It was clean and roomy, all walls and floors were very recently updated. There are many tvs, which is great for people who like to watch movies and such.
The desk area was great for a work space.
The large living room/dining room was a great space for gathering.
A few areas of comfort that became difficult were:
- Location is right next to a restaurant, and so the smell of the restaurant is strong when you are outside, the side of the house windows look out into the restaurant and parking lots.
-Several window blinds would not close/open, need replacing.
-The curtains on windows that face the morning sun are not strong enough to block out the strong morning light.
-It was chilly weather and needed the heater but it is very strong, making the upstairs rooms too warm and uncomfortable to sleep in. A fan was provided.
- There are no extra blankets, in bedroom or in living room area. So bring your own for TV lounging or for sleeping.
- The kitchen has minimum level of offerings- lots of glasses, forks, plates, etc... but no salt and pepper or aluminum foil. Ex: The baking pans offered were old and no nonstick cooking spray available made baking cookies difficult.
-The family room door to the back porch was unable to be opened, so we used the entrance keylock door to access the porch instead.
- The biggest issue was workers came unannounced to fix an outdoor issue and hit the main water line. My daughter was in the middle of a shower. No water for an hour.

The a/c unit could certainly use an upgrade.
Very old and musty smelling. While i understand coastal and the downstairs flood pains, the upstairs certainly could use a dehumidifier.
The A/C was only adequate from about 9pm-11am, then it could not keep up. With only 2 adults and no kids leaving doors open, i expect a bit better.
Besides a few light bulbs out, everything was great!
Will definitely rent again!
Would have liked a bit more personal touch with the manager/owner. . Absolutely no contact seems really weird.

This house had all the comforts of home, except black out shades. Other than the incredibly rude and unprofessional property manager, this location was perfect for our extended vacation!!

Sit on the spacious back porch and watch the boats on the intercoastal, walk to a great restaurant or take a short drive to the beach. This home was super clean and perfectly located a quiet vacation during New Years.

This house was in a great location. It is right on the water, clean, lots of towels, had a grill and a restaurant next door. The beds are really firm was hard to get comfortable. Overall my family enjoyed our time here.

Over so you hear that down stairs, Master bedroom down stairs bed is good but it’s daylight all day and night there’s a light that shines in both windows and the walls are paper thin so at 4-5am you get woke up from garbage trucks and 18 wheelers delivering to the marina so, we didn’t get much sleep this weekend Over all it was a good time and safe place.

This house is perfect for daytime activities, but night is a different story...The grille next door has folks parking on the house lawn, delivery trucks & trash pickup trucks at all hours of the night! The bed frames are made of metal and squeak loudly at every turn.

A wonderful place and location to relax with friends. We spent most of the time on the porch and little private beach watching the boats pass. Having the restaurant next door was a huge bonus. The house was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed. Will return!

I invited friends to my 60th birthday party and wanted us to ask stay together. Unfortunately with all the birthday activities we didn't spend much time at the house but enjoyed the time we were there. It would be nice to have wine glasses and coffee filters.

There were a couple of issues. The kitchen was not well stocked with cooking equipment (pots, pans, sharp knives), the upper oven did not heat up well and the timer did not work. The a/c register in the room with the king bed had condensation around the edge and it dripped onto the pillow (rather annoying).
Overall I would rate the house as average.
