My family & I stayed for one week at Club 34 in Windsor Hills, Kissimmee. I can only say great things about our vacation. The house was beautiful, modern, and conveniently located close to the resort pool! We felt comfortable and as if we were at Home. The host sent us a Welcome Guide and list of Restaurants & shopping areas nearby before our stay which were very helpful. We enjoyed the resort pool, hot tub, arcade, & marketplace. My daughter loved the water park, crafting activities, and plunge pool. We look forward to staying at Club 34 again during our future Florida Vacations!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at 34 Windsor! The location was perfect and we loved the personal pool! It was perfect for a quick dip after the parks each day! The house has everything you will need and more. Plenty of pool towels, the starter kits were enough for our family for the week (I packed extras just in case and ending up not needing them). We would 1000000% stay here again. Communication was also above and beyond! Thank you for hosting us!

My girls and I enjoyed our time here, the place was really nice and clean. My little one enjoyed to the fullest the waterpark withing the club, that was huge for me as I didn't have to go far for them to have fun. The place was too big for us as we only use the master room so we were able to cuddle so we're very grateful for this time.

We loved the waterpark and resort pool (not deep and clean), great for families with young kids and teens too. The house was clean and had all the necessary kitchen and laundry accessories. The location is also great, very close to the theme parks (~15 min drive). Seaworld is about 30 min away. Detailed and timely communications from the host with very clear instructions. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the cleanliness and modern decor of the house. The spacious living area, comfortable bedrooms, and well-equipped kitchen made us feel right at home.
One of the highlights of Club 34 is its private pool. Our kids spent countless hours swimming and playing. The pool area is well-maintained and provided a wonderful space for family fun and relaxation.

Spacious condo. All 3 kids had enough space for themselves and there was plenty of room for more. They loved the condo pool and the water park! Location to the water park is right across the road. Perfect for trips in the late afternoon after a visit to Disney World. Condo is also located close to other stores and restaurants. The owner was great! Had great information on everything and was extremely helpful.

We loved this property. My family of four, including two teens, were here for several days while we visited theme parks. The villa was very clean, the beds all super comfortable, linens good quality, and each room had a bathroom, which was fantastic. My son wants to recreate the Avenger room at home, he can’t stop talking about it. The kitchen had everything we needed and the dipping pool felt amazing after long days of walking and roller coasters. We went to the main pool the day we checked in and enjoyed it. The couple running the market could not have been nicer and we picked up a few things there that we forgot at the Publix nearby. We had a great stay at the villa.

Reported to your property manager. Pool lights out, bath plug in en suite master bedroom never fixed. Couldnt use bath very poor, despite reporting faults second day of holiday. Did send a g mail to you unfortunately our sky email access was denied.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We really didn't spend a whole lot of time there as we spent almost all of our stay at the Disney Parks. We would need to get two rooms on any of the resorts, so for the price and space it was perfect.
The unit was very clean, and the host was very good at communicating expectations for unit cleanliness. They do expect more upon checkout than other units we have stayed in but not unreasonable. The host was also very active in communicating and assisting as we checked in a few minutes early.
We did have one big sticking point and this is where my lower rating on communications comes in. The AC. I fully understand that everyone has different tolerances for temperature. But it was not clear on the listing that the AC would be set to 77F during the day and this was a big shock to us as we would come back in the hottest part of the day to cool off only to find the place uncomfortably warm. Had we known this we probably would not have stayed there as my wife an I are 68F people and we both need a cool home, my body temperature runs normally hot. There is a limit on their NEST unit of 70F which is fine, but we expected to come back and cool off, not find ourselves sweating even more upon walking into the unit.
So if the AC is not a sticking issue to you, this is a perfect place. If it is... this is not the place for you.

It was a home away from home. The house was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The host thought of everything we might need and then some. The parks were minutes away. Places to shop and to get food very nearby. If I were to visit Orlando again, I definitely would hope that this place would be available. I give it five stars and two thumbs up. Thank you Tonya!!☺️

What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! Everything at this property is top notch from the decor to the comfy furniture (especially the beds and pillows) to the nice, private splash pool, to the plush toilet paper! I also had to appreciate the small things such as childrens utensils, plates, and bowls. Tonya and James have you well stocked on beach towels, strollers, a rolling cooler, and even pool toys. Thank you also for all of the start up supplies (laundry pods, dishwasher pods, garbage bags). Their property in location to the club house and main pool/water park area is prime. It is so easy to walk to even with all of your belongings. The property is situated close to Disney parks and traffic wasn’t even too heavy! Tonya will be in touch with you during your stay incase you have any immediate needs. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling with kids, or even adults traveling alone wanting a nice getaway.

The moment we walked in my wife and I both commented how exceptionally clean this unit was (kudo to the cleaning folks as most rental units are not maintained to this level).
The condo itself was perfect, completely renovated with everything you need (coolers, ice packs, umbrellas) and could probably sleep way more than the 4 people in our family comfortably. My kids loved the Xbox and bunk beds, and having 3 full baths off of all 3 bedrooms was a huge plus. The plunge pool at the condo was kept warm enough to swim in even in February, and the same can be said for the communal main pool and hot tub which were no more than a 3 minute walk. . All the grounds were immaculate and well maintained. The communal pool had bathrooms and a convenience store which has pretty good simple food options (pizza, burgers etc).
This really is the perfect condo for a family visiting Disneyworld for a week. The location is ideal being close to restaurants and grocery stores while only being minutes from Disney parks, and kids can get all the swimming they can handle as well. Additionally, the owners are incredibly responsive and thorough with everything. You will not be disappointed staying here.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here. The house was perfectly decorated, clean and comfortable.My daughters especially loved the marvel room with the bunk beds and game chairs, when they weren’t enjoying the lovely pool outside. The host of the house, Tonya, was very nice and communication was easy and quick. My family and I would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful week long stay! There was everything we could of needed for the week including strollers, swim towels, accessories, etc. we did 4 days of Disney world and the drive was super close!

Pros: Great location, easy to get to all parks, close to Walmart and other food. Unit is exactly as described by owner and well themed which was fun for the kids. Kitchen was well stocked, pool temperature was perfect. Unit was clean! We would definitely stay here again.
Minor things: There were a ton of rules , signs all throughout the unit and instructions about coming and going and all that stressed us out. The living room tv didn’t work, the master bedroom tv flickered on and off while watching tv (none of these things were a big deal since we spent most of the time at parks). I also ended up buying a better toilet paper at Walmart because the one supplied was cheap and paper thin. We stayed here the second week of January and Florida experienced colder temperatures than normal and I wish we had had control of the heater/AC unit because at night we were definitely cold and could not turn on the heat.

Spotless townhouse that is close to everything. Bedrooms are decorated to perfection with each having their own bathroom. Kitchen has every gadget you would need for cooking. The private pool is fun after a long day or head to the clubhouse where the amenities are top notch. We had a dream vacation and will definitely be back!

The location is great in regards to getting to Disney as well as having some fast food restaurants and Walmart nearby. The property itself is nicely decorated, well kept, the dive pool was thoroughly enjoyed by my children even during the rain and 60-70 degree temperatures in November, much much warmer than the complexes pools and splash pads which are really nice but only if it is hot out! Started pack was great, easy communication with owner,
smooth check in. It was a very convenient and a very much enjoyed stay for our family of five!

From the first instance of our booking process, the communication from the owner was phenomenal. Tonya answered all question in a timely manner and was so easy to work with. The unit is exactly how the photos look and was well stocked. My wife and I vacationed with our 3 kids and my parents, the layout of the house was perfect for us. Everybody loved the private plunge pool, and the main pool was such a short walk. There is a great playground nearby too.
All of our party loved the convenience of the location to the Disney parks and couldn’t say enough great things about the owner, home and property. Beautiful home, great location and comfortable beds. My son never wanted to leave the house due to the pool. The house honestly has everything you need. The only thing that drove me crazy was the neighbor who chain smoked cigarettes, which is beyond the owners control. My children had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Property was excellent. We have stayed at Windsor Hills many times over the years, homes as well as townhouses. This property was clean and well furnished with all of the necessities and owner provided other items that travelers are unable to take which proved very helpful.

The house does not disappoint. We were a group of seniors with small children Disney and Universal studios bound. First, we asked for an early check-in and Tonya was very gracious to accommodate. Next, the house is immaculate, not a bug to be found. We also enjoyed all the amenities. Community pool, pool toys for the kids including boggy boards, waterslides, kiddie park etc. The kids were never bored. Thanks again Tonya!

One of the best rentals I have experienced. My family really enjoyed the stay. It took us around 15 minutes to get to the gates of the various Disney parks each day. My kids (7 and 9) loved the pool at the property and there is a playground about 2 blocks away. We had plenty of space for the 4 of us. I would highly recommend this place!

I am an extremely detail oriented person, a major “planner”, and hard to please. I am obsessed with cleanliness, organization and preparedness.
When I tell you these hosts thought of everything, I mean everything. I could not have done better myself, and that says a lot!! Every day a random need would come up and we would discover something else they had already thought of. This was especially true for traveling with our kids. Even down to kid sized serve ware. Cleanliness 10/10. As soon as we entered we could smell how fresh&clean it was. Not with the odor of overpowering cleaning products but just good old fashioned REAL clean. Not a trace of dust to be found. Beautifully staged, down to small details of a paper towel flower and stamped TP. If you’re worried about missing out on the “hotel experience”, don’t be. This place is set up so nicely you will think you’re at a fancy hotel.
The linens are in excellent condition and the beds are SO comfortable! The deep soaking tub in the master suite would be amazing after a day at the parks. I regret not having a chance to use it! My spouse and kids really enjoyed the plunge pool. It was very warm and comfortable! We never made it to the club house, water park or community pool. But it all looked so wonderful! Such a fantastic set of amenities so close by. The community itself was top notch. Meticulously landscaped, lots of ways to walk about. I felt VERY safe! Very easy check in, deliveries, great communication with hosts!

This property was amazing! The home itself was beautiful and very clean. I really appreciated the toddler gear that was available like the strollers, high chair and play pen. Made it super convenient for those traveling with young children. My kids absolutely loved the plunge pool and water park. Great location as well, just a short drive to Disney. Not only was this property BEAUTIFUL, but the responsiveness of the owners was amazing. They went out of their way to help make our stay stress-free & we're forever grateful. Not to mention the neighborhood was great and made us feel secure with it being a gated community. The home was immaculate & had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (& then some!). Everyone raved as soon as we opened the front door & loved their themed rooms. Stores & restaurants are incredibly close & both Disney and Universal were just a few miles away. This house couldn't be more perfect for us. The decor makes you feel like you're on vacation but still subtle and not "in your face" everywhere. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the amenities provided were so helpful! The homeowners have thought of so much to make your stay comfortable and efficient without having to run around everywhere to get yourself settled on arrival. I will 100% recommend this property to anyone I know that will be visiting!

This was our first time staying off property and it did not disappoint. Tonya thought of all the details. One thing you cannot tell from the photos is that the beds are comfortable. I kept hearing others that were staying at Windsor Hills saying their beds were terrible. Not ours… will be booking here again.
