Outstanding place to explore the city center and the restaurants on the beach area. Position and cleanliness were just amazing and the host is a really nice person!

Excellent experience all around! The place is lovely, very clean, comfy bed, ideal location within a few minutes walking distance of the main city center and train stations. Hosts were very responsive and professional. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Appartamento molto ampio, dispone di una cucina e 2 terrazze per poterti rilassare.

The apartment was clean and very well located. We could reach the beach, the city centre and Hotspots of Pescara in walking distance (less than 10min). There were a lot of restaurant/bar options near the house. We also had a supermarket around the corner. Francesco (the host) was very friendly & helpful. The check in/out was very easy and well described. I would recommend this place! :)
We weren't provided usable towels and needed to wait till the next day to get them, which was not really nice. Also the house is under construction, so we weren't able to use the balconies and had no viewpoints. It would have been great to know this in advance. During our stay there, it was so hot & humid, none of the rooms have AC, but we were glad to have had a small fan.

The host was very welcoming and accommodating. Great location together with great service and friendliness- you cannot wish for more on holiday with family and friends

The location was great, near the center but on a quiet street. Nice beds. Kind and friendly owner. The warm floors in the bathroom were fantastic!
The lock on the bathroom door didn't close, the door to one of the bedrooms could not close because the frame didn't fit. The worst of all is that the bathroom window couldn't close and with a scaffold right outside the window we didn't feel very safe with all the partying right around the corner. Especially considering the price, we didn't consider the apartment to be a good value for money.

Overall, I had a great stay at La Dimora degli Artisti. Francesco was very helpful and accommodating, he gave us many great suggestions on where to go in the city. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious with a central location. We were close to the beach, main bus and train station, shops, restaurants and everything we could ever need.
