Sandbridge Beach n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pied, vous pourrez donc laisser votre voiture au parking dont dispose l'hébergement ou sauter dans votre véhicule pour le trajet de 19 minutes jusqu'à Virginia Beach Boardwalk (promenade).
Regagnez cette maison de vacances de 178 m² pour vous détendre au bord d'une piscine privée et découvrir une terrasse privée où siroter un cocktail en toute tranquillité dans le superbe cadre de cet hébergement qui vous propose également des barbecues. Changement de décor ! De retour à l'intérieur, profitez des équipements suivants : accès à Internet, télévision avec chaînes par câble ou par satellite et lecteur DVD.

Great location and the fact that all rooms were on the same floor was great. Spacious living area. Nice outdoor deck. But the furnishings were rundown, including pots and pans, grill wouldn't light, shower door broken. It advertised four Queen beds but these were all Full size beds.

We stayed for a few days over spring break. The pool was not open during this time of the year so we can't comment on that. This is a comfy beach house, has been loved over the years. Nothing in it is brand new and the "updates" i.e. laminate floors were not top quality. The one couch probably needs replaced as it sinks in a good bit. I share because sometimes that is important to people. It wasn't to us.
We had a great time just relaxing. There is a ton of space, lots of chairs around a huge dining table, kitchen has lots of stuff and tons of plates and cups, nice comfortable sleeping rooms, TVs in every room, WiFi strong. The place was clean, kitchen and baths were nice. There are no views of the ocean from the house but the walk to the beach is a breeze. There is a path along the house, no need to take the roads. The deck outside is spacious enough and the pool area looks nice too. Also, lots of natural light in this house, fills with sunlight at sunrise and sunset. If you are not fussy you will enjoy this house.

We booked Coastal View VI for a week in early March. It rained 5 out of 7 days, so our outdoor activities were limited. Fortunately, the spacious accomodations allowed our entire crew to hang out together without feeling too cramped. Our family group included 10 people there the entire time, with a handful of "drop-ins" throughout the week.
It might be nice to be there when the weather is better, but we were not disappointed.

The property and furnishings need some TLC. Loads of scuffs, dings and scratches on walls and furnishings. Coastal Overlook obviously has had some serious wear over the years with little or no attempt of updating. Pictures were hanging off the wall, window blinds in need of repair, leg of one couch was ready to collapse. Numerous bugs, flies, and spiders were killed during our stay with lots of spider and cobwebs on the outside as well. Shoes were found under one bed from a previous guest, so the unit was not throughly cleaned between renters. However, the updated washer and dryer was used continuously with 6 kiddos! That was a blessing! Thank you for that and we all had a great time at the pool and the beautiful!

I like to start with the positives:
Pros- short walk to beach, very nice pool, house was ready for us with a good “surface clean”, large kitchen table was perfect for family games. The vacasa staff was very nice and responsive when we needed help with certain issues.
Cons: this house needs all new kitchen pots and pans. They were so bad I bought a set for our family to use. House needs a deep clean especially a/c vents and windows/ sliding glass doors tracts are full of black gunk and hard to open and use. Floor needs repairs. The furniture needs to be replaced…old and uncomfortable. The yard needs attention-it is just weeds and we had to pick up some grease.

Positives: Quick walk to the beach, lots of great local restaurants with yummy food for all types of eaters, great family gathering space for board games & cornhole!
Could be betters: Sliding shower door & bedroom doors stuck on opening, indoor temperature hard to control evenly, wicker cushions stained & ripped, located on a busy street.
Enjoyed our family time - with minor maintaining - would be the perfect spot!
Looks like a great time during the Summer. Pool is HUGE!

The location was great. The check in and out process was easy. That was the good; however, two out of four toilets handles were broken so we had take to the toilet tank lid off to flush every time…Ughhh annoying!! The drawer broken in the kitchen. Pulled it open and it fell on my sister foot..smh! Sliding balcony door off hinges, so we couldn’t go out of it.. Fridge tray on the door broken so it wouldn’t hold anything.. ALL APPLIANCES And FURNITURE is OLD, every one of them (except the washer & dryer, they were decent). The stove was horrible . Dirty, old and looks a mess. The house needs major upgrades. I don’t even want to get on the old furniture outside and the hideous grill!!! Awful

Cleanliness of space and linens were excellent. Kitchen was not well equipped at all which was a big disappointment since we were making Thanksgiving dinner over our stay. Utensils were worn out, very cheap or non-existent. Mixer had beaters that didn't fit. Not enough kitchen towels, dishwasher pods Some of the showers were impossible to operate; no one could figure out how to use them. Fan light in TV space didn't work.

Sandbridge was great for a relaxing vacation. The place was clean, spacious and inviting and the neighborhood was quiet, which is what we wanted. Certainly worth a trip back. One improvement suggestion is to stock the kitchen better with cookware for those of us who like to cook our own meals.

Coastal View VI...has no view, not even a peek. Online pics are accurate, but deceiving. High chair was outside on the deck and gross, broken patio furniture was unusable, broken mini blinds in bedroom compromised privacy from front porch, bathroom lightbulbs were burnt out, pool lights were burnt out and limited the times it could be used, dirty walls through out the house especially in the bathrooms and above the stove, drain plugs in tubs were broken so children could not use, broken shower door, dirty under some beds, sand in some beds...

Nice house great location. Everything as advertised. The only issue is dealing with large corporate renter. Long wait times on 800 phone numbers to get simple questions answered. Vacasa always eventually followed up satisfactorily, but I prefer renting from a real live. Responsive homeowner.

I gave the cleanliness of the property a 4 out of 5 due to the beding. As we prepared for bed and got under the sheets, we felt sand in the bed. This was prior to either of us going for a walk on the beach. Our first night on the property and there was sand in the sheets. I asked my family if they also felt a grainy like substance in their bed , under the sheet and the rooms near the back patio all felt as if there was sand in the sheets.
I did not reach out to the property manager. I didn't believe there was much that could be done about it. We washed the sheets and called it a day. This wouldn't prevent us from visiting again. If you are familiar with being around sand, it is not the easiest to get out when washed.
Outside of that, the cleanliness was up to par.
We enjoyed the location, the grill out back and plenty of room and beds for everyone on the trip.
I would recommend and I would have no problem returning to this property.
