The property was well designed for an extended family vacation. We were able to keep one family upstairs, and the other downstairs. The kitchen was well equipped. The sunroom area was secluded enough to serve sequentially as an office and a play area.
And the beach was great Easy to access, less crowded than the rest of the beach, chairs that were easy to carry, snd on top of that, perfect weather!

This is a well maintained and updated property that was perfect for our week at the beach. It is within walking distance of the boardwalk and all in-town attractions. It is large and comfortable. It was great to walk to the boardwalk to see the 4th of July fireworks and walk back without the hassle of traffic. It was perfect for our week. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

The home was wonderful!! Very clean, roomy, beautiful kitchen!! Bedrooms were large and comfortable! Excellent walking distance to restaurants and the boardwalk!! The road was a little noisy despite the 25 mph speed limit, which was the only negative!! Otherwise, great trip to Rehoboth Beach!

We had a fantastic short getaway at the Pines property. The house is located in a great location close to restaurants, bars and not too far from the beach. The place was very clean and check in and out was very easy. Looking forward to staying there again!

This house is great! Everything is new and high-quality, with tons of light and space. David was in touch throughout. We loved that it was very quiet, but a short to walk to the beach, the boardwalk, and many food options.
