Great little place with all you need and close to everything.

This property is up a very steep hill, and while it's only 0.7 miles from Cruz Bay, it's not really walkable. BUT, perched on a steep hill gives this place beautiful views. The Petite Suite is small and comfortable, perfect for a party of one and perhaps on the small side for two. An attractive outdoor seating area is dedicated to this unit. The location is quiet and private, the room comfortable and cozy, and the unit crisp and clean. Five stars.

We needed a place to stay for one night before heading home. This location was a very convenient and it was easy to get to the ferry dock in the morning. The host gave detailed instructions, so we didn't have any trouble locating it. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Unfortunately, the couch wasn't very comfortable for the short time we were sitting there relaxing before bed. Very clean, quiet, and convenient. I would certainly recommend it to anyone wanting convenience and affordability.

A cute studio apartment exactly as pictured. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful views. Hannah, the property manager, was very attentive and in fact helped us out when we had an issue with our car. The outdoor space could use some improvement. The kitchenette was fine for breakfast and making sandwiches but not adequate for cooking a meal (not a real problem for us.) One caveat for those that don't know St. John: It is at the top of an extremely steep hill. Yes only 5 minutes from Cruz Bay, but unless you are very fit, you WILL need a vehicle.

It was a cozy little slice of the island. Make sure you have taxis set up for any travel plans as the incline is pretty brutal and walking is not encouraged. Host was wonderful and really made me feel welcome throughout the booking and stay.

Perfect little spot to spend the night. Everything was as expected. Will definitely look to stay here again.

We wanted a rental where we could prepare some simple meals and be comfortable. The petit suite was perfect for that. Having a rental car is highly recommended and our host set us up with a company that was wonderful. She also set up our cab ride to the ferry on our last day. We would rent again from Hannah for sure!

As we live in St Thomas, my wife and I decided to stay the night in STJ for our anniversary and this small room fit us perfectly. The bed was to soft for my wife but fine for myself. Hot water in shower was good, kitchen stocked with supplies if we wanted to cook, but we didnt. AC was cold. Would suggest adding a floor fan as the air becomes stale with a weird mildew smell in the air due to the AC having to run all the time. We don't use AC much at our house in St Thomas as we enjoy the breeze from the circulating fan and the constant air movement, so would suggest a fan for future guests. At night while in bed there is a dripping water sound in the wall where the paint is bubbling and that sound lasted for a few hours until we fell asleep. Would suggest adding an Iron and Iron Board for guests to press their clothes if they were looking to dress up and head out for the night. We brought our own iron but others traveling a long distance would not bring an iron so that might be a nice touch Couldn't get the A/V mode on the TV right to find Netflix and the remote for the tv doesn't work. The room is quiet and away from the noise which is good and the chairs on the patio are ok, not comfy but ok... Would honestly stay here again without question as it fit the need for our single night. We would bring our own fan though.

Perfect! Really close to grocery stores and restaurants. Everything provided - towels, beach chairs, and even a cooler! Hannah is awesome.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Hannah was so helpful with directions and provided everything helpful and necessary for our stay. The location made it so easy to get to town and the beaches. We look forward to an opportunity to return!

Wonderful space with beautiful patio views. It was a short stay but perfect for our needs and stocked with necessities. Convenient to town for shopping and dining (one could walk but we got a ride for $5 per person). Host was amazingly accommodating and great at communicating.

Great little studio, small kitchenette. We ate meals out so this was fine. Great location and easy access. Will consider staying again.
