This place was so great! They supplied almost everything you could have thought of bringing to a lake house. We had so much fun and everything was perfect.

My students and I stayed here while participating in a local competition. We all loved the peace and quiet we got here. Beautiful house with a scenic view. I recommend this for large groups.

It was a family Christmas vacation.

We did a holiday family meet up with 5 different family groups and had all ages 1-75 and everyone enjoyed this home! There was plenty of space, things for the kids to do, bedding/towels and cookware! It was the perfect place to host all 22 of us!

The property was huge and was very clean. It had everything one would need. It had a kitchen with every appliance needed. Even a crockpot. My family and I enjoyed everything about the property inside and out. I would definitely recommend.

The house was great for the 12 of us. We were on a golf trip and the place was plenty big enough for us all to hang out together and have beds of our own.

This property was amazing for a large family get away. We had children, adults and seniors. There was plenty of room for everyone. The large parking area was nice because we had several cars, but that was no problem. And there were so many beds to choose from and four bathrooms. Really made it convenient for a 5 night stay. One bedroom/ bathroom configuration is a little different in that you have to go through a bathroom to get to one of the bedrooms. But we figured it out who was best suited for those rooms. The house was immaculate!!!!! One of the cleanest I've ever stayed at. Beautiful, calming decorations. The firepit was fantastic (wood provided) and we were down there every night. My family loves to kayak and the short path to the water was easy to navigate. My granddaughter and I loved beachcombing. It was so quiet and relaxing to sit on one of the two outside patios/ balconies. My son was enthralled with the Blackstone grill and cooked almost every meal we ate on it even though the kitchen was nice and well equipped with a large pantry for all of our supplies. Not to mention the basement has it's own full kitchen and living room and game area. The ice machine was a plus!! And the games provided were enjoyed by all ages. We had pool tournaments and Pacman challenges and basketball practice going every day. The owners were great to get back with us when we had a couple of questions and we got each one resolved. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful and relaxing. We spent our time doing our heart's desire - spending time together!!

Our golf group this year felt this was one of the best experiences we've had for the past 14 years. There are three Kentucky State Park courses within 30-40 minutes of this property. Those were in excellent shape and staffed with awesome personnel. The house was exactly as advertised. Spacious with a large ice maker downstairs next to the kitchenette. We'll definitely be back for one of our get togethers.

This was a great house for big families. The owners have just about everything you’ll need stocked. Even the little things normally forgotten. Lots of games and kayaks to keep the kids busy. Short and easy walk to the lakefront. Great outdoor fire pit for the adults. Firewood was even supplied (never had that before). Amanda was very quick to answer any questions! We had a blast and would definitely recommend this property.

We stayed with extended family and all ages enjoyed themselves. The house was clean, the owners were attentive, and there were plenty of indoor and outdoor activities for everyone.

We had a wonderful time at this property. There were 14 of us and we had plenty of space. Communication with the owner was top notch. The only down side was there is no dock, and the slope down to the water if very steep. But wonderful kayaking and swimming there. It is well stocked and lots of little things are provided. If you plan to do much cooking for the whole group, bring some bigger pots. But the black stone was a big hit. Definitely would recommend this one.....

We love the location of the property, anything you could think of was already there. Owners supply a wagon to carry children and anything you might need to the beach. A well stocked kitchen. Love the ice machine. Very nice memory foam mattresses, lots of games,and puzzles. Plenty of beach chairs. Several outdoor gathering spaces. Even supplied hotdog-marshmallow sticks for the fire outdoors! Very nicely done.

This was the best place we have ever stayed! Plenty of toilet paper, spices, salt & pepper, ice, towels! The Kayaks were great, plus the fire pit and all the games for the kids! Easiest check out ever! Loved the owners! Anytime I called or text, they were very quick to get back and fix what ever we needed! I would stay again! Thanks for a Great Week!

Wonderful wonderful House they had thought of everything that you could possibly need very easy to contact even though our first night there there was a tornado watch and severe thunderstorms we lost power they were in constant contact there is so much to do just at the house that you would never have to leave only thing that I could add to this we had a one year old and a high chair would be the only thing you could add to this house

Our family reunion with 14 people had an amazing time. There are plenty of beds and common area space. The private pebble beach was fantastic and we grabbed a few floats and relaxed in the water all week. Fishing from the bank was fun with a few catches. Water traffic was at a minimum and made the water even more enjoyable as you are on the main channel of the lake. The owners were very responsive. We will be back.

This property was the perfect get away for me and 11 of my friends before my wedding!! The hosts have truly thought of everything and there were so many beds to accommodate! Loved this find and would love to return with family!

Clean and comfortable. Kids loved the games. Lake was close enough to send the kids down for a bit. Fireside chats at night, and the deck provides nice relaxing scenery. Fridge upstairs and downstairs was a nice touch. Watch out for the insects that like to come to the sliding doors, but if you turn out the lights inside while you’re outside, you should be fine. Will stay again :)

The property was exactly as described and supplies were abundant. The home was spacious and spotless. More than adequate for our extended family of 12. We hope to return.

Wonderful place to stay.

This house is in a beautiful, wooded neighborhood. We stepped out of the car and could hear the wind blowing through the trees. Super peaceful and pleasant surprise. The lot is private and has a wonderful view and access to the lake. The house overall just has a great vibe. The outdoor porches are spectacular. The house has great rooms, very clean, supplies, comfort, playroom, games, you name it! The owners provide EVERYTHING you need down to firewood for the family sized firepit. We had a blended group of family and friends with small children. We visited Patti’s, a staple restaurant in the area during their Christmas light up celebration. I highly recommend Patti’s and all it has to offer. We also took family walks in the neighborhood and around the lake. Again, great scenery. The bathroom situation is a little different as others mentioned. You must be comfortable with sharing this space with your guests. The owners are finishing the basement to provide more bedrooms and a full bath. The shared bathroom experience was worth staying in this property.

This place was amazing. The cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Tall ceilings, wonderful master bedroom. Con was layout with the one shower. Instead of all the rooms meeting in a hallway, they met in the bathroom. We really didn’t have a problem with it. My husband and I stayed in the back bedroom because we wanted to sleep in and no sound ever reached us. Enjoyed the fire pit- and all the amenities. So many were offered. So super clean. Not a ton of parking and the road was curvy so drive slow! Last is no wifi currently, had to use cell phone hotspot, and cable connection isn’t great. Beautiful in the fall. We will stay here again!

Other than the weird layout for the only full bath (which has one bedroom's only access through the bathroom), the house is great! Very clean and comfortable with lots of amenities.

Great property, lots of space to spread out and lots of supplies to play outside or in the water

Everything was perfect. We were not quite expecting the curvy drive off the main road and 20 plus minutes to get to any restaurants, grocery or gas stations, but that contributed to the peacefulness and seclusion.

Very nice, CLEAN, well-kept home with any amenity you can think of (and lots you might not even know you need until you're there!). We enjoyed the fire pit, kayaking and fishing off of the rocky beach, and just relaxing on the deck. Only used the master bed but it was comfortable with plenty of extra blankets if needed. Kitchen would be nice for cooking, but that was part of what I was vacationing away from so I didn't get any hands-on experience. Seems to have everything you'd need, even a crock pot.(Never had one in a rental before and such a good idea!) PSA- No matter where you end up staying, whatever mosquito spray you have, go to the store and get something stronger. The skeeters in the area are relentless! Not a big issue in the yard, but down by the water getcha the good DEET.

Easy process to rent and had good communication with the property manager. I loved it so much I stayed an extra night

Absolutely beautiful home, very very clean, layout a little weird, really needs a walk in shower for seniors, and supplies were very limited( toilet paper ) but overall fantastic house and can’t wait to see finished home. We enjoyed the deck the most but would have loved to see more of the lake. Will definitely be back thanks for all your hard work!

This was the 1st time we chose to do a lake trip for our family weekend, we could not have been happier with this rental. the house was extremely nice and greatly appointed with everything you would need to enjoy your weekend. The owners were extremely responsive which was a relief although we didn't have any issues I did contact them a couple times. this was one of the best appointed homes we have rented from the kitchen to supplied activities, pool foosball, ping pong, kayaks and fire pits. they had it all. thank you for sharing your home with my family.
