Other tv had no cable box and I don’t steam so this sucked !

Location was very good/ House was nice and we enjoyed the nice deck and outdoor shower. 2 of the beds were a bit uncomfortable, because mattresses were too soft.

Loved walking to easy-access Greenland Pond, a fresh water swimming beach. kayaks and life jackets were provided. Great outdoor shower and beautiful deck. Nice kitchen too.

The house was perfect for our 5 night vaca. Centrally located made it easy to get around. The neighborhood is quiet and the deck was perfect for morning coffee or afternoon relaxing. We didn't take advantage of the kayaks like we thought we would but still a great option.
The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of storage. The master bedroom was perfect.
The outdoor shower was so enjoyable.
The kitchen was well outfitted. We found everything we needed for the most part. We did have to go buy more toilet paper though but not a big deal.
Overall, it was perfect. Thank you so much for offering your wonderful home - so appreciated.

Great place!
We spent a long weekend here with another couple. The house was very clean and in a great location! We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our time on the Cape. This was a perfect house for our off season getaway. Loved that our dogs were able to join us. Nice view of the pond from the kitchen. House was nicely decorated and very clean. The only suggestion I have for the owners is to add a few more items to the kitchen equipment such as a large pot and dry ingredient measuring cups.

The house is beautiful. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Location is perfect within walking distance to a private lake. Pet friendly with run outside, which made it easier for families. Would recommend getting larger bed for the master bedroom. Other than that it was perfect and we would absolutely stay here again!

We had a fantastic vacation and loved the house. It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and the location was superb. A short stroll to a lovely pond with beach, our children loved it. Being able to kayak on the pond lots of fun but be aware only the 2 man kayak is located at the pond, the rest are at the house. The deck was great and everything was well considered in the property from games in the garden to the table football in the house! My family had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to return.

Superb Brewster vacation house
We had a fantastic vacation and loved the house. It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and the location was superb. A short stroll to a lovely pond with beach, our children loved it. Being able to kayak on the pond lots of fun but be aware only the 2 man kayak is located at the pond, the rest are at the house. The deck was great and everything was well considered in the property from games in the garden to the table football in the house! My family had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to return.
