The home was perfect for our family fishing and beach trip. The 3 bedrooms gave everyone space while providing a nice living room to come together for visiting and games. It was clean and comfortable. The ocean was visible from the upstairs room and easily accessed with a short walk. We would definitely love to stay here again. The house has some dated elements and could use a refresher on curb appeal, but it was clean and quiet. The ramp to the door is a great touch, and the loft area was fabulous for the kids. Although, this is a 3rd row, across the street, property, it was super easy access to the beach.

The house was clean had everything we needed for our stay. If there could be any improvement, it would be that the decking could use updating. It is rather weathered but still very sturdy. Reviewer Comments: My family has rented at this house for the past few years and this was the worst that I have seen it. The house was not clean. The shower curtain was so molded that we had to go buy one and replace it before taking a shower. Past resident's dirty socks under the bed along with clumps of dust bunnies. Dirty floor and dead bugs on lamp shades. Sliding door has been broken for 3 years now and still not repaired etc...Used to like this house, but the cleaning and maintenance has declined greatly. My family has rented from Suncoast for over a decade and we love the staff, but needless to say, we will not be renting this house again.
