The emails re deposit came through 3 days after my stay

Location and facilities. And secure parking is also available that is good enough.

The towels had stains on them and the bedsheets. There must be more bedsheets available if you are staying for a couple of days or more.

Many things have gone wrong in the apartment number 9: The kitchen extractor hood is not installed properly and it may fell off anytime. The extractor hood has no piping to outdoor – this make the whole apartment hot and smoky WIFI/Internet not working, after complained and promised to send someone to fix on next morning and that also did not happen. The apartment is hot (Ventilation problem) There is only 2 towels for 4 guest The floors are noisy, squeaking at most of the places Toilet door is not lockable No instruction on how to open sofa bed, the sofa bed is partially damaged and so difficult to make it work Kitchen utensils are so lacking – example only 2 mugs for 4 guests apartment and just 1 cooking pan Lighting at kitchen is insufficient. Extractor hood has no light

boxers were left in the wardrobe the utility room smell of sewage, I think it was the pipes.

Everything was excellent just the shower the water was too hot couldn’t make the water on the right temperature .

I been so many apartments and hotels but this is my favourite and number 1 for sure. Its very clean very comfortable very cosy and I just felt home. I was very happy to lie down in the bed and you can smell the freshly washed duvet. We are very very pleased and we will be back soon. I wouldn't change this place for nothing im very happy and pleased ❤️😊

The only thing was not very good is I washed my clothes but I couldn't put anywhere to dry it. But I sorted out 🤣😌😉
