My friends and I rented this house for our 60th birthdays. There were 10 of us. There was room for all of us and we had a blast. The kitchen was well equipped to cook and make everyone happy. The pool was the BEST. We never went to the beach. The location is close to the center of Chatham which is a lovely little town that we also enjoyed during our stay. I think the listing is true to form and can't imagine anyone not enjoying themselves. They all want to go again :0)

This was our first time at this property. However we have been going to the Cape (mostly Chatham) for many years. Firstly, VRBO and their agent, Turnkey were excellent! Very easy to work with. We knew we were going to an old farmhouse and some of older rooms were fine. The kitchen had everything you could want and up to date. The newer adjacent room was also fine. Though we happen to have a picked a very humid week and that’s where the problems were. The window air conditioning units (only in the bedrooms and one small room downstairs) were less than efficient. They were old and small. One bedroom unit could not handle the size of the room due to the fact that there were no curtains in that room. Also, there were ants throughout the house. The outside was PERFECT! The deck was great! It was big and the gate to the pool was perfect for young ones. The pool was awesome and since it was hotter than hot, we spent quite a bit of time there! The yard beyond was great for games and for the kids to run around. Cannot resist adding that the amount of energy wasted on having old AC units could easily be resolved by a week’s rental. Would we rent this house again? Yes, if it was fully air conditioned and the ants were mitigated.

Great house for a large group or multiple families. We had ten people with us and had plenty of room. Excellent location close to town. And the back deck and pool are fantastic.

We stayed for a long weekend for my wedding at Wychmere Beach Club and had an amazing time!

The house was perfect for our needs and very clean. Well stocked and spacious kitchen perfectly located in the house for gathering everyone and just off of the deck and pool. The bedrooms were good sized and worked great for accommodating our group. Plenty of bath towels, pool towels, pool toys/games/inflatables - perfect for a large group. The backyard is very private and quiet. There are walking/biking paths near the house that made it easy to walk in to town or in the mornings for exercise. The town is lovely with great shops and restaurants. This is the perfect location for a vacation on the Cape!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was fully equipped with everything we could have needed for our long weekend. From the comfy bedrooms to the gorgeous pool and outdoor space, the house was perfect for our girls trip! Hope to stay here again in the future!!

Inside, there were multiple areas large enough to gather as well as smaller areas for privacy and personal contemplation. The deck is huge and the gas grill was put to effective use. We would return to this home.

This was just what our group of 8 (two families) needed - a change of scenery. Everyone got their own bed, and ample bathrooms. We loved having two hang-out areas! Even brought firewood so we could have fires in the fireplace - which worked perfectly. We cooked every night and found everything we needed in the well equipped kitchen! The location was great - able to walk and bike into town. And also easy to get around the Cape for beach walks in Truro and sunsets at Rock Harbor beach!

First off this place is big, lots of room for a large family vacation. We had 6 adults and 5 children from 1-5. The heated salt water pool and big deck is where most of our time was spent. The backyard has a lot of privacy which was a plus and there is an outdoor shower. The beaches and downtown area are all close by and the bike trail is right next to the house. You should know, there is no ac in this house, but there are fans so something to consider depending on the time of year you stay. Overall this was a great spot!

Overall property was amazing. Everything was clean. Only two complaints I have is lock box to the pool was open and I could not get it to lock and with three kids youngest 4 it had me on edge. Other was their was no air conditioner. Thank god most of stay it was cool out however that first night was brudle. When I reached out to someone about it I got no response till this day. 1 week later now. However fans were put in every room and we survived.

We had a great time! The house was beautiful. We had 6 adults, 5 kids and a baby. There was enough room for us all to sit and eat without taking shifts, the kitchen was gorgeous- and used a lot, but the huge yard and pool were the winning features where we spent the most time. We all had a great -much needed- time away. The management company was very responsive to my questions and concerns. There were two things that made me not give this house 5 stars all the way through. There was no air conditioning! We missed that when looking at the house details, so it’s our fault, but thought others would want to know. And we weren’t allowed in the house until an hour after checkin time because cleaners were still cleaning (and missed a few spots) and couldn’t get late checkout.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a review of my experience with TurnKey Vacation: Cape Cod has been my families summer vacation area for many years. As my family grew larger We needed a place we could all stay and enjoy the Cape. For the last few years we have taken our pet as well as grandchildren and looked for homes that were modern, large and pet friendly. This year we spent a significant amount of time searching for the perfect place and came upon your house in Chatham. The information was it was dog friendly and on paper looked perfect. I rented the place for 4 nights and about 3 weeks before we were to arrive we were notified our reservations was being cancelled. Initially no information was given why, until I asked why, TurnKey then advised me the policy of pet friendly was changed to no pets and I would be given a refund. No effort to find an acceptable alternative was tried. The result was I said do not cancel ,I will see if I can board my dog, to the dismay of all my grandchildren> I was forced to pay $35 per night for 6 days, with no one from Turnkey saying they would pick up the cost since it was their error. If you search the internet the place still says pet friendly. Upon arrival at 2:45 on Monday one of the cleaning people came out dripping wet and said the temperature inside was so hot they were behind, thus our 3 PM check in was not fully completed until almost 5 pm. Loss of one day on the Cape. No Air conditioner resulted in the inside being close to 90 degrees, with all windows open and a few small box fans left at the house. Tuesday morning the POOL people showed up and said there was no chlorine in the water and we should wait a few hours to swim after they treated the water. This should have been done before we arrived not after an evening of children swimming in the pool. In addition there is an electrical problem causing the two areas added to the home to trip the circuit breaker often. Thus there were many hot, unhappy people in the house.

Reviewer Comments: We were in Chatham for a family wedding and found this charming farmhouse which was perfect for the group we had. lots of room for everyone very spacious and a lot of private areas if people wanted to just relax and be on their own. The pool of course was fantastic and the deck is gorgeous. One of the best sites was all the bunnies and baby bunnies we had in the field behind the house it was fun to watch them play every morning... We also loved the Google pods in every room so we could listen to music and the accessibility to town and oyster pond. The downside it would’ve been nice to have some floats For the pool and the pump to blow them up also there were only four lounge chairs for the pool but the house sleeps 10 to 12 people so it would be nice to have a few more chairs. There were plenty of deck chairs but not lounge chairs for the pool area. Otherwise everything was wonderful...

Nice spacious modern kitchen, patio, patio furniture and large heated pool with cover. Plenty of parking. Could not have wished for a better combination of character, modern features and location. (We live just around the corner and rented this house for guests to our daughters wedding, perfect) Room darkening blinds would have been appreciated on one or two of the rooms (Inexpensive cordless ones can be cut to order at Home Depot)

An excellent stay in Chatham, overall property experience was amazing! Slightly far out from Main Street at a 30 minute walk but the property makes up for it.
