The location and space in this apartment is fantastic. Steps from the beach and short drives from great food. When we arrived, a couple of the beach chairs were broken. The Vacasa team responded quickly and replaced them within the day. All in all it was a great spot for our vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home. It was very comfortable and clean. Only a short walk to the beach.

We loved staying here. The unit was a perfect size, the decks were great (though wonder if it’s possible to get the sliding door to slide a little easier? We had trouble opening it), it was a perfect proximity to the ocean and a nice little neighborhood with plenty of parking. The kitchen was stocked well and we loved having access to the beach towels, beach toys and beach chairs. Will definitely stay here again!

Second time staying here the place is stunning and right on the beach we love it and hope to stay again.

Well first they say you may be able to check in early or stay later they will email you and that’s definitely not true. We were at the property an hour early no one was there but they still refused us early access. The unit was clean and great location but I will say the master bed is hard as a rock ( I had to sleep on the couch that bad). The TV’s in any of the rooms do not work there are no remotes to even use them. All cable boxes were unplugged and removed for some reason. The living room TV work with WiFi but every 15 mins the WiFi would go out and you would have to wait for the loading screen. WiFi does not work in the master bedroom at all. The air filter was black same as the vent. We had to removed the air filter because the A/C stopped working guessing because there was no air flow due to the dirty filter and vents. The slider door is broken it doesn’t slide open you have to use all your strength to pry it open. It’s not because they are hurricane sliders either because we have them we live in Florida as well. Over all great location but definitely not worth the price.

We stayed in the “sandbox” and it was perfect for our family. We have 6 ppl and also had some friends and their kids come over. There’s plenty of room to not be cramped. Bedrooms are spacious. Nice washer and dryer. Beach chairs and toys available to use. Shirt distance to nice grocery store and plenty of eating places. Sent several messages asking questions and got a response within minutes. Would 100% recommend.

The location was excellent! Steps from the beach! The property manager was extremely communicative and helpful. Whenever I had a question or an issue, she took care of it immediately.

We enjoyed our 5 days in this rental home. It was well equipped with all of our needs and was very comfortable in the ways of the beds, sitting space and cleanliness. The kitchen was wonderful too. We had a couple of instances with the keypad not locking on the front door that was a little annoying, but was handled by the property management company swiftly. I do believe updating the keypad wouldn’t cause any further disappointments for future renters. Small issues like the master bath tub didn’t drain well, the toilet was wobbly and the dryer didn’t dry the clothes the first time. Also, the dishwasher leaked one time we ran it. Overall we had a great stay!

The unit is clean, spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed morning coffee on the covered porch and the sun deck when we could. The bed rooms were clean, comfortable and we found them to be quiet from street noise as well. The location is a short walk from the ocean and convenient to shopping, restaurants and local activities. The beach was very nice in this area and great for shell searching! We were very happy with this rental and would come here again! One thing to note is that people who have trouble with stairs should consider this before renting. For those who do not have this as a concern, you will not be disappointed!

This apartment is actually walking distance from the most beautiful beach. You can peek at the Ocean while cooking and the terrace has a nice view of the ocean to relax in the afternoon. Perfect for a family. Everything in place to cook at home.

Quiet and wonderful location, just a few steps to the boardwalk. Rode bikes up and down A1A. Appreciated not having to bring our own beach chairs and towels. Plenty of kitchen supplies too!

My family and I enjoyed it greatly! For my wedding week, it couldn't have been a more convenient and quality location. My family is already talking about coming back! ❤

Had a great time. Would rent again

3 spacious bedrooms 2 nice baths and two LARGE living areas to sit and relax! Two private balconies one of which you can watch the stars in zero gravity chairs! Large kitchen. Walk to the beach in 2 minutes and they provide beach chairs umbrellas and toys! Perfect for a large family or if you just want great space and palm tree beach views!

Apartment is beautiful and spacious and the crows nest balcony is a sweet addition to the amenities here. It looks exactly as pictured. I almost wish I could disparage this amazing place because I doubt we'll ever be able to snag another reservation. Owner available and helpful when we had a tiny problem understanding the check-in instructions. Thank you Jennifer for an incredibly luxurious Thanksgiving stay.

Incredible vacation spot. Slept six very comfortably and accommodated more during the day. The location can't be beat, with a view of the ocean and the beach just a short walk away. The private rooftop terrace was a huge perk and just one of many examples of this place having tons of space to spread out. Absolutely would recommend and would book again.

The place is amazing. Large, clean, comfortable. The location is perfect- right on the beach and close to lots of boutique shopping.

Wonderful. Exquisite location and accomodations. Words fail. Only thing better was the entire care and treatment during our entire stay. From booking through early leave taking due to hurricane evacuation Jenn was there for us with our comfort her primary concern. If you have plans anywhere near here this is a must stay. Just don't even think about booking during any time when we come back for our stay next year.
