The unit was beautiful. Nicely decorated, clean. Stocked with toiletries, laundry detergent and dish soap so no need to buy anything additional there. Communication with property owner was great. Only complaints (and not towards the unit itself or the owner) was the location and it’s on the 3rd level which was many stairs to climb in addition to the stairs to get to and from the beach. Location: there isn’t much to do right by the house. There is a small shop and a place to rent bikes and/or golf carts within walking distance and some restaurants but they closed early. Perhaps we were not looking in the right place. Seaside is close but packed so it was congested trying to get in and out of there and not easy to find parking. The view of the beach from the unit is fantastic. We were not fortunate enough to experience a sunset from the balcony as every afternoon/evening of our trip brought clouds. A beach umbrella and chairs along with other fun things to take to use on the beach are also provided so that was much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved the condo and location! It was so comfortable for my family of 4. The owner was super easy to work with and very responsive. The condo is well equipped with all you need and then some. Literally, every detail has been thought of and the decor is lovely. Small details like liquid hand soap for all sinks as well as throw blankets on the patio were nice surprises. We also really enjoyed the coffee grinder and French press, so plan to bring your favorite beans along. There’s also a Keurig, standard drip coffee maker and espresso machine to cover all your coffee bases. The record player was also a fun surprise! Not our taste in music, but we picked up some new vinyl at the Seaside record shop. The beach wasn’t too busy and the guys who rent the umbrella/chair set-ups were super nice! Be sure to reserve your set-up a day or so in advance if you want front row. You’re also permitted to set-up your own, which is nice. There were several floats, chairs, boogie boards, etc. in the condo to use. There was a small vacuum to use to keep floors sand free. I’m not a fan of walking on sand inside, so this was great to clean up each day after everyone came in from the beach. The air conditioning works very well, which was so nice!
Be mindful that you will need to be able to haul your things up and down many stairs as there’s no elevator. Also, the bunk beds are not for anyone over around 5’2” in height.

This is our third year visiting 30a and this property was the best we've stayed at. The owner was very responsive to all our questions before we left which was greatly appreciated. The unit is new and clean. The location is close to everything, the views are beautiful, the private beach was well staffed for chairs and umbrellas. The pool was nice to have on days with double reds. My family will for sure be back!

Rob thought of everything and the attention to detail must be experienced. It has the best location, the best amenities, down to the instructions for playing nice music on the SONOS sound system. Few places put such trust in the wellbeing of such a nice place to others. The decor was an 11 out of 10 and we actually took some pictures of some of the decor to copy for our home. The style and views made it such a pleasant experience, that we will be back!

My husband and I enjoyed our Memorial Day Getaway.
The beach was perfect. We had coffee, breakfast, and cocktails on the balcony everyday. The views are beautiful. We love to cook so the well appointed kitchen was great. We are music lovers so we really enjoyed the record player and Bose system. I only wish we would’ve had a king size bed. We definitely had a fabulous time!!!

This is the best condo we have ever stayed in hands down! You will not need to bring anything but groceries if you want to cook, because the owner has thought of absolutely everything! We have never stayed in a place that was so well stocked, and literally everything we needed was thought of, would not of packed half of what we did had we realized! Location is great, beach not crowded, I could go on about how great this place is! Needless to say, we will be back again and are looking forward to are next return trip!

We had the most amazing trip. The condo was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable too. The owners stocked the home extremely well, with every comfort you can think of. The views...... nothing like it. We will definitely stay again. It was hard to leave this treasure.

The condo was immaculate, and designed like a posh boutique hotel. Glamorous yet comfortable with personal touches & nuances. Absolutely loved the lighting and dimmer switches for moods throughout different times of day. The view was breathtaking, location excellent, a definite return destination for us! This was the perfect rental for our spring getaway!
It was so beautifully decorated, clean, organized and great location. We can be picky about where we stay away from home and never felt uncomfortable about anything. Everything was clean and new! Great to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. We had a relaxing time and slept well.

We enjoyed sunny days & and fabulous white sand every day! Even the day, it rained… My wife enjoyed the balcony while reading a book! Later that day, we took a walk on the white sand beach, all the way to seaside!
I would recommend this unit to anyone that wants to “splurge” a little bit and enjoy being right on the beach! 🏖️
We were able to enjoy the sun, any type of weather, sunrise/sunset, breakfast, lunch, a glass of wine in the evening! All was much better than we thought! I’m glad we spent a little extra!

Rob’s place was the perfect place to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The condo was beautifully decorated, the neighborhood was great, and it was nice to be able to walk everywhere. This is a very well equipped property. Lots of detail and thought goes into the setup for each guest stay. The view and the location are great. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Check out the Old Florida Fish House, take a drive down to Rosemary beach and sit rooftop at Havana Beach B/G, and Borago to name a few. This won’t disappoint.
If you have little ones and they are using the bunkbeds - make sure to bring some inflatable

Where do I begin, the decor, the view, the fully stock kitchen. Anything you can think of is there for you. The bed is very comfortable, the sheets are so soft.
And the view, once again- we spend early mornings and late evenings on the patio. You are literally right on the beach!!

I took a solo trip and it was perfect! The condo is a corner unit so that was appreciated. As a woman traveling alone I felt perfectly safe. The unit was beautiful, location so close to food, shopping, etc.
The unit was ocean front on private beach. The chair rental is just as you walk off stairs and was set up punctually every day.
Rob, has thought of everything for his guests. Kitchen was well stocked, not only with all dishes, etc, but with spices, spray oils, coffee, etc.
Super clean with plenty of linens in bath & cleaning supplies in kitchen.
I have been blessed to travel many places in US & abroad and I can honestly say this place did not disappoint!

This place is immaculate and so luxurious! Host was very fast on every communication. We lacked nothing in the gorgeous corner unit. Fantastic views of the beach and water. We have already booked to return and are looking forward to it! Felt like we were in an exclusive island resort!

We loved this location, the condo and especially the view!! Enjoyed quiet mornings watching the sun rise and evening watching the sun set. We brought our own bikes and rode to the trails to eat. Such a fun place to stay. We wish we could stay longer. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed at The Palms C15 for our wedding anniversary trip. The condo was in great shape and we were greeted with chocolates and wine for our anniversary upon arrival. It was so easy to walk down to the beach and a simple bike ride to the shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. This was the perfect place for our vacation get away!

We had an amazing stay! The accommodations were perfect. The unit was so clean and beautifully decorated. It was stocked with everything you need. The bed was comfortable. The amenities were awesome. We enjoyed a movie with the surround sound system, listened to records! The view from the balcony was perfect. Rob was a great host. All these things and more made a perfect stay for our 19 year anniversary! 100% recommend and we will be back. Thank you Rob!
