This is a spacious clean modern house! Kitchen is equipped with appliances but had no kitchen towels or potholders! There's a photo of stove with four small pans on it - basically that's it. Barely 12-14 forks and spoons, not many ceramic plates. We had to use disposable plates etc. We also ran out of dishwasher tables and toilet paper. Just heads up to bring your supplies or be ready to run to the store. Plenty of stores nearby, but we happened to be visiting during Thanksgiving. Good Internet! Enough beds for our twelve guests. Arcade machines and the pool table were really nice 🙂

Rented the house for my daughters wedding ..worked out perfect for our out of town family and friends..everyone enjoyed all the games etc..the house is very large with plenty of space for all..the backyard was Under construction during our stay but sure it will be nice once done..overall a good stay for us

I promise you, you'll enjoy your stay. The house was immaculate, family friendly and I mean the whole family. Got babies, check. Got kids, check. Teenagers?! Check. This spot has it all. Honestly if you treat this home with respect, it'll take care of you. There's plenty to do around the neighborhood. Shopping, great eats, parks, movies. Just saying, you won't regret staying here.

This was the perfect house for our family that was attending a wedding. It accommodated all of us, the house smelled nice and it was clean. The games were fun for all of us.

We were in town for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. It was very kid friendly. The owner was very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this property.

I hosted my family’s Christmas Eve party here and the kids all loved the game room and everyone had an amazing time. Would highly recommend for families.

Nicest host ever.
The host went out of his way to accommodate us. One of our family members was unable to climb stairs. The host set up a bed downstairs for her. Not sure every host would have offered to do that. The gesture was truly appreciated. To there was every possible kitchen appliance you might need, some techie things for the young adults , a game area got the teens lots of fun puzzles and even a jungle gym in the backyard for a very active 3 year old. Thank you for hosting us.

What a fantastic home with lots of bedrooms for families! Adorable little beds in teepees, game room and playhouse in the back made it such a perfect place for little cousins to stay together. Great communication and easy check in process made it so wonderful to get in and get set. Thanks again!

The house was spacious and allowed us the opportunity to spread out. There were a couple of items we would have appreciated during our stay, such as hand towels and washcloths in the bathrooms, and an extra kitchen towel.
Each of the showers had mold and mildew in them, so we did some cleaning we hadn’t planned on. The kitchen counters were not very clean and again we cleaned them the best we could.
The location was great for our activities and very close to shopping and the freeway.
We would recommend this property with the suggestions we made.
