Great place to stay, close enough to Disney. The unit was as advertised.

I feel bad giving this review but things only improve with knowledge. Most people will stop coming to a place if they have a bad experience, but I say something because that gives a caring owner the opportunity to fix the problem. I really loved the decor of the condo and it definitely looked just like the pics. My problem started that evening. I realized my sneezing fit was because the ceiling fan was full of dust. Since I needed to run it I had to clean the blades. I also had to removed the comforter because it had hair all over it and the dusty smell was making me sneeze too. I had to remove it. In the bathroom I saw some hair on the shower step and when I got a napkin to wipe it off the napkin immediately filled with long hairs and a lot of dust. It seems like the area is being overlooked. Finally, I had no rags in my bathroom. Thankfully, my mom brought her own and I was able to use hers. There were no rags of any kind in the linen closet.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your VRBO rental, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The place was exactly as described in the listing, and I was impressed by how accurately the photos represented the property. From the moment I stepped in, I could tell that cleanliness was a top priority. The entire place was immaculate, and I appreciated the attention to detail. One of the standout features of the rental was the ample space it offered. It provided plenty of room for my group to spread out comfortably, making our stay much more enjoyable. After a long day of exploring the area's attractions, it was such a relief to come back to the condo and sink into those super comfortable beds. It's often the little things that make a big difference, and in this case, the hosts didn't skimp on providing essential items like toilet paper and laundry detergent. We chose this place because of how close it is to Disney Typhoon Lagoon. We enjoyed the pool and playground at the condo with our granddaughters too. The owner responded quickly to our questions once we arrived.

We stayed here for 3 days. Very convenient location for Disney parks. Lots of restaurants nearby. The property was very clean and well maintained. Heath and Natalya had given very clear directions for check-ins and parking. Prompt and great communication with them as well. We loved our stay !

We had a great time, the condo was clean and had everything we need/want. The clubhouse was awesome with the pool table and books to read and hangout. Definitely recommend this property.

Excellent accommodations and the hosts were fantastic! Description of property on Expedia and VRBO was extremely accurate and the owners were very responsive! When we arrived on our first night it was very late and we couldn’t get the TV in the master bedroom to work. We emailed the owners indicating it wasn’t an issue for us but that we wanted to let them to know so they didn’t think we broke it. Less than a half an hour later they responded apologizing and said they would have a new TV shipped out from Amazon immediately. When we woke up the next morning though we noticed that the power cord at the back of the TV was loose. Once we plugged it in fully, the TV worked perfect so we contacted them back to let them know. We also had difficulty signing into our Netflix account and when we advised the owners they created a guest account on their membership for us to use! They also gave us a late checkout on our last day because no one else was coming in that day! It’s obvious that the owners take pride in their property and are very committed to ensuring guests fully enjoy themselves! We highly recommend this property and will definitely look to book here again when visiting Orlando/Kissimmee!

Much bigger than I expected. The condo was clean and there was plenary of supplies e.f. pots, pans, cutlery and dishes. The owners who are lovely and helpful left clear instructions which made arriving and leaving a breeze. The whole complex is well maintained and very clean no garbage. Highly recommend.

The condo was exactly like on the photos. Space enough, very nice and complete kitchen, comfortable couches. Did think the washing machine made a lot of noise and the sink in the bathroom did not empty on its own but everything was to our liking and we slept well in the beds. The condo is very close to the 192 with shops and restaurants, Walmart 5 mins drive via Oren Brown Rd. Very easy to park in front of the house with the parking pass. We had a marvellous time and enjoyed staying in the condo. Had to leave very fast due to hurricane/storm Nicole and our flights being changed but check-out was easy and you could just close the door behind you due to a very easy code-lock on the door. Would certainly recommend this home.

Location was convenient. Great communication with host. Wished the place was a bit more clean. Rugs in bathroom were dirty. Vent in hallway was very dusty. We did get comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

The owners, Heath and Natalya, were very kind and responsive throughout the entire process. Their descriptions of the condo's amenities and how to leave it when checking out are detailed and helpful. Their condo is exactly as pictured as well as incredibly clean and well organized. The layout and decor contribute to it feeling warm, inviting and spacious. The bed and pillows in the primary bedroom (only one we used) were amazingly comfortable. We had every convenience we needed for our stay, including a large shower!! The condo is in a quiet residential complex. The pool and jacuzzi were very enjoyable: clean, perfect temperatures and surrounded by trees, so the setting is pretty as well as private. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this for your vacation, particularly if you wish to stay in Kissimmee. Kissimmee was a little off the beaten track for us b/c we went to see the launch at Kennedy and visit a friend in Winter Springs. If you aren't familiar with Florida, traffic can be heavy and we found ourselves driving for quite some time on our different trips. At the same time, the condo was so welcoming and comfortable, we always felt good coming "home" to it each evening. It was also convenient to have our own parking space right in front of the condo. Great accommodation, spacious and well equipped throughout. Communications with Owners swift easy polite and professional. They checked in to see how we were getting on and mentioned that we could have done with a clothes airer - even though the tumble dryer had a massive drum - couple days later a new airer arrive.
