As indicated old hotel which was okay. Need thicket comforter & better towels. Parki g wasn’t on-site.

Beautiful and peaceful garden. It was quiet but only a 7 minute walk to the main plaza.

Rooms need renovation and upgrade, bathroom door getting locked inadvertently. A small caddy or shelf in shower, rails & hooks in bathroom will be much helpful. Ok

No breakfast, not even coffee or water provided!! The only good thing was the location!!

They said the hotel had TV and Internet and they didn’t provide either!! No water in the room and no coffee provided!!

the facilities are great, very colonial and keep the essence of the town.

The staff, not friendly at all, one would except exceptional treat as the one you receive at most places at town. But I didn't like the way the hostess answered to some questions I had and also I had to wait about 30 min to check out. The parking is about 300 mts away from the hotel and if you arrive late after 10pm is closed, the parking around the hotel is almost impossible. I would normally understand this because is a old hotel, and would take half star but my most complain is about the staff attitude.

The price was good, even though there is no fridge in the room. The prioperty looks lovely, presumably in a traditional design and is located close to the main streets and bus stop but far away enough to be quiet I liked that my room had a balcony, even though it was generally too hot to sit on it.

I knew the hotel didn't have a fridge in the room, but chose to stay anyway. The hotel does let guests use a communal bar fridge in the reception area. I found it unhygienic that my food was in a communal fridge during a pandemic and also inconvenient to have to get dressed and masked whenever I needed my food. On each of the days I was there, this fridge was full. This indicates that a lot of people want to use a fridge and perhaps the hotel should consider putting one in at least a few rooms.
