Nice property with everything we needed. Nice fenced-in yard for our dog! We'll be back!

We wanted to stay near Fort Collins for Thanksgiving because we had a new granddaughter less than a week old. The house was a nice size and the owner was in great communications both phone calls and text. The house was well stocked and dog friendly. I would definitely stay with this owner again.

Everything about this place was wonderful! I always am anxious once I book a VRBO but every review was outstanding and true. Ronda was very attentive and had provided everything that one would need to relax and feel comfortable. This is such a safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood. I walked every morning with my dogs to Benson Sculpture Park. It was only a mile away and one the most beautiful sites. The private backyard was also plus. It was well taken care off- my dogs loved playing in it. It was also a plus to be able to park in the garage at this VRBO. The location really couldn’t have been more perfect for getting around. We went Estes Park and Fort Collin, along with exploring Loveland. We were lucky to find such a wonderful place and if we are in the area , we will for sure stay here again

We stayed two weeks while in transition from out of state. The location was great with easy access to the surrounding area.

Cute, comfortable, tastefully decorated home that was absolutely perfect for my daughter, our dog, and me. The kitchen was large, immaculate, and fully stocked. We wanted a vrbo that had a yard for our dog and this exceeded my expectation. It is very large and fenced in with a beautiful patio! Communication with host was prompt and courteous. If I’m in the area , I hope to stay again!

House was great and worked well for us! Neighborhood is quiet and the backyard was terrific for our pets and just hang out. Also loved how well equipped house was and close to parks/stores. Ronda was super easy to work with! We will be back :)

We loved our stay! Everything was so clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We brought our two dogs with us and they had a blast running around the good sized backyard. The neighborhood is very nice and well kept up. Ronda is very communicative and gave us thorough instructions for check in so there was nothing to question. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely be back.

This place had everything we needed for our family of 5. Everything we needed for cooking meals was there. Back yard was where we spent most our time. Overall great place and great location. Easy check in/out, great communication from host. Overall would definitely recommend. Will stay here again when back in the area.

Great place to spend family time! Enjoyed the living area. Big enough to play cards and games. Kitchen is good sized. Ronda communication well with Us and made Check in and check out easy.

This home was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean and well stocked with necessities. Washer and dryer were a huge plus. Ronda’s communication was excellent. She even recommended a local chiropractor for a much needed adjustment. Loveland was a perfect area to stay while visiting RMNP.

This home was so comfortable, well put together and had everything we needed. Incredible attention to detail. Perfect for a family of 5 and our dogs, we had the most wonderful stay. Each of us gave it two thumbs up and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was perfect and we enjoyed using the front and back yards. My only small complaint would be that the sofas aren't very comfortable. We had a hard time just relaxing and watching TV - which was a good thing. It made us go outside more - LOL. The house was perfect for our family and 1 year old. I would highly recommend staying here!

This home was a perfect place for a family trip. We enjoyed the town of Loveland and then headed up for a wedding in Estes Park. The home was so comfortable and the patio provided a great time for eating and visiting. She provided all the kitchen utensils and dishes needed. Thanks for a lovely memory.

Comfortable home-had everything we needed. Appreciated the air conditioning! Communication with host was great. Nice location-less than an hour drive to RMNP.

I will have a hard time listing all the amazing things about this rental! I will try but will most likely forget some. For starters Ronda was wonderful, she lives close by and is very attentive to this property. I worked while there and she made a special trip over to bring me a table and chair for my computer set up. Speaking of computers she has smoking fast internet. I conducted my telemedicine visits without so much as a hiccup, her internet speeds are around 225 Mbps download and around 100 Mbps upload, for anyone needing to work while on your vacation this is huge. Plenty of bandwidth for everyone in the house and some to spare, we had a teenage boy that spent many hours streaming and playing games on the very large TV with no glitches at all. The house is roomy but cozy at the same time and she has thought of everything. I brought some cooking things, pans, spices and such...you do not need to do that, the kitchen is fully stocked with more than enough of everything. There was dish liquid, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, even dryer sheets! The beds were all super comfortable and the AC is very efficient, quickly and easily cooling things down if needed. All of the appliances are new and very nice and in perfect working order. Great shower in the bathroom with excellent water pressure, she even thought to supply body wash and hand soap everywhere. Hmmmm, I know there is more! There is a garage you can park your car in that opens into the laundry and kitchen, it was nice to have a secure place for my car. I will say however I found the neighborhood to be lovely and I felt very safe there. I walked several days during my stay, the surrounding homes are all nice and the neighbors were very friendly. Very nice back patio and large fenced back yard. Like I said I am probably forgetting something but you get the gist, it is an amazing, comfortable home...everything described here and more. I cannot wait to make a return visit. Thank you Ronda for sharing your lovely home with my family, it was so nice to meet you. Hope to see you again soon :-)

House was clean and nice. It is not far from Estes Park and near essential local shopping. the two single bed bedrooms both seem to be full size (or double) beds. we could not tell the difference but they both barely fit two adults. if you bring dog with you, be wary of neighbor on left as they will complain. the stay was a success for the family. we had toddler with us and there was plenty of room in house and in back yard to play. i would rent this house again.

Good alternative to a hotel.

We stayed here while our wood floors were being refinished. It was the perfect spot for us. The location is great, (we walked to the Sculpture Gardens most mornings) and our dogs were happy with the backyard. Very comfortable, well appointed and clean! Ronda was very prompt and helpful when we had any questions. I highly recommend this rental.

What a beautiful place. Great location and pet friendly. By the way, Ronda is amazing. We finally got to meet our new grand baby, the house was perfect for relaxing and a little celebrating.

My husband and I were in town for Christmas with family and we could not have been more pleased with our stay! The location is great, the house was so comfortable and cozy with everything we could possibly need. The best part was Ronda who made booking and staying at the home easy! Five Stars

This place was decorated super nicely with comfortable furniture. The owner was very responsive. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Some highlights were that there were plenty of dishes and soft fluffy towels, something that other places skimp on. The owner was super open to honest feedback, and was willing to get whatever we needed. My kids were happy to see a bunny in the backyard. It was nice to have a garage to park the car in. We had a lovely day walking through the sculpture gardens. The weather was beautiful, even though it’s the end of November.
