Que l'insonorisation soit quasi inexistante! Que l'hôtel ne prévienne pas les clients quand la salle de fête est réservée car trop de Bruit et impossible de dormir!!

clean rooms, although I found 5 live cockroaches in the room during my stay.

The cockroaches. Bed too hard. Pillows too hard. The housekeeping staff was lacking. On checkin there were no towelos and no toilet paper. The next day no soap or shampoo. I had to remind the cleaning person to empty the garbage can. On two separate occasions. The luggage runner was left unplaced in three days. I had to remind him to do it.

Nous avons réservé 2 chambres. Nous avons eu deux mauvaises surprises. - le prix affiché lors de la réservation était hors taxe et nous avons dû rajouter de l'argent de 97$ initialement a 117$x2 chambres (je conseille à l'hôtel de revoir sa configuration dans la plateforme, en incluant la taxe dans le prix affiché pour eviter des surprises au clients) - Nous n'avons pas eu accès au parc aquatique même pas accès sur la terrasse au-dessus du park alors qu'il y a six mois lors de notre dernier hébergement, nous y avions accès en tant qu'occupant de l'hôtel gratuitement. C'est ainsi que je considère que le prix des chambres reste très élevé si les occupants n'ont pas le droit au park aquatique. Vu que les occupants n'ont que leur chambre et l'escalier. Alors que tout hôtel au monde disposant d’une piscine, les occupants utilisent la piscine gratuitement. -------------------------------------------- We booked 2 rooms. We had two unpleasant surprises. - the price displayed when booking was excluding tax and we had to add money from $97 initially to $117x2 rooms (I advise the hotel to review its configuration in the platform, including the tax in the price displayed to avoid surprises to customers) - We did not have access to the water park although it had been six months during our last accommodation, we had access to it as an occupant of the hotel. This is how I consider that the price of rooms remains very high if the occupants do not have the right to the water park. Since the occupants only have their bedroom and the staircase. Whereas any hotel in the word with a swimming pool, occupants use the swimming pool for free.

I like a hard bed and these are hard, so I found them good. The room was also clean.

Aqua in review With a few exceptions, don’t stay here. What to say? The admin is terrible. They have a fancy ‘guest portal’ where you can book everything including airport. The problem is you only find out at 3am on arrival when there is no one to get you. They then try to charge you a higher price so make sure you have a print out of your booking and price. Then they say they have a pool and waterslide. They don’t tell you it is $20 a day to use them. They say they have a restaurant. But it’s in the waterpark that you have to pay $20 to enter. They do have a take away food stand though. They say they have a garden. In reality it’s a seating area around a car park. Finally they are a long way from downtown. There is nothing in the vicinity to see or do so if you stay here you really must have a car. I like a hard bed and these are hard, so I found them good. The room was also clean. On a ‘normal’ night it is quiet. But when there is a concert or event on in the open-air stage next door, well you are in there with the crowd so forget an early night. And finally, I’ve booked and paid for a transfer back to the airport for 12:30. As I sit here writing at 12:45 it has just arrived.

Because traffic issue is big problème in Kinshasa, so this hotel location will be some small issue, if you are business travel and need visit city centre Gombe. The almost good restaurant, lounge, bar, club, all is in Gombe.

The place is very safe because it is a large compound. The hotel is small in the large facility, and well surrounded.
