We loved the view of the lake and the safe and secure place to stay! The beds were comfy and the vacasa team was very attentive to our questions!

At first we thought the house looked. Which it did on the surface. But as time went on we realized it wasn’t that clean. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty. The blinds that face the owners house were broken so we couldn’t close them. We felt like he could watch us through the windows. All together we saw 4 roly-poly‘s, 3 spiders and a scorpion. We know we’re by the lake and some of that is understandable. But it felt like the house had never been sprayed. Beautiful location just needs some attention to detail.

great spot if you want to just hang on the balcony and enjoy the view and the peace and quiet. it's cute unit in a quaint set up. If you want direct lake access be prepared to risk your life on the 100 foot long rickety metal stairway with patchy railings. THe kitchen has zero supplies like spices, even salt or any food storage options.

We had a lovely time at Shiraz Haus - we boat on Lake Travis often, so are familiar with the cove. The dock was great for swimming and fishing. I loved the large balcony for relaxing in the evening. This cove is deep enough for boats/swimming even with the current low lake levels. This means that the stairs to the dock are long, but that should be expected.

This place was great. With very awesome views, and the silence of just being away, was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend to anyone. We will come back here again

This was our second visit and we enjoyed it. Property is well kept. Boat dock is in excellent condition with dock fenders and bumpers and 3 boat slips. Two of the slips were used by the owner's boats and one was avaible for use on first come first serve basis. Side of the dock can also be used to safely tie your boat to the dock without worry of damage since the property is located in a very quiet very low boat traffic cove in no wake zone. Stairs (70+ steps) down to dock can be challenging for someone older or with disability. We didn't have any issue and plan to return.

My family and I really enjoyed the stay. We where not expecting to walk down a hill to get to the duplex, but it was still very nice. Beautiful view, nice and quiet.

Beautiful view of the lake. Lots of beds and bathrooms. Didn’t use the pool but looked very inviting. Nice size yard and lots of outdoor space on patios and back yard. Would securely stay again .

Shiraz Haus was the perfect place to get away for the weekend without having to go far from home.

The property is beautiful: a vineyard on the lake. The owner was there the weekend we stayed and he was just delightful. We did have a non-functioning only toilet for part of the stay. The owner had to fix it (thank goodness he was there) as Turnkey said they would arrive before “six pm.” This happened twice during the stay. After we left the management company said they fixed the issue therefore there was “nothing they could do.” We left early because we did not have a toilet to use. Again, delightful property. Management company needs a tune-up.

Reviewer Comments: This property is situated in a very beautiful spot on Lake Travis. The scenery is nothing short of spectacular. The home itself had many issues during my stay. The home was up to cleaning standards I have experienced at other Turnkey properties. There was hair (human and pet) on the area rug in spaces where it was clear the vacuum had missed. Sticky substances were stuck on the kitchen cabinets. The home is overall in need of a deep clean, as many of the fixtures, fans and artworks on walls are covered in dust and cobwebs. I was there for 11 nights, and on the last 4 nights guests in the adjacent unit had arrived and were completely disrespectful of the rules and guidelines on noise. There is high noise transfer between the units, so if you have loud neighbors you will hear them very clearly. This property is in a remote location and on the 4th and final night I had to contact the property management because the neighbors were intoxicated and I did not feel comfortable addressing the yelling and loud music. A lot of potential for a great experience, and falls short on several points.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sharaz House. It’s comfy and picturesque, with an easy access to the lake and a private dock. I was able to dock my boat the entire stay and enjoy the lake.

The property is absolutely beautiful. It rests on a vineyard overlooking Lake Travis with spectacular views. It is quiet and peaceful.

This is my family's favorite place to stay! We love this place so much. Owner is an amazing host! Beautiful sunrises and view no matter what time of day.

We enjoyed our stay at the Shiraz Haus. View was awesome from the balcony and all over the property. Kids loved exploring, especially going to see the bees. We want to go back in the summer when grapes are ripe.

We loved our weekend stay at this cute place overlooking Lake Travis. It was very quiet, well equipped. They do note there isn't an oven, but we were able to make due with the convection/toaster oven. Great place to relax and recharge.

Our Villa stay was relaxing and quite. The property owner was very helpful and a pleasure to visit with. We will be back in the Spring/Summer to enjoy the water
