Un personnel super sympathique, chambre ultra propre, un manager super gentil

The hotel is new so it’s fairly clean and the lighting is fine.

The customer service was bad. We were meant to have access to executive lounge but they never told us. We ordered £30 breakfasts that came half completed. Items in the room were broken and never fixed and our bags were broken into.

It’s clear the hotel was new and the staff were clearly comfortable managing international business travelers. The room felt like I could have been at any nice Hilton in the US or Europe.

The food options for breakfast were great, but for dinner, there was not enough price variety. It was nearly impossible to eat anywhere for less than $50pp. Too expensive for one of the poorest nations on the planet. Also, please make sure the credit card machines work in the restaurants. Le Vue bar was having issues with threes and nearly gave the impression that it was my fault. Finally had to pay the bill at the hotel lobby reception as I needed to pay with card and not cash. The food was good everywhere I ate, especially the breakfast, however the cost is very high given the location.

j ai beaucoup apprecier la gentillesse du directeur adjoint une personne dynamique à l ecoute du client, les femmes de chambres très ordonnées , j'étais avec mon bebe lorsqu on revenait tout érait très bien rangé

le service voiture des fois il faudrait arranger les clients, je suis une cliente de pullmann hotel , j ai toujours eu un budgetde (à eur pour le depart a l aeroport mais hilton les couts sont tres importants et pas d arrangement car pour deux jours de la fin de mon sejour j avais pris une chambre pour deux avec ma soeur mais elle n a pas pu venir donc deux petits dejeuner de perdu j ai voulu qu on m arrange en ne payant que (à eur pour naveteaeroport ma demande a été refusé pesonnellement je viens a kinshasa une fois par an , je me suis toujours sejourné chez pullmann, j ai voulu essayé information doit etre bien transmise , par exemple pendant les fetes de noel l y a eu modification des heures pour le petit dejeuner pas eu l info donc pas eu de petit dejeuner en plus apparement un petit dejeuner dans la propre chambre je voulais visite egalement les suites car chez pullmann j avais des reductions pour des suites car je viens toujours 5 a une semaine

The staff at the “la vue restaurant “fourth floor,they terrible,they not there to keep clients but to chase them..they need a training or they will mess up the name hilton,we came here with the idea of getting the same standards of hilton we got in cape town!the staff wait to be called to serve you even when they saw you coming in and still justify their bad service by stupid excuses and in a very rude manner!

Lit confortable et bien dressé, belle vue sur la ville, petit déjeuner riche en variété, le bain de soleil autour de la piscine, MAGNIFIQUE

Pas d'articles dans le frigo comme dans tout 5 🌟 il fallait donc appeler même pour un jus au milieu de la nuit
