Wonderful location, quiet neighborhood, and very close and walkable to many different restaurants. The cottage was cute, clean, and had everything we needed! The check in and check out processes were easy. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we were very very pleased. Thank you!!

Short stay in Jax Beach but a very cute and clean studio. Perfect for 2. Close to beach, restaurants, etc. Check in and out super easy and accurate photos. Would stay here again :)

This place was absolutely amazing. It’s perfect for a couple or a single traveler. I stayed an entire week and didn’t want to leave. I’m appalled at the 3 star review, everything was very clean and modern, and the towels and bedding were very fresh. If I could live there, I absolutely would. I will definitely be staying here if I come back to Jacksonville Beach!

Cute and clean space in a quiet neighborhood near many restaurants and shops. Host was very responsive and provided local restaurant recommendations as well. Perfect stay for our family of three!

Only tip is if you like a darker room in the morning, bring your eye mask 😉

Nice decor, near beach (walking distance) lots to do in the surrounding areas, easy to find. Could have used a few more clothes hangers and not much storage space for clothing. Worked okay for a short trip (2 nights) but would need a larger space with more storage capacity for a longer stay.
