Well presented. Great decor with a really homely style. It's a great location. Home from home feel to is so much better than a hotel. Found a butterfly in the room and let it out the window

The shower needs fixing, as it went off a few times. The shower head needs cleaning. It has limescale build-up on it, and some of the tiles are broken.. the thing behind the wardrobe, some sort of boiler, I think, made a noise all night.it was a bit strange. Could do with a fan in the room, too, as only one window opens in the bathroom.

Very easy to collect keys via personal key box. Simple instructions made check in easy. Place itself was clean and tidy.

Bedding was cheap and felt horrible to sleep on. The biggest issue we had was that none of the windows open and it had been 27° during the day it was uncomfortably warm, no fan or air con.

It was the worst experience ever only stayed there for 1 night then checked out and had to book in some place much better then this crappy apartment. The Shower just a trickle of water. They supplied me with small towels for showering NO Bath Towels at all in the apartment. Bed was NOT comfortable at all. Heater wasn't even working. The kettle was dirty. I send several messages to the property when i got there and till today 03 May 2023 still no reply from the property. Not even a call or email from them. What makes me more mad is that when you have a bad experience and get this type of place when you in a foreign country is that its a non refundable booking and is a WASTE of money I had to pay out more money to go stay at a nice apartment in Huddersfield. WASTE of money, Dont book at this apartment and I would never recommend this place to any of my friends or family traveling to the UK and would like to stay in Huddersfield. I thing Booking.com should have some kind of a refund policy or Compensation fund when it comes to these type of situations.
