we traveled from Wichita Kansas. Grand-kids and son with me. Went to the Grand Canyon. Had a wonderful time at the verbo house. Very comfortable. Very clean. We had every thing we needed.

Home worked well for all of the 10 guests but we were disappointed because we couldn’t use pool when it was so hot!

The property was in great condition including the furnishings. We had plenty of room, towels, dishes etc for 8 people. The back yard with the pool was also used alot and felt so great. We love the roominess of the home. Thank you!

We arrived at this rental home to find a nicely decorated home, most items supplied for the stay. When we went outside to check out the pool - the highlight of visiting a very warm state, we were disappointed to see a very dirty pool. I reached out immediately and was told Vacasa will reach out to local team and will update me .No one ever called back or text. The pool remained dirty, algae and palm tree branches falling in pool. We weren't able to swim. Hours went by, no communication. I reached out several more times and throughout Friday and Saturday, I could not get anyone, via text and phone, to assist us with a timeframe to clean the pool. We wound up cleaning leaves and skim the top, which skimming the top is what we would do anyway. I reached out again on Sunday as we were leaving Monday, Nothing but more empty lies and promises. We were told they don't control the local team and this isn't their usual way of conducting customer service. Wait!.This is exactly the service you get. The BBQ is old and needs the be replaced, the beds don't have mattress protectors, the furniture is decent and comfortable, the table in the kitchen, the benches are old and on the verse of breaking. The area of the property seems decent and we enjoyed ourselves because of the people and family we are. There are pigeons living in the front of the property. Their feces is dropping into the walkway and covering it. It is very upsetting to experience Zero customer service.Dont stay here!!!

We enjoyed our spring break in Glendale. The house was perfect for 3 families traveling together. The backyard was perfect for lounging or playing games. We enjoyed the corn hole set at the property. The guestbook at the house was full of great ideas for dining and day trips.

Pool was very good especiallly needed the heating the first few days. Bed rooms all good but 1 bath for 3 upstairs bedrooms was not the best but for guys it was workable. Kitchen was fully equipped. Nice TV’s but did wish there was 1 outside. Furnishings very comfortable.

While the house is overall very nice, and the cleanliness was four out of five stars, there were some issues with this house. The heated pool, which we paid extra for was a little complicated. You either had to have the heat on in the Jacuzzi or the heat on in the pool and it was complicated to switch back-and-forth, some of the mattresses were foam and not very comfortable to sleep on. We like to walk in the neighborhood in the morning and we didn’t feel unsafe, but this neighborhood was a little sketchy. When we had issues with the house, our communication with Vacasa. The property manager took quite a while to be resolved. They were always very polite and followed up, but it seemed as if the communication skills were not the best also, there was a huge pile of garbage left in the garage, which was not taken out on Thursdays as it supposed to be done since we arrived on Saturday we saw a ton of garbage upon our arrival. Overall, a very nice property but I think the management of it leaves a lot to be a desired.

We spent 6 nights at this location and it was everything we could have asked for in a vacation home. It was spacious, well-equipped, and had easy access to nearby walking paths.
