics.

Communication with the property owner was very poor. We had to cancel our trip and stay at Nautical Haven because of an emergency. When we contacted the property owner about our situation, she responded like a robot "No refunds. Guest had my calendar blocked." That was it ...cold and blunt. We understand the cancellation policy of no refunds..but the cleaning fee?? Really? She couldn't even refund us that amount? I would not recommend a stay here.

For a rental unit and a place for someone to feel home this place was not it. There was leftover moldy coffee grounds in the coffee pot, roaches, the list goes on. Honestly it was just a place to sleep. The AC worked at least. They can do better.

Beds super uncomfortable with loud springs with even the slightest move. Floors so uneven that twisted my ankle walking from the bedroom to the bathroom and washing machine was so loud we thought it was going to blow up. Only good things were it was clean and the location was good.

My boyfriend and I stayed here to visit friends in the area. The house itself is easy to find & in a great location. We were close to local restaurants & fun things to do! The house was super clean and felt safe! We loved it and will be booking again for our next trip to the area:)

I was given 0ne set of bed linen to use for 8 days and if I was home my linen would have been changed. Although I called and left a message for the manager no one returned my call
