We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The views are spectacular. Home is decorated beautifully and very comfortable.

This is a truly beautiful home in what might be the perfect location. From the front porch you are looking directly at the ocean (the washout area) because there are no homes across the street to block your view. From the back porch and hot tub area, you are looking out onto the salt marsh. This is actually the nicest vacation we have ever stayed in, and we have been coming to Folly Beach for many years. This is such a peaceful and pleasant place… THANK YOU for sharing it with us!

The house and its location are amazing. The sights and sounds out the front and the back of the property are so wonderful for relaxing and enjoying the company of your friends. The house could probably use a deep cleaning (coming from a perfectionist who looks at the ceilings and vent covers 😂) but overall it mostly clean, with crisp white sheets and towels (a generous amount of bath towels but no beach towels) and large spaces for gathering with your group. Kitchen chairs could stand a good cleaning. Overall though, it is easy to overlook the small things with views, space and amenities like that.

The property was everything that was advertised. Nice neighborhood. Loved the sizes of the rooms, beds very comfortable. Fully furnished and well equipped kitchen.

Nestled in Palm Trees and fragrant Jasmine is an extraordinary home with breathtaking ocean views … pelicans, and laughing gulls, pods of dolphins surfacing the ocean waves… the owners of this home have met every desire a renter could have… state of the art appliances, comfortable beds, genres of books lining bookcases, puzzles, games , excellent WiFi service, if any guests have to work remotely…beautiful decor, fully stocked kitchen for anyone who dabbles in the culinary arts and pet friendly!!! There are not enough words to describe the joy we experienced staying in this extraordinary home!!!

This house has AMAZING views across the marsh, and we captured some beautiful photos of the sunsets! (Great spot to enjoy a cocktail!!) At high tide, the water comes up to the bulkhead and a low tide, the mud flats are filled with heron, crabs, and little turtles - lots to keep you entertained. If you like to surf, the location is great too, as it's directly across from The Washout (Folly Beach's best spot for waves). Our daughter lives in Charleston, so she and her roommates came over to surf each morning before work:-) The trees out front provide some visual privacy from the road. We rented this house for two weeks, and enjoyed a revolving door of family and friends come and go. The two master bedrooms are nice and big, and the queen/queen shares a buddy-bath with the bunk room which makes this a great house for two families to share. The interior is decorated as it appears in the photos, and the owners provide ample bath towels along with about a 1/2 dozen beach towels (which was a big help!). The dryer does a good job keeping up with drying towels, and the laundry room is one I wish I could have taken home with me - lots of room to fold and sort! The only reason we're not giving this house five stars is because of some maintenance issues, along with lack of dishes/glassware, and no blinds in one bedroom. We've let the rental company know about these concerns and they've assured us that they will be addressed:-) Word to the wise... traffic coming onto Folly on a Saturday or Sunday during the summer is a beast! Do your shopping before you arrive at the house, and remember that ABC stores in SC are not open on Sunday. FYI there is a Costco and a Sam's about 25 minutes away and a Harris Teeter right before you come onto the island. This house has a nice size pantry for the overflow of dry goods and several cabinets that were empty in the main kitchen. There's also a wine refrigerator in the island which was a big help with all our drinks:-)

Breath taking view of backwater and beach. Spacious for our large group and kitchen was perfect for our brunch gathering.

They views at this beautiful home were so amazing. We hardly wanted to leave the house. It was comfortable with plenty of seating areas and a well stocked kitchen! I will definitely be coming back soon

The front porch and back sunroom are ideal spots for those early mornings and late evening family gatherings. Just a short walk to the beach access. Would definitely recommend to families wanting to spend quality beach time together.

This house is beautifully decorated and perfect for a large group. There is ample scenic indoor and outdoor seating areas which we all really enjoyed. Loved watching all the surfers every morning! We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely stay here again!

great location really enjoyed the surfing

We had an amazing time staying at this house for a weekend. I had high expectations and was impressed. Whether you are looking for a stay at the beach or downtown, this is a great spot to pick. We would definitely stay here again.

House was well appointed. All amenities were excellent.
Nice location across from beach.
Hot tub was kind of scummy....but that can be fixed with some additional attention. House had nice sound system, tv's and well equipped kitchen.
