Location, Room was large as advertised. The tub was lovely and the room had a nice atmosphere.
The bed could've been more comfortable but no other real complaints.

No breakfast served.
Did not have daily housekeeping, price could have been more in line for the market, mo instructions on how to light gas fireplace.

Great location and it was really unique and pretty.
The mattress and pillows need to be replaced ASAP! It sinks in , in the middle. The place needs a good scrubbing from top to bottom. And there was no pastries and orange juice or wine provided as advertised. And we had to go hunt down a lighter to light the fireplace.

The rooms were cute and clean, and the location is great if you want to walk to the downtown area.
it would be nice to have ice trays in the freezer. And a bar of soap would have been handy as I forgot to pack that.

We loved the location and our room. It felt like we were away from busy downtown, but it actually was just a few minutes to walk downtown.
The only thing we didn't like was the bed was uncomfortable. But, for some reason that seems typical for all the lodging we've stayed at in Eureka Springs!
