I hate to leave a negative review, and almost didn't write this. That said, it only benefits future travelers to know what the experience could be. I have rented homes all over the country and the world, and this was not a pleasant stay due to the lack of cleanliness. While the housekeep staff did a pretty good job of cleaning the surfaces, the carpet is old and filthy. The walls need a fresh coat of paint. The windows are dirty...and not just from dust and dirt from nature. There are other concerns that I had, but don't want to continue to list them out. I communicated with the house manager over text, and got immediate responses, but when push came to shove, the $ they offered back on the rental, in my opinion, was very, very minimal for the discomfort of the stay. Beyond my issues with cleanliness, the house is adorably decorated and well-stocked. I do want to make sure I acknowledge this.

Great property, great location. Only complaint, which I told Turnkey upon checkin, two rolls of toilet paper for a three bathroom property,,,,,,seriously??? I know it says in all info only starter paper products, but come on. Also, upon checkout, it says to put dirty towels in washer and start a load, but there is no laundry detergent. Also, clothes washer was really dirty, leftover soap pods in softener dispenser, outside gas grill so dirty would not use at all. Minor things, but all in all stay was great.

The property was an absolute blast to stay in. It seems as though the majority of the properties there are rentals so by Sunday evening we were almost the only people in the area! My one main complaint is that the entire house with all three bathrooms had one half roll of toilet paper and we were left having to use tissues before going to the store. The rental had all sorts of dishes, pots, and pans so we were able to save some money by making breakfast at home.

Note- those who sleep in loft bedroom must use bathroom shared with master bedroom on main floor. My issues:Arrived 1hr early. Door code would not work. Called CS line. Said it was on timer, and wouldn’t change time to let us in despite no one being there. Insufficient supply of basic household items e.g. toilet paper, soap. When I requested extra, was told to buy it myself. WiFi went out in middle of the night. Was fixed, but not until next afternoon. Thought that might be a timer thing also. For me, customer service is essential, this wasn’t.

This house was perfect for our ski vacation. It is very close to Granby and you can even walk to one of the lifts. The house had everything you would need including things for small children like a high chair and pack and play. The only thing I will say is to make sure you bring your own toilet paper and paper towels because they do not stock that very well. They also had no hand soap in the entire unit so we had to go purchase our own. Very surprising in these Covid times!!

Everything was great except the beds. All of them felt like stiff boards.

We had a great long weekend here! The property was clean, well-decorated and accommodated our large family. The play nook was such a bonus and kept our 2 year old entertained. We really enjoyed being so close to skiing & the hot tub was great for soaking our post-skiing, sore muscles. Thank you for a wonderful stay...we will definitely be back!

Took a short trip to ski at Granby Ranch and this place worked really well. Nice place for our family that includes a 6 and 7 year old. We would stay here again.

Great play room for kids.

Our family enjoyed the property. Plenty of room for us and the kids loved the hot tub after skiing. We’d stay here again.

Upon arrival the home appeared to be clean, but upon further inspection we found crumbs on the floor between the couch and chair, chocolate debris on the side table, stovetop & kitchen counters were wiped down but none of the stuff on the counters had been moved and behind and under were gummy & nasty. Everything in the cupboards needs to be washed & shelves and organizers wiped down. The provided throw blankets smelled dirty, bathroom rugs desperately need to be washed. Doorknobs, light switches, & window ledges were not wiped down. I contacted TurnKey they replied within 20 minutes stating they would reach out to the local team which usually takes about an hour, I wasn’t interested in waiting as it was after 930pm & I didn’t think they would make it out that night, I cleaned it myself. I found several home maintenance issues - the strip of flooring between the entry & living room is not glued down, when bumped it comes up & is a tripping hazard, the rug downstairs by the door desperately needs a professional cleaning, several throw pillows on the couch need cleaning & repair, the oven was so bad we decided not to use it, the dryer door will not stay shut & will pop open while drying – you can see remnants of duct tape where someone has previously taped it shut. On day 2 we opened the hot tub to find it had brown sludge around the edges and a film on the top – it took over 42 hours to get someone out to clean it. The queen beds have a plastic bed bug cover on them but no mattress pad – which is very hot and the sheets slide off during the night. This is a beautiful rental, but it desperately needs a deep clean fixing the minor issues & making sure required maintenance is performed. TurnKey has apologized and offered compensation for our trouble which I

Owner needs to update website on the amities available. We could not get into the club house where the workout room and game room were. Had to email the owner when he told us that we would not have access to that area. Then the fire place in the house was very difficult to light. The house was very nice.

This is the perfect property for a family gathering! We cooked meals with plenty of dishes! The Ranch House is close to a grocery store! The deck, hot tub and fire pit are amazing! We traveled multiple days to RMNP, Grand Lake, Winter Park and Snow Mountain Ranch! The restaurant at Granby Ranch was excellent! Fabulous location and lodging!!!
