Posizione eccellente, grande metratura, bella terrazza e bella vista. Il manager molto cortese e disponibile.
L’appartamento richiede urgente manutenzione straordinaria. Pareti piene di umidità. Bagni vetusti da rifare. Pulizia insufficiente. Mobilio vecchio e scadente. Per il costo al quale viene affittato, tutto questo è inaccettabile. Mettano una parte dei ricavi nella manutenzione della casa.

Apartment had a great outdoor terrace & it was in a great location close to the village. Very good communication & prompt response to enquiries We loved our stay .

I had the pleasure of staying in a charming apartment in Capri, perfectly located in the heart of the town with a breathtaking view of the sea. The attention to detail in the furnishings made the environment cozy and sophisticated, providing a feeling of warmth and luxury. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to meet our every need. This experience was truly unique, combining the charm of Capri with top-notch comfort and hospitality. I can't wait to return to this corner of paradise

We fell in love with the service we received from the very moment we stepped off the ferry. The staff was so accommodating and sweet. They explained everything for us and treated us like royalty. The apartment was gorgeous. The views were amazing. It was perfect for our family and then some.
We didn’t like that the breakers kept popping. We couldn’t have the washer going @ the same time with a blow dryer. We had to wait to do laundry when we would step out and turned off all the AC and kept the washer working.

Antonio and Gennaro were extremely helpful with helping with booking and getting settled. They both were in constant contact with me and we’re very easy to get in touch with. They offered to help us with restaurant reservations, and even got us into one of the harder spots for lunch. The apartment is in a great location and has amazing views. They helped us book a boat tour and the charter they chose was better than the one that we took with a 5 star hotel on the island. The boat was brand new and the captain was phenomenal
Lots of stairs and walking but that is true with most of Capri. It was our first time in an apartment so I am used to the convenience of a hotel.

The villa was great for our recent family holiday in Capri. The location was awesome, close to everything but far enough away to be out of the busiest area. Antonio was fabulous. Responded promptly to all of our requests and was extremely helpful. All staff we interacted with were fantastic. I would recommend Villa Oliveto.

The private terrace was an absolutely treat. On arrival, we were welcomed with an ice-cold bubbly! The host even arranged a private 360 degree trip around the island for a reasonable price! Fully equipped kitchen to use and a dishwasher!
Conveniently located - for a night out in Capri and access to the public transport as well.

It is beautiful, spacious and more than expected. Gennaro, who was assigned to welcome and help us, was like our personal concierge, and wonderful. The cleaning staff is lovely and helpful, as well.
This isn’t about the property per se, but on Capri in general — be prepared to pull/carry your luggage a long way. Even with a taxi there is a lot of walking on hills and steps. Arrange porterage for your arrival, if possible.

lovely apartment - located not far from the main square! nice welcome and the apartment was very clean!
we had a leek on the fridge, reported it but nothing done - however we were only there 2 nights so not a problem! maybe a welcome book with information regarding the apartments amenities would be helpful .

The view is amazing. The people are so friendly and helpful. The place is nice and spacious .Carmen was so attentive and helpful
The villa itself is so nice and lovely, but it is a little hard to get to with heavy luggage. It is in an area where cars aren't allowed. So you need to book a porter to bring you luggage for you in advance.and there is no supermarket or anything near the villa . In general, all of capri roads either an uphill or a downhill so be prepared .
The apartment is on the second floor so you'll have to go up a flight of stairs.

We got an upgrade for a very large terrace with sea view and mountain view. Carmen is taking very good care of such a large property, the flat was spotless.
