We absolutely enjoyed our week at Kings Beach Haven! We had 3 adult couples and 2 toddlers. Plenty of space for our group! The kitchen has everything you need! The outside space is amazing! Easy walk to the beach. It was perfect for our family.

Well stocked, great selection of pillows, decorated very nicely. We loved coffee and happy hour on porch. Excellent communication from Matthew. We loved everything about our place. Easy walk to beach!

Our group enjoyed this spacious house in a nice, quiet neighborhood! Was a couple minutes to walk to the beach which was nice! This place had a nice sized pool and hot tub as well! We would definitely recommend this place and hopefully come back here ourselves!

We love this location, property, and pool! These 3 make this house the ideal location for your stay in St. Augustine! The home is well stocked, and you couldn’t ask for a better location unless it was right on the ocean. It rained most of our week but we were easily still able to use the pool and hot tub! My only suggestion is the fees to this property are very high. It is my only hesitation to book or not. Maybe give repeat customers a break some how. Cleaning fee is pretty high, but you are also getting a lot of house for the amount too. 🤷🏼‍♀️ overall this is a great vacation family home!

My husband and I stayed there for a week with two other couples. This house was perfect as it had three master suites so all three couples had king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. The pool and jacuzzi was the nicest we have had in Florida and we used it every day. This house was definitely the best stocked house I have ever rented. We were also delighted with the close proximity to a beautiful beach! There was even beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon to use to take everything to the beach. We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful Florida home and would really like to stay there again!

This house is perfect, honestly it’s better than the pictures. We had plenty of room and my brother is an artist he loved the library area every morning he’d sit and sketch. We loved the set up of the kitchen and living room plenty of room to gather and hang out. The porches are amazing too and we probably didn’t utilize them as much as we should have. We used the grill one night which was nice to have burgers. Steps on how to start the grill would help the ignition button didn’t work, but we got it started. The ceilings are high the kitchen is stocked with general spices and basically every cooking utensil or pan you need. The driveway is tight and there is no street parking allowed so just something to be aware of if your brining multiple cars, we flew there so no issues for us. The proximity to the beach is amazing we were able to walk there every day multiple times, we enjoyed many sunrises and the people in the community are so kind and welcoming, one resident invited us to a bounce house at her home. We used the bikes as well to do a quick run to the dollar general which is right down the street and the Publix and Winn Dixie are a 4 min drive from the house. If you love icecream check out MayDay there is one in St Augustine and one just outside (7-10min from the house) and it’s amazing home made icecream very creamy and the best homemade waffle cones we’ve ever had. I think I could go on and on about this house and how amazing it was and the great memories we gained. We plan to stay here again ! Perfect house. Great location. Great host!!!

We had an amazing trip to St. Augustine this week! We were blown away by the house. It was so much more than we expected, the size of the house and rooms, the pool and hot tub, and the access to the beach. We had grand plans of exploring but ended spend much of our trip hanging at the house and swimming because of how comfortable we were. We would definitely stay here again if/when we return to the area. Thank you for having us!

The children’s bedroom has 2 bunk beds with trundle beds underneath to sleep up to six children. All the bedrooms have tons of storage and closet space. Heated pool and hot tub were fantastic. Lots of seating and grill and wine fridge (housed beer well also) on the upstairs deck were a family favorite. Great Bose surround sound on main tv was a nice touch when we wanted to watch the Daytona 500 on TV. All the beach and pool items you could need.

Our family had a great visit at the beach house! It was perfect for the sunny days when we wanted to do the beach and pool. And it provided plenty of space to live and play on the colder rainy days too. There was all the necessary baby gear there too for our 1-year old. The kids (and adults) loved the pool and hot tub! All the beach gear was wonderful too. We happily did the walk to the beach several times a day. Would definitely return!

If you are going to St Augustine, THIS is the house you want to be in! Gorgeous home! I can’t think of one thing they didn’t have that we needed and more! The kitchen is more than fully stocked from pots and pans to spices to every dish and serving piece and food storage piece you could need. Three bedrooms have comfortable king beds and amazing bathrooms. The 4th bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and an attached bathroom! The living space was very comfortable. The high ceiling made this room feel even larger than it already is. It is a great room to gather in and relax. The outdoor space is so private and comfortable! The wrap around deck is perfect for morning coffee, meals or just relaxing and enjoying the Florida greenery. The downstairs space has more tables and chairs, lounge chairs, an outdoor shower and the cherry on top is the pool and hot tub! The beautiful beach is a very short walk from the house. The owner, Matt, was a wonderful host. He explained everything that we needed to know about the house and was prompt in returning my messages. He was kind and always made sure our needs were met. We hope someday to return to St. Augustine and this great house!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. There was a slight issue with the hot tub, but communication with the owner was fast and effective . This house is in close proximity to the beach, with direct beach access right up the block. The grocery stores are within five minutes.

We rented this home to attend a wedding. What an adventure. We arrived the day before a small hurricane hit the area. The wedding venue was temporarily flooded and we didn’t know what was possible hour by hour. So our group of 8 needed to shelter in for a couple of days. What a perfect house for that time. It was so spacious that no one felt like they were tripping over each other. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked and laid out. Great home cooked meals resulted. The host checked in a few times to make sure we were all ok. The outdoor wedding which I officiated turned out beautiful. We enjoyed the nearby beach (about 5 minutes walk) as well as pool and hot tub. I would return to this house without any doubt.

This house is great for a large family. Great location - short walk to the beach and also close to downtown. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was big disappointment that the pool was not clean when we arrived. Lots of leaves on bottom of pool and top of water. Pool should have been cleaned that morning. Microwave was way to small for a house that size. With that being said overall this house was perfect for our group (6 adults and 5 children). Great floor plan, great location from the beach and to historic downtown St Augustine We would love to stay here again.

From the moment we walked in we were extremely happy with this beautiful home! Every room was spacious and inviting and everyone in our family had a wonderful time staying here. The pool was wonderful and relaxing and we enjoyed eating outside poolside! The location to the beach was very convenient and easy to access with just walking down the street 5 minutes! We really enjoyed this home and look forward to out next vistit!

This is our second year staying here. Can't say enough great things about this location and its proximity to the beach! The layout of the house was perfect for our family too (4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom)! Unfortunately the pool/spa weren't working properly when we arrived and didn't get resolved till half way through our stay. This was a bit of a bummer since it's definitely a highlight of the property. Otherwise, we had a wonderful trip!

This house is absolutely incredible. We’ve stayed in many rental properties all over the country. This, by far, felt the most like home. There were so many small touches that made her stay more comfortable. There are night lights all over the house! There were at least six great beach chairs in the shed as well as bikes ( which we didn’t use), but are available. There are also beach towels and plenty of bath towels, etc. Having a washer and dryer in the house was also great. We had two infants with us, ages 10 and 19 months old. There was a travel crib, regular highchair and pack and play all available for our use. There were also lots of baby/child utensils. The cabinet had a sufficient number of spices, cooking spray, microwave popcorn available so that you don’t have to run out and buy just a little bit of this or that. They also provided garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper, which are replaced by guests as needed. It was very very helpful! We loved the layout of the house. Three king-size bedrooms with bathrooms attached was phenomenal. The house is also pretty soundproof, so the little ones didn’t wake us grandparents up at 6 AM lol. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the fact that there were multiple pillows on each bed with different firmness, so you could pick your favorite. The pool was incredible and we spent part of almost every day there. if there are leaves in the pool, don’t worry… the pool maintenance people come once a week to clean it out. The beach is only a short three block walk with a great new walkway. There’s a sand wagon to carry all your things as well as a couple of beach umbrellas. You're only a short 15 minute drive from historic downtown St Augustine which one could easily spend at least a couple days exploring! Lots of live music, fun shops as quaint bars. All in all, I can’t say enough about this house and it's location. We’re hoping to stay there again next year. It was fabulous.

Matthew’s home exceeded expectations. Very clean, modern updated decor, nice new beds, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, private pool and hot tub in back. All within convenient access to the town of St. Augustine. Super quiet neighborhood with shopping close by. We’d book again in a heartbeat. We enjoyed sitting in the back deck in the evenings and front porch in the morning to catch the rising sun. A few minor criticisms, we wished each bed had a comforter in addition to the current bedding. The house is kept cool and comfortable but at night we all were a little chilly. There was one extra blanket in the closet, but not enough for our party of ten. Fortunately there is a Walmart nearby and we picked up blankets there on the cheap. Also, don’t count in the bicycles working, in the salty air climate the chains were rusted as expected and even fell off trying to ride. So not usable. Again minor concerns and not desk breakers . We’d stay again!

Great property, awesome location for convenience to stores, restaurants, and beach access. Minor things need some updating but overall awesome place for multiple families to enjoy and have privacy at the same time. Will definitely book again!!!

I cannot speak more highly of this rental. It was wonderful. Great location, great house, wonderful host. the neighbors were so friendly. We would love to come back here in the future. If you are wanting to experience St. Augustine, but want a more subdued experience- this is the house for you!

From the moment we stepped into the spacious great room of this house we were truly on vacation. Nothing but tropical vegetation and warm breeze and sunshine out every balcony door! The kitchen was the best we’ve had with every needed appliance and even sharp knives!! Each bedroom was an oasis with amazing full bathroom attached. The walk to the beach was very short and through a pleasant neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. The only thing that would make this place perfect would be a new master bedroom mattress.
