La convivialité et la décoration

Il faisait chaud dans la chambre nous n’avons pas pu régler la climatisation.

La décoration, les espaces communs, la propreté des chambres, la gentillesse du personnel

Trop de rush au petit déjeuner le personnel n’arrivait pas à suivre pour nettoyer et enlever les plateaux

Lors de mon premier séjour (du 28 au 29 août) devant partir très tôt le 29 je ne pouvais pas prendre de petit déjeuner. Mais la personne qui s'occupe de la nuit m'avait préparé de quoi pouvoir me restaurer dans la matinée, ce que j'ai énormément apprécié. Lors de mon retour (dans la nuit du 5 au 6 septembre) c'était la même personne qui était à l'accueil, je l'ai donc chaleureusement apprécié pour l'en cas qu'il m'avait préparé le 29 août.

Je ne suis pas restée assez longtemps à l'Ibis pour trouver ce qui n'allait pas

L'amabilité du personnel

Le chemin pour aller au musée Lens Louvre par la voie piétonne.

Le centre ville est limité et pas très animé et beaucoup de magasins fermés

Emplacement super juste en face de la gare ferroviaire et routière. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Hôtel calme et bien insonorisé.

When we arrived the football was on and the property was swamped with fans. Was a bit of a worry to start with but actually quite well managed so not too much of a stress

Located very close to the train station, we chose the hotel for one night on our way to the Bretagne. Former a cinema, the hotel was recently renovated and is charming with its “cinema style”. Very clean, very comfy beds, new bathroom and great breakfast room. We loved having a tasty Latte Macchiato, fruits, croissants, cheese and much more for breakfast. Thank you very much!

Quirky decor, nice common area. Very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom. Breakfast was extremely good.

For me the ambiance did not work; room too dark (black carpet and dark red walls). Also unfortunately that during stay there were some water problems (somehow the message did not reach me).
