Beachfront and just enough far away from the centre for tranquility at night and a not crowded beach during the day, it was more the surfers area. About 15 min walk from the centre alongside the beach. Good quality/price!

Location was really good, directly on the beach. It is not in the centre but that made it perfect for us as it is more quiet.

It feels a bit expensive compared with others.

The location is excellent, it's in the quiet side of montanita. It's right on the sand and at the best surfing spot. The staff is friendly and the place is very safe. The internet was very good, I worked and had several business calls without any problem.

The room didn't have a great ventilation so it smells very moldy. The towels had some stains but were clean. The price is cheap compared to the other ones and the facilities reflect that.

I absolutely loved the location being right on the beach, allowing you to sleep to the beautiful sound of the ocean. This hostal is a 10 minute walk to the main centre, which means your aren't kept up all night by all of the weekend partying, but are not far from the action if you want to party. The price is cheaper than surrounding hostels, and they provide free coffee, tea and filtered water. I'd highly recommend this hostal to anyone who wants to be close to the beach, but in a relatively quiet spot.
