Lovely stay! Great proximity to downtown Folly and Charleston. Had everything we could want for our group of 7 adults and an infant.

This was an amazing property. It had everything you could need. The hosts were amazing! We would definitely stay in this property again!

We were a group of 7 adults and 2 kids in town for a family wedding. This house was perfect for our group. Kids had there own area on the third floor and then every couple had their own room. House situated a short walk to beach and to shops restaurants and bars. Kitchen well stocked. Fire pit was great for marshmallows! Will be back!!

Happy Ours was a great stay for my family of 4 and two other families. Kids ranged 4 - 8. The house had everything we needed. The 3rd floor game room and bunks were great for the kids, the bedrooms were comfortable, roomy, and clean. Home was nicely decorated. Best of all, it stayed ice cold despite August feels-like temps over 100. We loved the outdoor spaces, including the screened in porch and outdoor shower. Too hot to build a fire in the fire pit, but we did make good use of the 2 charcoal grills. Straight shot to the beach on street and trail. Quick access to the main drag with shops and eats. Host was extremely prompt. Everything was easy. Would definitely stay again!

The house was exceptionally clean. Beds were comfy and location was perfect. Everything you needed. We managed to have a fire outside at the pit. Great rental.

This house is beautifully appointed and stocked with quality linens. It has everything needed for a relaxing escape. It's a short 10 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Hope to come back another time.

Highly recommend! Our extended family gathered at this Folly Beach home for Thanksgiving. We had 8 adults and 6 children. Great location--easy walk to beach, restaurants/shops, and parks. 20ish minutes drive to Charleston, too. Home was clean, comfortable. Had a nice large living room, open kitchen/dining, and back yard for gathering. The kids loved staying in the bunk bed room and loved the game room. We all loved making s'mores in the backyard fire pit. Hosts Sean and Ashley were great! Quick to respond, good at follow up.

Everything was as good as advertised. Very clean, spacious and well looked after home that is situated conveniently close to the beach and the town. Would definitely recommend!

The pictures online don’t do the house justice. Everything is larger in person than it looked online, which was a nice surprise. Check in process was smooth and property manager was extremely responsive. Short car ride from downtown Charleston too. Highly recommend!

We needed a big enough house for our family vacation and this one was perfect! We got a great nights sleep as the beds were very comfy. The house had everything we needed and the living room had plenty of room for all seating for all. The hosts were incredible and super responsive before, during and after our stay. It’s located walking distance to the beach and town. We will absolutely stay again when in the area.

Our stay at the Folly Beach home was all we wanted it to be! Easy walk to the beach and shopping area. Home was clean and comfortable. Checkin couldn't of been easier. Would most definately rent again and highly recommend. Would of been nice to have a golf cart come with the home, but that's me just wishful thinking!!!

Perfect house for a big family! Not to mention how great it was to be just steps away from the beach, and from the town where there are plenty of little shops and fabulous places to eat, drink and relax, while listening to some live reggae! Sean was a great host, and quick to respond to all my inquiries. Thank ya'll for allowing us to stay in your home!

"Happy Ours" is a one-of-a-kind vacation home that is suitable for any group. Beginning with the home, hosts Sean and Ashley have done an incredible job providing an incredible setting for a beach vacation. The home is clean, comfortable, updated, and most importantly, perfectly located. The walk to the beach is almost as delightful as the beach itself and, if the sand is not your preference, the walk downtown is just as easy. With plenty of private rooms for adults, there is plenty of room to "get away" while kids share the awesome bunk space on the top floor - fitted with its own game room! The screened-in porch, deck, and backyard offer a great place for grilling (the house comes with two grills - perfect for timing burgers and steaks for a large group) and relaxing around the fire pit - keeping away the mosquitoes. The home is more than enough, but Ashley and Sean are fantastic hosts. Sean is always quick to respond to questions with excellent feedback and advice. At the end of our trip, I left my iPad in the house. Sean was quick to notify me before I had gotten too far and was able to open the door back up for me so that I could go retrieve my device. Sean and Ashley provided clear instructions pre and post-stay; getting in was an absolute breeze and check-out was smooth. I can't wait to visit "Happy Ours" again in the future - I'll have to book far in advance because I am sure Sean and Ashley's home will be completely booked for trips to Charleston, Folly, and Kiawah.

And the beach was a short walk to watch the sunrise if you’re an early riser. We didn’t even have to rent a golf cart, like we’ve had to do in the past - everything was walkable. The common spaces are well appointed, the kitchen is perfectly equipped and the outdoor spaces were great for us to hang out in. The master bedroom is stunning and so are all the bathrooms. Sean and Ashley were super responsive with any questions we had and just so accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re on the island.
