Quiet location which was great for getting to Ponds Forge where our daughter was competing in the English National Championships. Beds were comfy and the facilities were fine. Karol was great - very responsive.

Only three beds were made up meaning we had to contact Karol who was great, he was unable to contact the cleaner so gave us the code to get the linen and we made up the fourth bed ourselves which wasn't a problem. The blind in the single room was propped in a corner of the room meaning we had to rig up a makeshift solution - again not too much of a problem. The outside area was a bit overgrown, the decking looks a little rotten in places and there were cigarette butts in the ashtray right outside the back door which wouldn't have been great if we'd wanted to spend time outside.

Really nice property, and everything there that we needed. Good communication from the owners, a convenience store in walking distance, and the centre just a short taxi journey away, perfect location for us, as we was going to the Crucible. Would book again, 100%

Would have liked a cafetiere. Because it was brand new , the owner may want to know that the bathroom sink leaks.
