We took our Phoenix, AZ family on a family vacation up to see some real snow in Utah and we were not disappointed. The house was just as described and the view out the back door was breath taking. The kids loved playing in the snow in the large front yard. The location was great for accessing the other location we intended on visiting on our stay.

It was a great little spot with a comfortable layout and great view. My favorite room had to be the back room with all the bunk beds. I didn’t stay in there personally but I always found myself gravitating towards it and hanging out with my friends. Highly recommend this location!

We stayed here for a 7 nights. We really enjoyed our time here as it was close to everything we need/wanted to do. Great location, sufficient amount of space, nice yard, clean house, nice neighbors below. The only thing I'd suggest is to provide steak knives and paper towels.

The home located between Highland and Alpine which is exactly where we wanted to be. You can hear some occasional road noise, but it isn’t too bad.

5 stars. Mike has done an incredible job converting this rental into a home away from home. Almost everything is new. Lots of room. Plenty of pots, pans etc to cook anything. This is one of the nicest rentals we have ever stayed at. Communication was excellent.

I hate to start with the one and only negative but I want to make sure that the reader knows. There's a downstairs tenant and strict quiet hours! My group was a group of 8 moms looking for a local get away and we had a blast! The place was beautiful and clean. It was close to food places, snowshoeing in the mountains and a spa retreat. (All activities we had a great time doing while we were there!) The owner was very kind and quick to respond to a repair to the garbage disposal. The beds we comfy and the kitchen was well stocked!! We had zero complaints except that the downstairs tenants came upstairs at 9:45pm and told us to be quiet because they had a sleeping baby. (We were playing Pit, a loud game). The reason we wanted a house instead of a hotel is because we wanted to stay up late talking, laughing and having a great time with out worrying about disturbing anyone around us. This house was not the house for that. That should have been written more prominently in the listing. I went back to see if it ever even said that there was a basement tenant and it's hidden at the end of the listing. In my opinion, when you have a tenant that has a little baby you need to disclose that in the introduction summary. That's the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. I'm sorry to the owner and the tenant. I know we were a loud group.

We enjoyed the opportunity to stay at this property. It was perfectly situated for everything we wanted to do and just outside the hustle and bustle of the city. We got to see deer in the back yard, take a quick drive up the canyon and spend quality time together as family. The house was set up very well and met all our needs.

Had a great stay over the Christmas break. Lots to do in the area. Home was comfy and clean.

We picked this home because of the dining room setup for our Thanksgiving stay. There were plenty of place settings and it was just lovely. It was definitely a bonus that the king bed was super comfy, the hot water was plentiful and the internet was fast. Plus the host made everything a breeze. We are truly grateful for an easy stay just minutes from the store, the canyon, and our local relatives.

The location is a little ways away from the heart of town, but nice and quiet. The home was supplied with everything we needed. The driveway can be missed easily at night because it is dark, but maps will take you straight there. Would recommend and would stay here again. Thanks!

The pictures don't do this place justice. The couch and the bed were so comfortable. I've started accepting the fact that my back is going to hurt in the morning when staying away from home. This bed was just as comfortable, if not more, than my bed at home. The blankets were also super soft. It was hard to get up in the morning, until I remembered the view that would meet me from the kitchen window. It looked like an absolute postcard looking straight into the mountains. The backyard is also huge and our little dogs had so much fun exploring it. I don't think you'll find a better value.

The house was very well equipped for anything that you need. The kitchen had more appliances and gadgets than I’ve ever seen. The house was extremely clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable living room furniture, big TV, all of the bathroom needs such as shampoo, hair dryer, etc. it’s on a busy road, but even though I’m a light sleeper it didn’t bother me. It is literally minutes from the canyon and the caves, I was able to explore after work without a lot of driving. Big fenced backyard, which my dog loved. Had a great time in Highland!

Family enjoyed our visit. House was the perfect size for me, my husband, our daughters and granddaughters. Clean and modern throughout. The girls loved their bunk room and game shelf. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved that spices were provided along with a few other basic ingredients. Great home for a family. Location was perfect for attending a wedding in Alpine. Beautiful American Fork Canyon is just up the road. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great 2 week stay. The views out the back windows and yard were spectacular. The property was very clean and the beds comfortable. There were plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. We would definitely stay here again.

Lots of hot water and nice clean towels. Furniture comfortable and a well-appointed kitchen. Owner even provided a Crockpot for us when asked! Master mattress was great on my back. We enjoyed being there. The street is a little busy but you can't tell from inside (it was very quiet) and the location was perfect for our family wedding in Alpine. Thanks!

This property was clean, bright, light and beautiful. Our party of 6 had plenty of dishes, plenty of space. We especially enjoyed the board and card games on site. Proximity to American Fork canyon and Thanksgiving Point was fantastic.

The entire process worked wonderfully. From check-in to check-out no problems or issues. Open space and enough room for 5 adults, plus. Had a great stay without any worries.

The property location was close to just about everything, and allowed for easy access to a lot of sights! The home had a great set up and was very tidy and comfortable. Will definitely keep it on our list for when we come to see friends and family again.

This home had plenty of space for 4 adults. It has a "living in the country feel" but is close to shopping & restaurants. It was clean & the kitchen had everything we needed. I hope it's available the next time we go to Utah to visit family.

I love the transformation inside this mid-century home. The decor is harmonious and modern and the property is perfect for a family. Plenty of towels and toiletries, space to gather, and extra touches make travelers feel welcome. The spacious bunk room (sleeps up to 6) with access to games and tv is a plus for kids and groups. The ramps, wide doors, shower handholds and handheld shower nozzle make this home a consideration for anyone with mobility needs. We will definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our group of 4 teens/young adults and me & my partner! Super comfy king size bed innn bnb our own private room and an enormous play room full of bunk beds and couches and games and a TV and video game system. THE WORKS! Would be perfect for families with any age range! The only slightly less thank perfect things were: no TV in the room for adults and we ran out of toilet paper the first day we were there and was not provided extra supply until we contacted the property manager. HOWEVER, their response was quick and they were at the house with more within 15 minutes! The location was central for our needs, visiting family in Utah valley as well as Salt Lake Coty (1/2 hour from each). Our little pups thoroughly enjoyed the enormous backyard and neighborhood horses greeted us every morning. The view of the mountains was stunning and even though it is located on a relatively main road, the noise was barely perceptible. We will definitely have fond memories of our stay. Thank you!!
