Property was large, clean and lost of shade to relax by the beautiful pool area.

Woke up first morning to no electricity or water. After several people coming to look at the water issue, we were told we needed to move to another villa for a few days. This was inconvenient but there was no other option. During our second night at new villa a fire alarm went off and an upstairs room was full of smoke which was coming out of a power point. Engineering came and disconnected power point. We needed to return to Tibrava Lanyahan as guests were booked in. On our return to Tibrava Lanyahan they were still working on the water. We asked for the manager to come to the villa. A lovely gentleman named Arya arrived he listened to our concerns and assured us if the water couldn’t be fixed in a timely manner we would be moved to yet another villa and we’d be compensated with part refund. This all happened on a significant birthday and the reason we travelled to Bali so it was very disappointing and quite stressful at the time as we had plans for that day. Fortunately everything was fixed and we enjoyed the rest of our stay.
