This is a very cute home. Very spacious. Neighborhood is very clean and quiet. Host answered all questions in a timely manner. If we come back next year we will definitely stay here. Only thing that was bad was the weather. Which was fine we needed to relax anyway.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect…only 5 minutes from the marina. Couple of good eating options. Bring liquor as we found only beer, seltzers, etc. available for sale. We were new to the area and didn’t realize it is a dry county for hard liquor. Our family is planning for another visit next summer!!

Absolutely ideal for convenience to Pickwick Lake . Only thing which could possibly improve would be a covered carport style enclosure to pull boats under . Other than that 👍👍👍👍👍

This little house was perfect for my fishing vacation. Its location was ideally situated between the Pickwick State Park ramp and the Yellow creek ramp - just a few minutes' drive to both. Plenty of room to park your boat. Minutes from the grocery store and from a bait shop. Very comfortable, clean and quiet. I loved it!

The home was very nice and and great condition. It had everything we needed. Our host was very responsive except for our arrival when he forgot to send the door code but luckily he was able to provide that shortly after we got to the home.

The house was extremely clean and very thoughtfully laid out. While there were only two of us, the space could definitely sleep up to 8—I wouldn’t hesitate to bring the family. Parking was easy and allowed us to back in a truck and boat without issue. The hosts were friendly and the location was perfect for our purpose of fishing Pickwick.

The house was very clean, updated, and bigger than I expected. It's in a nice area with plenty nearby (restaurants, grocery, park with a beach, kayak rental, and golf). Would definitely recommend!

We had 4 adults and 3 kids for our stay. We didn’t spend much time at the house but it met our needs well. Very comfortable beds which is really rare for rentals for some reason. Check in and out were super easy. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay, Josh was excellent, and the house was perfect for two families of 4 (young kids). Very close to everything in Pickwick and the neighbors even had a firework show. We would stay again!

This is the first weekend getaway that we’ve had as a family in a decade. We enjoyed fishing, swimming and rented a pontoon. Local food and shopping was great too. House lived up to our expectations. Can’t wait to do it again.

We checked in on a Tuesday and stayed thru Sunday. Quite neighborhood with a Dollar General at end of road. On 5 minutes to State Park where we launched boat. We enjoyed the stay and will be back.

Perfect place for a couple night stay with my daughters to visit Shiloh. All the amenities we could want, plenty of space, and all clean for our stay. Gas and groceries near at hand, and it looks like there is a lot the area offers even though we were primarily there to visit Shiloh. We would definitely consider coming back!

We enjoyed our weekend stay. We visited Shiloh Battlefield and Pickwick State Park. The food at The Outpost (in Pickwick) was great!

I stayed here with family for a weekend and had a great experience. The house was clean and well staged. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked well. The space was quite comfortable for party of 6. The location was excellent proximity to Pickwick Landing as well as many other activities and restaurants.

Great place to stay if you are riding off road vehicles at Rainbow Falls! Cute and modern. Josh was also very responsive.

This is the second time staying at this property. We have stayed at two others in the same area this one is hands down the best one.

It is super cute and clean. Dog friendly was super but you couldn't tell pets have been there. Beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed a hike at the State Park and through the neighborhood. You are so close to a fancy Dollar General (they have everything) and the coffee shop (Expresso Yourself) right by Dollar general was a welcomed surprise for the area. They had good food and great coffee and beer. We went three time in three days!

The home was perfect for our stay. It was super clean and comfortable. We were in town for a high school bass tournament. There was plenty of room in the driveway for our boat. We enjoy lounging on front porch and enjoying the peacefull neighborhood. We look forward to a return trip.

We were very happy with this rental. We rented it because we had family coming to town to visit our boat and needed extra places for people to stay. It was very close to Aqua Marina where our boat is so we were able to hang out, play games, cook dinner, etc. Very roomy and comfortable, and would stay there again. Highly recommend it.

We always enjoy day trips to Pickwick but this was the first time to ever stay over night multiple nights and this house was just what we needed! It fit our family of 7 perfectly. It's conveniently located to all your needs in Pickwick. Thanks Josh and family for a great little getaway. We will be back!
